  1. Welcome PhoenixOnFyre! I'm also a foodie scent lover. Make sure you try LP Red at some point soon :-)
  2. I feel like I'm sooo behind in my LP "needs". If money were no object, I'd order bottles of: LP original (down to one sample vial) LP pink (down to bottle dregs and one sample vial) LP red (down to dregs of one bottle and 1/3 bottle of Red Lace) Pherogirl (down to bottle dregs and one sample vial) Cougar (totally out) Plus I need some pheros. I have Blatant Invitation and Heart and Soul, but I'm low on them, and I want some La Femme Mystere. Not to mention the new releases for this month, none of which I've tried.

    Sugared Honeycomb

Yes, I do that. I also layer it (just the plain unboosted scent) with other scents. It is funny how we all perceive scents differently. To me this is just the perfect, everyday sheer sweet scent. It is sexy, but doesn't seem overtly naughty or sexually charged. I wear it to work often. Now Pherogirl, *that* is a scent that smells dangerous.
  4. I got a bottle of this GGG and I love it. I've been wearing it to bed at night. The mint is very calming. Also, this has a white musk note in it to me. The vanilla isn't too foody, very light and sheer.
  5. I usually just roll a few inches on my thighs and a small dab on my lower tummy right above bikini line (but well away from any *ahem* sensitive areas). This is how I use the really strong EoW products like OCCOs. I virtually always combine more than one LP product, so then in addition to this I also apply some perfume on my torso and wrists, and some unscented or lightly scented pheromone blend. In terms of other pheromones (besides copulins), I usually go for mixes that have no or little EoW, and I like to get them unscented, or lightly scented with sugared honeycomb, so I can spray them on my hair or clothing if I want to. Sugared honeycomb goes with virtually every other LP perfume that I have.
  6. I gave one of my precious bottles of this to a friend for x-mas, and suggested that she apply it to her torso or inner thighs rather than wrists, neck (this is how I use EoW products). Well anyway, she reports to me that when she uses it she gets lots of "oral" action from her DH, to the point that she can hardly drag him up for air! Yep, it's that good. One of the sexiest LPs I have ever tried.
  7. If you don't know which Love Potion scents you like yet, I would recommend getting a bottle of unscented pheromone blend, in the 60/40 spray blend. Goddesslynne's suggestions are good, and Cougar is another blend that I think makes a good all around social mix. If you already have a scent that you wear, spray the unscented pheromone on top of that (if it is an oil or lotion), or if your scent is a spray, spray the scent on top of the unscented pheromone. Some kind of scent helps the pheros to diffuse Meanwhile, try some samples of LP perfumes. There are quite a few that are unisex. My tastes in perfumes have changed radically since I started using LPs. I started out thinking the sweet gourmand ones were not for me, and now I love them all, especially LP Red.
  8. Thank you! I've been so busy at work I haven't had enough mental energy for even online socializing... No, not to my knowledge. The research on pheromones and copulins is SO thin, we really know nothing about them for sure. Interesting. Though, I'm a little skeptical about hair length and/or thickness being under very strong sexual selection except in the most extreme way (i.e. obviously thinning hair from chronic illness is, yes, probably a cue for poor health). Meanwhile, individuals and populations vary hugely in hair thickness for reasons that have nothing to do with health -- what is "thick" to a naturally blond northern European is "thin" to a Indian.
  9. I don't buy into the idea that young women need a different dose of copulins than old ones. Even young women don't produce the attractive ratios of compounds that are in EOW all the time. Its an olfactory signal of ovulation. In the few studies that have been done (which may or may not be representative of women at large) only 30% of women produced the attractive blend, and they only produced it during their fertile days. So, if you you are young AND you load up on cops during your fertile days, then maybe you are wearing too much. On all other days of the month - according to the research - it would seem to me it doesn't matter if you are 25 or 45, you aren't making the optimally attractive blend, so we should all be on the same page with respect to dosage, all other factors being equal. If your SO doesn't respond well to EOW, it is probably specific to him and not your age.
  10. I think 3-4 sprays is okay with respect to the pheros. I only have a sample of the oil, but the fragrance of sneaky clean is really strong to me. Maybe because I don't wear a lot of florals so I'm not desensitized to them. This one smells very springy and fresh, and I like it, but it only takes a tiny dab to make me feel almost overwhelmed by it. I don't get any kind of incensy notes in this one.
  11. Thank you! I didn't realize it wasn't a regular anymore.
  12. I'm loving Lumina! I ordered a spray sample based on Mara's suggestion that it was the most similar blend to Intellectual Woman (which worked really well for me, though I didn't properly appreciate it enough to stock up on it). I have worn it for the past few days, three sprays or so in the morning plus a couple of refresher sprays at work in the afternoon. I've had lots of meetings, and people have been responding very well to me, and it seems to make me more sociable as well. I doused myself with it again yesterday evening before giving a public lecture, and again I sensed that people were responding very positively to me (I was in a fairly small room). It just seems to mesh with my personality, making me feel sociable, and yet at the same time comfortable in my introvertedness. If that makes any sense. And it makes me feel pretty and feminine. Also, I love the smell, and it's unscented. It has a sweet, soft, powdery smell to it that Intellectual Woman also had. I don't know which pheromone is giving it this smell to me. I have other unscented pheros with similar intentions (heart and soul, plain est, plain b-nol) that don't have the same sweet powdery smell. Anyway, I will be getting some more of this soon!
  13. Another fan of this stuff! I have used it every day since I got it last week. It is a very high quality rich cream, and the LP original scent is just heavenly, and seems extra rich on the apricot note (which is great for me). I really love the effect of being scented everywhere lightly. It also lasts all day. I just stuck my face down my shirt and could still smell the scent. I have the copulin version and there is no "dry down" needed. I can't detect the copulins at all. It is artfully blended.
  14. On me this is all super sweet vanilla and resins that lasts and lasts. I think it has the most prominent desserty vanilla note out of all of the LP base scents. I don't get any licorice smell at all. Eggers, that is so sad that it turns to celery on you!
  15. It is still available at Androtics, but I just popped over there and noticed that 1) it is twice the price if you don't have official tester status ($14 vs. $28 for a TOGO), and 2) they still have weird rules about ordering it unfragranced. I have a partial bottle with the neroli scent on my trading thread.
  16. It is a proprietary molecule from Androtics that is supposed to have a sex kitten type vibe. Also known as molecule H.
  17. I will take your advice and let it recoup from its jet lag, then. At first, this was kind of going soapy on me, but it's been a couple of hours and now it smells more like LP original, but softer. Honey Ho and Honeyed Seductions also went soapy on me. I'm not sure if this is the waxy smell others describe with certain honey scents. I wear sugared honeycomb, une, and pherogirl all the time.
  18. I just ordered a bottle of this. LP original spiked with honey and more apricot just sounds like a dream come true for me. Super excited!
  19. No, they weren't when I tried it. I got to those from the home page. scroll down to "pick your potion"
  20. Hopefully it was okay that I did this. I was assuming that if there was a way to get something in the cart, it was up for purchase...
  21. I clicked on one of the gift shop options, then from that page just did a search for the name of the fragrance I wanted, and it returned both the bottle and the sample. I ordered the UN sample by selecting "pick your potion" from the home page where all the new releases are shown.
  22. Yay! I just ordered samples of Odalisque, Because the Night, and Lumina, and a bottle of Beth's Blushing Milkmaid.
  23. Honestly, the seaweed scares me. I never tried Mermaids of Atlantis.
