  1. Labels are gorgeous. I will need to re-write the names of them with a Permanent Marker due to my reduced vision, since I won't be able to use the color of the labels as a clue. Might work on full bottles, but will need magnifying glass on samples. I'm super curious about the Blue Fyre with PM !!! Also love anything with just alpha-nol (as my nick suggests !)
  2. @laurue that was a great review ! I look forward to many more from you. My story for this is less exoctic. I love almost all chocolate scents from LPMP and hubby does not. But since Mama has a job and her own spending money - well I indulged. And yes, like Eastwood said, it just happened to have Sexology in it which is just fine by me
  3. Oh happy day ! They are seriously one of my favorite releases, sometimes my MOST favorite of the year.
  4. Woah, this is changing. My sample bottle is about 2 weeks old. When I first tried it, I was getting greens and salt. Now it's vanilla-based florals. I wonder what it will be like in a few more weeks ? I acknowledge it could be my chemistry as well. I liked the sea-water scent, it was a bit Poseidon-like and therefore masculine. And now this ultra-feminine creaminess is throwing me for a loop. Fascinating !
  5. So here I am going through my August samplers. Wet in the bottle this seemed a bit underwhelming to me, so I put it aside as something to keep until later. I'm doing all the things you're not supposed to do, swiping sample after sample onto my wrist, fingers, slowly running out of room. Making notes as I go, writing the phero blends on them with marker, etc. You know - processing and playing with the sniffies. So I get to this one, go to my second hand, find a spot, and HOLY COW this thing blooms on me. And my nose-brain connection just about has an orgasm. THIS is the vanilla scent I've been craving for but could never adequately explain. I've searched for this vanilla configuration for ...30 years ? I'm not sensitive enough to know whether it's just the vanilla that Mara is using here, or the lily-balsam addition...but YES YES YES. This works so well with my chemistry, does not morph at all, so comforting, so uplifting, so clean and just a smidge powdery. Happy, sweet, childhood sort of vanilla. Not gourmand, not old lady. So hard to explain....sweet...innocent. People talk about 'huffing their wrists" for hours. I don't even need to. This projects easily to me about 2 feet from my wrists up to my nose with a truly minimal sampler wand application. This baby packs a punch ! I see myself using this easily on its own, maybe with some pheros, maybe with some scented cops that complement the scent. But this is just sooooo good on its own !
  6. Mara put a Magickal Mystery box together for a special young man about to celebrate his 18th birthday. My son and I described his interests and Mara went to work. It was super fun to not precisely know what would be in it, and he was so excited that he sent me photos of the content. DEFINITELY worth it !!! If you haven't taken advantage of this, I highly recommend. Thank you Mara - if you can't tell - he LOVED all the thoughtful gifts in the box.
  7. Mmmmm, my 7 year old bottle smells like a brisker version of Love Potion: Terra Mater. It's everything I love about LPMP, it lies close to skin, it's comforting, it's sexy. It's unisex. It's hypoallergenic. It's a smidge to the masculine side of unisex for me and I feel like it would pair well with The Love God phero blend. If you're lucky enough to have some - try it like that !
  8. @raydee8_lovethat's a great report of selfies ! I get similar selfies with unscented SWS. But the scent ingredients work synergistically with the pheromone blend so yes, it could well be both ! Congratulations on getting so much done ! I often use a SWS blend on Mondays when I just don't feel like working, and I have a super productive day. Now that my sample bottle is a few days old, I'm getting more coffee. Or maybe it's just my body chemistry changing due to having my period. It's so fun how it morphs even on me.
  9. I'm in Middle Management in Health Care. My go -to is SWS. I've tried OW and it was very interesting, but people got very giggly and non-professional, talking about their childhoods and stuff and nobody got any work done. With SWS, we all stay on target, there's still a group vibe. And no gossiping. People do open up with SWS but it's more on a respect-vibe level. It's just more of my happy place. I do SWS during office time and with patient visits. OW would be after hours with my work group of for team building exercises. Also I'm approaching menopause and so what works for me is going to be different than you. Let us know how it goes !
  10. Looking back at my last post, I've had the same jar for 6 years ! It's almost empty now, perhaps a darker pink color to the cream, same great magickal scent, ingredients did NOT seperate. This is my special date night jar for when I've shaved my legs and they are super dry and I want them to have that healthy feel, glow, and smell. Especially for wearing a dress and sandals. Truly no other product I've ever tried is as good. I'm 1,000 % satisfied with the ingredients, its ability ot moderately mositurize, perform over time, and then to keep its scent. A TOP performer from a TOP company. If you are ordering any scents from LPMP, please indulge yourself and get this. You need this in your life. It's THAT special.
  11. If you managed to snag a bottle....this has aged so well ! The rain pushes it into a more minty/ spa-like version of White Licorice for me. I am easily able to wear this without it going plastic-y on me, whereas I had to give the "White Licorice" to my son. I am still working off my sample bottle, haven't touched the Full Bottle. I admit to a fair amount of reverence related to this, as I was very fond of Prince and just can't get myself to slather. It's a sacred scent.
  12. Throwing my hat in for a rebrew of Love Potion Gold. It's exquisite and I'm not EVER using up my last sample bottle. I used to mix the little sample bottles with epi and Dominance and convert them into a lightly scented spray. Was great for work and respectful social situations while I still smelled ultimately feminine. I know we have several variations on this theme, but this one was ....very special. From the threads of the 2013 rebrew : Our delicious signature base of vanilla, amber and patchouli is blended with the golden sheen of honey and glittering with bright citrus notes – pink grapefruit, orange and lemongrass – plus a luscious slather of cocoa butter. Seek your heart's desire with this playful, upbeat yet thoroughly feminine fragrance which always leads to that greatest of treasures…LOVE! VANILLA ~ Aphrodisiac, inspires happiness, playfulness, sexual arousal, lust, vitalizing. COCOA BUTTER ~ Lightens emotions, evokes feelings of love. AMBER ~ Fertility, love, luck, riches. HONEY ~ Enticing, seductive; use to bewitch a straying or hesitant lover. PATCHOULI ~ Soothes and uplifts, sensual, sexually stimulating, lust, fertility, money. PINK GRAPEFRUIT ~ Refreshes and uplifts the spirit, eases exhaustion, beauty and youth glamour. ORANGE ~ Strong 'magnet' to attract men; eternal love, marriage, fruitfulness, thoughtfulness, happiness, tribute. LEMON GRASS ~ Lust, increases psychic powers. PLEASE consider !!
  13. What a hoot - saw my post from 6 years ago on this thread. Held the bottle up to hubby's nose....yep, he remembers it. And I still adore it. It's one of those scents I don't feel like picking apart. My body and soul just love it and need it. I'm happy to see the rebrews of this.
  14. @vika it sounds like you're well on your way ! Your nickname reminds me of Viking - what was your inspiration ? Mine is just from being a strong responder to both the androstenols.
  15. Hello @Vika and welcome ! Congratulations for taking the leap and making your first post. The folks at my work are very strong responders to the LPMP phero blends and I'm taking full advantage to advance my career. I can't wait to hear your experiences !
  16. Hey @Cycle Kitten, I was wondering if people were doing that. Thanks for sharing that you wear it solo sometimes !
  17. B 2.2 is one of the androstadienone phero mixes that I never really "got", along with Balm Bomb and Teddy. Others were making multiple posts about how it helped them with their anxiety, whereas I was getting anxiety relief with Dominance. I get we all have different body chemistries, are different ages, but I did feel like I was missing out on something. And this mix opened my eyes ! Mara made this one to be especially soothing for our pandemic stress, and it's working for me. Hallelujah ! I put the small wand from the sample vial along my jaw line for maximum effect. I feel surrounded by a slightly green mist of healing herbs. Still not getting a 'calm male presence' sort of vibe, but I feel safe. And that's a lot for a woman close to menopause with accompanying anxiety. If the effects continue, this will have to be a FB for me.
  18. You know that feeling when you find a full bottle you didn't remember getting ? Ohhhboy well my FB is two years old now, I found it behind my perfume organizer (ok truth time - ONE of my perfume organizers). I'm getting soooo much chocolate from this. I smelled to me so much like Occo Choco that I had to compare the ongredients. I suppose the scent intention of Aja is similar to copulins. I may just go crazy later and combine the two. Hubby doesn't like chocolate perfumes but I adore them so that's just fine I'm not getting much coconut or ylang ylang but the bottle was never opened. A truly sinful, delectable indulgence. Purr-worthy.
  19. Wet in the bottle, this smells like pink champagne to me, including that sort of 'sparkling' sensation against the nose. On dry-down, I get spa-like marshmellow-y goodness, reminds me of some of the Easter offerings from LPMP. Over the years I've tried and retried Audacious, I get no selfies and suspect the blend is similar to my own phero signature. If you're nervous about trying a female phero blend for the first time, you can't go wrong with this one !
  20. Maybe the blackberry will push it into sexy territory ? In that case, I will combine with unscented Lumina or even one of the mild sexual blends. Cause we have a honeysuckle bush AND blackberries in our yard and I KNOW hubby goes all weak-kneed at their scents. Fair is fair
  21. I just placed an Etsy order so I know I got all my faves before the new offerings arrive. Nothing worse than having something nagging in the back of your mind that you meant to get...but now it's maybe gone.... Tortuga with TC was in there, Autumn with Heart Throb, Rainforest Musk ( not with SWS cause that was gone, silly me) , Subir with OW, unscented TC, unscented OW cause I'm really starting to value them for their effects. Ok LPMP, I'm ready ! Bring it !
  22. I'm finally getting around to sorting my male scent samples for the last 1.5 years. Shame on me ! This is my husband in a bottle. Seeeeriously sexy to me. He loves ferns so much that we have multiple varieties growing around our home. He looks for new ones every opportunity he can get. Plus he's an oak/wood sort of dude. And if you had to press him for just one more ingredient that he knew he liked, he would say sage or amber. I opened this, squee'd, applied to myself, immediately felt close to him. And has luck would have it, he walked by, applied it, said it smelled "spicy' and is now taking it for a spin at the grocery store. Oh what fun ! To me the dominant note is amber which is great with me because I adore that it arouses me. I don't know where he gets spicy, but it may be in the same direction that @luna65 was referring to when she said smoky. It reminds me of two of last year's Yankee Candle releases, namely the Oak and Lavender, or the Oak and Amber Incense. This strikes me as mildly masculine with unisex leaning, certainly something I will be wearing when I'm lonely for him.
  23. I rarely go back to a review to add something; I don't want to seem like I'm belaboring a point or just trying to get my post count up. But something very unique is happening that I wanted to journal. I've been tantric for years, music affects me energetically, people affect me, nature, it goes on and on. But I rarely have an LPMP have a very obvious energetic/ chakra/ meridian effect on me. After an hour of wearing this, my THYMUS gland (not thyroid) is pouring out energy like a baby chakra coming alive. My hubby verified this, he can see it. It feels lovely to gently tap the area between my ribs and up by my collar bone. Small blockages are being released. I simply cannot tell how much of this is the OW, although I'm no stranger to OW and have not had this effect before. So either it's the scent ingredients, or the synergistic interplay of the two that Mara is so well loved for ! If this seriously does something for the thymus gland, then I would see it benefiting people with immune and auto-immune issues. Will keep you updated if I get this sensation again another time, and would love to hear others' input.
  24. @Eggers Bravo ! I knew that needed a long reply and I just didn't have the oomph last night to do her query justice. You slayed it.

    Hiya

@kittylittle I remember that tipsy feeling ! That's how come I picked this nick...the two types of androstenols hit me pretty hard ! Almost orgasmic that first time. It's not as intense now but still very magickal. Welcome to the forum and I look forward to exploring with you !
