Magnolia is also one of my favorite flowers. Anything with it in it is an instant scent memory for me, becasue i did grow up with it around. This sugared is very true. I actually don't get much sweetness, just a slight powderiness from the powdered sugar. Otherwise, it is very much like the flower. I wasn't a fan of it on my skin alone, but i have been toying with this with some othered sugareds, and it is divine!!! Great for the spring!!

Goodness gracious. This is eyes rolling back in the head gorgeous. Like MDC, I was scared by the blast of pepper straight from the bottle, but it all but disappeared on my skin. Instead, it was the much needed sharpness to an otherwise very creamy scent. I initally passed this over becasue coconut usually takes over a scent for me, as does patchouli, but together...wow. They play nicely, and it gives the coconut a richer, sophisticated feel. In fact, this would fall into my category of "rich, classic perfumes" like Chanel or Posion. It just feels that luxurious. I see others describing the texture of this as chewy, hence the name, but for me, this was thick, thick coconut cream that i want to pour over my body. When I was testing this last night, just a dab on the wrist, I was doing dishes and i kept smelling this delicious aroma and thought, "What is that?" and it was me!! Oh yeah, and Tyvey, I will be trying this one on the Marine. i think it is definitely unisex

Have you checked out the review threads for each? Really great information in those on each. I think there are some compare and contrast discussions in LFN, if i recall correctly. The components in each are balanced to provide the effects desired of each blend. You may not be able to predict what effect combining the two will have. Others may have differing opinions on it. LFN is more sultry and romantic and Leather is edgy and less sex centric (as it wears on me, anyway).

Although my bottle hasn't come yet (since I finally got myself together and put in my order yesterday), I can see why that combo might be good. I love layering spicy things over Coquette! (Try it with Sugared Cinnamon!! nom nom nom!) Can't wait to try this combo!

I love a good soapy floral, so of course I had to get a sample of this. It's very nice. i agree; first on, the floral is very in your face. It was beautiful, sophisticated and had a very classic, commercial perfume vibe to it. As it dries, it softens considerably. It's very fresh, not to sweet, and almost powdery. It's less soapy on me and more clean skin. I agree with the statement that it's great for workplaces that frown on perfumes. My officemate is fragrance averse, and she didn't even notice!

Can I get a Tyvey's Chewy Spice as well?

People have compared the lavender to Tickle Tickle but for some reason, I am blanking on it! I will have to dig through my samples and see if I've got it. Anyhoo...my first thought when I smelled this was the lavender in Halo's Lavender Musk/ Fuzzy Wuzzy. It's not as prominent, though. it blends seamlessly into the cake, whichh is like a birthday cake with a vaguely vanilla feel. It's very softly pink, like the barest hint of cotton candy or berries. It wears close to the skin. It's actually one of those that seems to be coming from the pores (I adore those!) It's cuddly adn relaxing but softly sexy too. I absolutely love it.

I would approach this from an entirely different angle. More of a "scare them straight" instead of a "piss them off." Wear Dom or Leather and be direct. Flat out tell them that you haven't been impressed with their service. Tell them exactly how they are being a pain in the ass and tell them that if it continues, you will be forced to initiate a contractual compliance meeting and force you all to reconsider when the contract comes up for renewal. The phero will reinforce your hard stance. I think you will get way more mileage out of this approach than trying to piss them off to the point where they get unprofessional. It could be that the threat of losing their contract might be the kick in the seat they need. ETA: Also, having this come to Jesus meeting on record where you outline what they're doing wrong and how they can improve can really work in your favor when you do decide to terminate the contract.

I was unsure about this since i often have issues with chocolate, but the lure of white musk, black cherry, and pink sugar was too strong. This doens't smell like chocolate per se, but it's deep, rich, and familiar. Actually, no notes in particular jump out at me, but that's just a testament of the wonderful way they blend together. Smooth, sensuous (but not so much that you can't wear it in the daytime), and sophisticated. I would wear it with LFM in the daytime and LFN at night. It wear very close to me and light enough to wear in the spring and rich enough for the winter. A win!!

Revisiting this a year and a half later....still one of my favorites. The character of this hasn't changed any from before, still a lovely tropical (to my nose) Halo's Angelique...BUT i al fminally starting to get a lot of marshmallow out of this. Yay!!!! I have a newfound love affair with marshmallow!! It is soft and cuddly and smooth and rich. I still get mad compliments when I wear this.

Just went with samples of Two Lips and a Kiss, Tingle Tangle, and Love is Love for right now, along with my bottle of Chrissy's Pink Lavender Cake.

Gah!! I'll have one of Chrissy's Pinl Lavender Cake if there are any left.

This is what i meant as well, since I usually just pick and choose.

It's really hard to say after one use. Like you said, you could have been having an off night. Maybe he had a bad day at work or something. Or maybe the setting was wrong for that particular phero for him. you definitely have to test it out more, maybe at home. I will say, though, that this is exactly how my guy reacts with SS4W, consistently. (I love it so much though, so I just wear it when he's not around!!)
