  1. i got my bad boy today...2 days from inbox to mailbox...mmm, dark vanilla-tinged goodness!
  2. i was stalking that clearance sale, hoping for a shot at a bottle of bad boy and now the obsessive tracking of the shipment begins.
  3. the sweetness that is the stamps.com e-mail graced my inbox today...bad boy is on its way!
  4. well, im red-headed with glasses and have to wear a shirt & tie to work, just not muscular.
  5. yeah, it really did smell the same on me as long as i could smell it...the first one so far. for example, my skin really kicked up the cedar and pine from wood land man, but then it morphed into a sugary, amber smell.
  6. I didn't see a thread for this, but I tried some of my trial vial yesterday. It really smelled like fresh, wet, dandelions on my skin, but not overwhelmingly so. I did feel more self-assured while wearing it and even had some other males seem defensive around me. I don't see myself as intimidating at all...5"5' and always cracking jokes and what not. No pheros in this one, so I guess that's the magick at work, huh?
  7. smell well, i just tried some out after my evening shower. for the first 30 minutes or so, it was like i was mugged by a christmas tree, and i felt a little lightheaded, but then it mellowed out into a soft, sugary, amber smell. nice, but i don't know if i'd get a full bottle of it. phero-effects (just tested on self) normally when i use androstenone, it tends to make it difficult to stand...if you catch my drift. a benefit of being gay is being attracted to your own pheromones (explains why I am often in the mood after a hard day at work or workout). but, so far, this just gives me a little energy boost...curious. more robert reviews to come!
  8. Well, like other bath salts, it eased my aches and pains and softened my skin, but I wasn't expecting those larger crystals in there that diffused the scent...it looked like the ladies were trying to cut me in the tub! In the bag, all I could really smell was the maple. As I settled in, the lavendar and wood smells kicked in and really got me all cozy and even attracted my dog to the tub! Even hours after the bath, I still smell like I just took a dip in the sea and have that hint of lavendar, making a nap really tempting. I think I might even try this in a shower gel, next...for those days I want to smell nice up close and not be "Cologne Guy".
  9. Well, I tried this one at work today. When I first put it on, I could smell the booze and cigars right away. After about an hour, the leather decided to join the party. Very much a "dude" smell that was present most of the day, but light like a lingering from last night kinda way. It was boosted with Boy/Boy, too, so there was a lot of male bonding going on around me...even noticed some fellas unconsciously hanging around wherever I went. Me likey!
  10. It was like Christmas when I got a box of yummy-smelling goodness today 2 Sachets of UN for Men scented bath fizzies 2 Bottles of Down & Dirty for Him (1 with Boy/Boy) 4 Large Samples - Teddy Man, Woodland Man, Merlin's Blend, Down & Dirty for Him 3 Small Samples - Amber Enchantment, Portunus: Opportunity Potion, Crimson Black I was a little hesitant about the women's blends, but the Crimson Black smells soooo good!
  11. well, i am still pleased with my samples of teddy man (for keeping things friendly) and sorcerer (gives me a little swagger and some respect). but, i ordered some un for men scented bath salts to soak in at the end of some hard days...i figured the lavendar would help ease me to sleep, but tobacco and maple would still keep it manly. and i got some down and dirty for men, one of which is boosted with boy/boy for when i feel like going out and seeing what i can stir up.
  12. aww, no prob...i just wish i had more money to feed what i can tell is going to be an lp addiction.
  13. i think that any boy/boy boosted fragrance has to wait after some bills are paid, sigh. but i think the sample of teddy man has the same pheros in it, but just in a different ratio, right? i still get all sniff-happy and relaxed when i wear it...plus, it did get me some guy-hugs at work.
  14. so, do i! anyways, just thought i'd share a little. now, i'm waiting on some un for men scented bath fizzies i ordered for soaking after work/working out and the down & dirty for him that djac so graciously gifted me.
  15. okay...i have been trying out sorcerer at work for the last couple days. i was hesitant at first, 'cause when i have worn alcohol-based androstenone, the quick diffusion sometimes made people around me get aggressive and ask what smells. and androsterone made people kinda reserved. not so, with the oil-based, and may i say, way-better-smelling-than-neroli sorcerer, my friends. the scent and slow rate of diffusion resulted in less agression/intimidation, but rather respect from others and little confidence boost from myself. so far, the only possible sexual interest i noticed were from some soccer moms!
  16. it was weird to me, too. it really does smell different in the bottle than on my skin. but, the smell of tanning lotion conjures up muscular, scantily-clad images in my mind..so, not of the bad. plus, it is august in texas, so people won't question the smell.
  17. you mean interesting because the sorcerer turned into coppertone on my skin or interesting because it made me kinda hyper or both? i have used tuth to "enjoy myself" before.
  18. My pleasure. I just noticed a got another blue square thingy and moved from Squib to Sorcerer's Apprentice. :banana006:
  19. I just have 2 trial sizes so far and thought I would share some initial observations. Teddy Man Scent: Pretty much the same in bottle (only stronger) as on skin. Like a vanilla cookie incense. Effects: On myself, I noticed general sense of calm and if I keep sniffing it around bedtime, I doze off. On others, I noticed people hanging around and being quite friendly amongst everyone in "the cloud". Sorcerer Scent: This one is different on the bottle than on my skin. In the bottle, it smells more primal, like being in the forest. On my skin, however, it smelled more like tanning lotion...straight-up Coppertone (weird). Effects: I did notice that I was feeling more playful, almost childlike. I went out to lunch and was putting my leftovers in the box using my fork and knife like chopsticks and got some sauce on myself and just laughed out loud. I'm normally not messy and get flustered when stuff like that happens. I must say that I was having too much fun to even notice others' reactions. So far, so good. Plan on ordering a full bottle of the Teddy Man when the budget allows. Sorcerer needs further evaluation, though.
