oh YUM this is a really delicious holiday wreath or something. It reminds me a bit of time travel 1400 with its christmasy resinous fruity body, though the rose in 1400 was much more forward with a different character. the wet stage throws BIG grape while smelling very resinous close to the skin, it's so interesting how that works. it dries down into a fresh, bright, lightly sweet breath of winter air and makes me wish I could curl up by the fireplace, I'm really into it.

I love this one so much, it's a new top favorite. I had to buy a backup bottle before leaving a review It's so rich and there's really only the touch of earth. It's almost creamy but it's not thick or heavy. It's decidedly floral but it's still very much a nature/environment scent. I love the humid greenness, it really does feel like a midnight walk through a misty forest, with orchid heavy on the air. So beautiful! I don't usually love florals but I had to try this one and I'm so glad I did, I've been wearing it almost every day. I do find it comforting and calming, as Artemis said... And it really is sexy. The soggy fairy is a beautiful dryad bathing in the moonlight, don't let the cute name fool you 🧚

a friend was with me when I opened my package, so we were smelling them together. she was immediately all over this one. I had to give it to her! I can't give a comprehensive review, since of course I don't have it anymore, but it was a very fresh green scent, clean but not soapy at all, more nature/gardeny. like fresh green air. friend loves those sorts of scents, so if you're the same, definitely give this one a try!

"treated like a queen" ^ This feels exactly right! Now that this has had a nice long sit, I gave it a test and I kept thinking about how "princessy" it felt. Not like a pink or innocent or playful disney sort of princess, more regal, a crown princess on her way to becoming queen. I have to say the mood is almost... aloof? Even though she has a very strong and noble presence and wants to be noticed, I think it feels more pageant or ball than date night! It's really not my usual sort of scent, but I'd love to share this... maybe I can figure out decanting??

this sits close to the skin for sure, a nice goth skin musk. licorice isn’t my favorite usually, but I think it really makes this one special paired with the lavender. that herbal element fades about halfway through the day, which isn’t bad longevity wise, but I miss it when it’s gone. after that it becomes more of a clean skin scent, like the faded natural clean smell of having showered a few hours ago, at least to my nose. it’s very nice and pretty subtle, I could absolutely see this passing in no-scent workplaces from beginning to end.

this is one of my favorites, it’s so elegant and beautiful. I really love honey musks, and this smells so FANCY. like the perfume equivalent of diamonds and pearls, but also really soft and warm somehow. it’s creamy-sweet and powdery, and the musk is a perfect backdrop. I would wear this on a very special day when I want to feel beautiful and strong and lovely. I would also wear this today, when I’m feeling down and need something to wrap me up in a cozy honey blanket.

@Onyx I’d describe a pink smell as sweet, tart, fluffy, and more cute than sexy. tart strawberry and cotton candy is like the quintessential pink combo imo, but I’ve seen other ways of getting that pink vibe.

ohhh this is SO GOOD! I love the chocolate note. I was worried about the vanilla taking over on me but for the first few hours it just smooths things out in the background here. the slight bitter earthiness of the cocoa makes this feel almost spiced in a baked goods way. the incense feels the most forward, smoothed out by the vanilla and with a nice cocoa haze keeping things spooky, and the musk gives it that sexy perfume vibe. I'm seven hours in and so far so good... I've been wanting a nice sexy chocolate that resonates with me for the longest time. since everyone seems interested in comparisons, here are my thoughts: mourning glory is a very striking incense+coffee scent, a fragrance with two faces that doesn't feel perfumey in any way. but dans l'ombre is smoothed out and a bit creamy, and blended into a unified whole that reads like a perfume. they have some ingredients in common, but very different characters, so it's absolutely worth trying both if you're into this kind of scent. but also if mourning glory wasn't sweet/wearable/idk enough for you, or you're afraid of smelling like a crystal shop or whatever, give it to me this might be a bit more accessible. as for earth and urn, I don't think they're similar at all except for the coffee. earth and urn is a bold spicy earthy coffee scent, more like a shot of bourbon and a kick in the neck. your friend's sexy uncle (gender neutral) with a dangerous smile who does cocaine, idk. the impression of dans l'ombre is more gourmand and silky, like a knife between the ribs. maybe your friend's hot goth sister who plays violin and dances in graveyards. as for kahve, I don't think they're similar. kahve has a sort of barber shop vibe that puts it in a really different category for me. I got a sample but it wasn't my thing so I can't compare them more than that. no one mentioned garland latte but I think of the coffee scents in the past few years I've tried, that one is the closest in nature. dans l'ombre is more perfumey than gourmand and it's not as creamy, but it's halfway to gourmand and the cocoa strikes a similar chord for me as the autumn spices in garland latte. not at all that they smell the same, just that I'd personally rank them as most similar. it has been a while since I've worn garland though. and unfortunately, I can't compare this to the pumpkin latte weenie (yet!) those are just my impressions as a coffee scent lover, I hope it helps anyone who has been waffling. but definitely give this one a try!

dang it, now I'm kicking myself for not getting a sample of vessel, a fresh nutty bread vibe sounds delicious. I think my order is arriving today, but I won't be able to sniff for another few weeks, since a friend is helping me dodge international shipping ahhh!!! I can't wait.

I LOVE this one, it’s so yummy and fruity and the mint makes it so refreshing. I was so afraid of the banana until I put it on and remembered, oh yeah I love banana and this is what banana smells like… i’ve never tried banana in a fragrance before and I think my brain expected that banana candy flavor I hate but as a smell. I should have known better. the green apple is also juicy and delicious and the mint makes it light enough to wear in hot weather. the perfume overall is just like a fresh and tart and creamy fruit salad. I’m glad I was able to grab a bottle!

this is gorgeous! Definitely a "dark" fruity floral. it just has that feeling. fruity florals aren't generally my thing because they aren't usually like this. it does feel very lush without being too sweet, and makes me think it'd be perfect for date night. it's sexy but not dirty, and it does feel powerful and classy. I can see how someone would want to live in this. I’ll definitely reach for it when I need people to take me seriously but not forget how hot I am. also I've gotta ask, does vanilla always last absolutely forever on everyone or is that my skin chemistry? I had forgotten it was even in this blend until I could detect it the next day. I feel like everything I wear eventually fades into its vanilla components no matter what other base notes it has. 🤔
