So this is another surprise hit. Again, I thought the florals would be a total turn off but not so! This has got a bright yet comforting feeling to it with no floral pierce at all. I'm being drawn back to it on one of my testing spots again and again. As it dries down it's a very soft peach with a soothing powdery thing going on which may be the lavendar.

I have never really gotten into the True Confessions phero as I've never been too sure what to use it for. Other than making people talk and tell me secrets...it's not really appealed to me in the past. I suppose it doesn't really matter since. these two ingredients aren't really inappropriate anywhere and the scent is such a pick me up, will be perfect for summer get togethers.

Oh, man, the peach in this wants to blossom into juicy nectarlicious goodness but lemon is just beating it down with a stick! I can also get a little whiff of peony trying to poke its heavy-blossomed head out, but once again the citrus is just overwhelming. I'll keep sniffing in case the longer drydown resolves into something wonderful, but this one is probably not for me (which is a relief, since I'm loving way too many of these!)

That is interesting! I don't remember any lemon at all when I tried it!! I may wear it tomorrow for a full spin and see if it comes out for me now that I know it's in there.

MDC -- that's so interesting! I totally amped the lemon. It is the case that a couple of hours in the whole thing shifted on me to what you describe -- a soft peachy musky/powdery skin scent. Verrrrrry smooth and quite nice.

So I did a full slather of this yesterday and I love it. I still didn't get much lemon but this time I didn't get lavender either! isn't that crazy? I got gorgeous bright peach and peony! Maybe the lemon is mixing with the peach and my nose is just passing it up but it seems to be changing every time I wear is so who knows? It's such a bright happy scent, I think I want it in spray for summer.

The TC works VERY WELL and is not annoying at all like I thought it would be. It seems to do exactly as advertised. I learned more about one of my clients (that I have had for years and thought I knew well) in particular than I ever had. She has had a very interesting past. After the appointment she commented that there was so much we didn't know about people until one day they just spill it. I didn't even think about the phero I was wearing at the time until later on in the day.

It's not that I need to hear peoples secrets if they don't want to share but I do think this is a good tool in my business as far as bonding with women and giving them the outlet to get things out, which seems to be why a lot of them come to me anyway.

So I found a new phero tool for the arsenal!

I usually love a peachy floral (which is totally a subgenre) and this is lovely on me...at first. The thing is, the floral starts to peek out after a while, and I'm not sure if this evolves into something I like. I do like the fruitiness of it for most of the drydown. I suspect that maybe it's the lavender which goes a little weird/sharp on me. I'll have to give this one a try again after a while to see how it ages.

So, at first, this was so green and lemony that it was nearly offensive. As soon as it dried, it's now clean, clean peach! Sooooo nice! It's literally almost like a really expensive soap. I'll have to read up on true confessions. Might be helpful!

I was afraid of the peach in this one. Thankfully, it's not too juicy. This to me reminds me of the 1890s. New York in the 1890s. Not that I was alive during that time, but it's very familiar to me, like a beautiful silk dress with a hat and those shoes with a million buttons. Kinda loke what a proper lady would wear to have tea and wafers? Lemon pizelli or strawberry lemon wafers. Drinking tea on a terrace somewhere, but before then I washed my face with perfumed lavender water over a porcelain bowl type thing.

Then my hair was curled and plucked and pushed into a big hat. That's what I get from this. High Society NY 1890s.

I have a roller ball bottle with the unscented True Confessions and I use it when I invite friends over for dinner Saturday evenings. It makes people relax and helps to deepen the conversation and my guests to open up a little bit more.
