  1. What a cool idea! I only wish I could smell this combo... Will have to consider that the next time I order another Pink. Thanks for the recommendation!!
  2. I know!! It's a really, happy perfume – both on you and others! That's why it's my all-time favorite of the ones offered by Love Potion. I remember when it first came out, I wrote to them and begged them to make this one of their regulars, it was THAT good! And it never gave me a migraine (or my other friends similarly afflicted) so I could wear it at the urgent care.
  3. Hi, there, Hedgehog! I don't know if I mentioned this before, but this Pink one of two perfumes PERIOD I can wear at the office. (The other one is pink sugar and lemon, ha ha!) And yes, it does make me very happy. In fact, it makes my entire office happy! My young office manager (really cute guy!) mentioned that he really appreciated me wearing it because it changed the mood of the urgent care to something bearable and asked me how he could get a few bottles for his wife. What a nice compliment! As for Red, that's only used by me if I want to be sexually assaulted by a bull moose. (You will have to find that thread somewhere...)
  4. Oh, if only you tried the absolute original!! I have adored this one since it first came out. It is still the only one I could wear at a physician's office. You can't wear much in terms of scents because of people who might get migraines, but this one... this one was a big exception. I got some of the neatest compliments... not sexual ones but happy ones. It was amazing how guys reacted... especially commenting that they wanted their wives to take a sniff because Pink was so much more... pleasing and less sharp to their noses. Most wives gave me a bad look. Their problem... If you live in Alaska and want to attract a guy, however, I had one made up here that made you smell like a cupcake. What a difference that made! All these guys wanting to bake me and my friend wonderful baked goods without us even asking!
  5. Happy happy, joy joy!! What a way to end the week! Thanks for PINK! And thank you for all your kind words.
  6. To the Powers That BE: PLEASE bring back PINK! Make a HUGE batch! My office manager adores it, and puts him in the best mood for all of us worker bees! This should be a regular as your RED, No. 9, etc. When my husband was alive (he died 2 months ago), he just loved me wearing it. I'm almost out. I really don't want to be because it brings back such good memories.
  7. Please bring PINK back!! This is the BEST LP color I've had! I'll buy 10!!
  8. I was getting worried when I saw that Ann's Alaskan Bear Trap was sold out... and I hadn't even received my original custom order yet!! Kudos to you! It just didn' smell like another box of chocolates. It shot to the back of my brain straight to the archicortex -- WOW!!! The brain really woke up! No, I really don't reek like a cupcake, but I have in the past three hours of receiving this treasure, tested it out on several of my guy friends. They still don't know what hit them, but I did get their attention very quickly. Amazing how attentive they were to Becca and me!! And they still don't know it's chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and buttercream. Cannot wait to try it on the husband! I better get the caramel sauce ready.
  9. I received my full order except for the dream pillow. No notation on any delays. This isn't a pester note. I just want to make sure that it has not been lost in the mail. You never know how long a parcel can sit in Anchorage until Homeland Security is good and ready to pass it on.
  10. Don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings, least of all mine. No perfume is perfect to everyone's nose. All I know is that this combo makes my brain happy, especially in the middle of an awful day of work. Speaking of that... I need to find that roll-on and give myself another boost! Thanks for all the nice compliments -- including the above (it's backhanded but still appreciated).
  11. Hey! I get to be the first!! I ordered the fizzies scented with Ann's Brown Sugar and Black Amber as well as Ann's Pink Sugared Vanilla and Lemon (blatent self advertising), and I love them! I did get the body wash of both. My only criticism is that I wish the scents were twice as strong. Next time I order these, I will ask for double the scent. I really want to attract as much attention with the body wash as much as I would with the roll-on. I'll be ordering the cocoa butter body moisturizer soon. I am now swimming a mile at least three times a week and that pool water really dries out the skin.
  12. This has to be my favorite Love Potion (enter color) -- even yummier than RED! At least it does not attract moose. I have the remake version. I definitely LOVE the cotton candy high notes. Accidentally spilt half of the sample all over me. I was in heaven!
  13. Hi! I'm new to the Forum, but I feel so lucky to find a perfumerie that makes beautiful things to smell that do no give me migraines. This is extremely rare, and I am getting so tired of straight single essences that I've been surviving on for many years. I immediately bought six various roll-on's, including RED because... I was curious. And I was surprised. I was expecting a far more overwhelming fare of scents than what I received. Yes, I could smell the hint of Carnation which was a very nice touch and very much in balance. So I really liked this scent. Rolled quite a bit on because it was subtle, and my own brain was REALLY happy with it. As it is, I only see my husband about 2 weeks of the month, sometimes even less if he's in Australia. Yes, I did read the warning on RED, and I really thought I didn't have to give much thought because, hey, I live in Alaska. The population here in the Kenai Peninsula isn't that great. Probably more moose and squirrel than human. I was in the process of cleaning out my car as I was to pick up my husband at the airport. (He lives in Ketchikan for the time being while I'm here in Kenai with a job and looking for a place for the us and our Border collies.) Anyway, I was rushing around, making trip after trip from the frigid snowy outside to inside. It was during that LAST trip that I came to a complete stop after I heard a strange snort almost directly into my left ear, and something hairy was tickling the back of my neck as the hood of my parka had come off. I turned around and discovered a HUGE bull moose right behind me. I don't know how many trips I had made, but somehow, he had to have sniffed me out. I used to raise sheep for wool, and I swear, that bull moose had that same Elvis look and curl of the lip like my rams would do when I worked with them. And he definitely wanted to know if I wanted to be his new girlfriend. Uh... NO! I ran back into the Bunk House (two upper apartments and four lower rooms) and slammed the door, waiting for the hunk of moose to go away. He stuck around for about ten minutes before leaving. God, I hope I don't run into a bear next time!! WARNING: Beware of Moose! I haven't figured out the squirrel part yet.
