This scent captures exactly what I had envisioned and turned out better than I imagined, so thank you Mara! I LOVE IT!! I have been plotting this one for a long time and I'm so glad that I finally went for it. I have been wearing it every day since it arrived and I can't get enough :-) It is dark, sensual and sophisticated...and a little badass. It wears close to the skin like a secret weapon. The black orchid is the star note, beautiful and mysterious. The chocolate gives it an earthy elegance that balances out the floral. The raspberry and honey add a touch of sweetness but stay in the background. It is so well blended, I could not pick out either of those individually. However, they are more prominent in the spray version. As it dries down, the vanilla and orchid linger as a soft, powdery impression. Fabulous!! Tonight I will be wearing it out salsa dancing, boosted with Gotcha! :-)

Yep, I think you need LFN too! LAM is great too. Lace is another good one for going out dancing. It is a completely different vibe than LFN, very feminine and approachable. Men LOVE it! Gotcha is also a winner. So much to chose from... ;-)

Although LFM worked great for me for my situation, SWS is probably better for professional settings. I, too, find that I get more respect at work when I use that... So last night was our last performance. It was a great run and LFM did exactly what I needed it to. I still had a healthy amount of nervousness, but was confident and focused. Total win. However, I did wear Audacious to one of the more casual events. It was an interesting experience. I had absolutely no nervousness whatsoever. I'm thinking this is really great...But as soon as we hit the stage, my dance partner completely blanked out and forgot the routine. I had to back lead him through most of it. It was pretty messy. We nailed the ending though so that counts. And fortunately the lighting was poor and no one really noticed. He has no idea what happened. I didn't realize until later that it was probably Audacious that caught him off guard. OOPS! We've had lots of laughs over it but he still doesn't know :-)

This is not at all what I expected. It is more of a spicy orange than cupcake scent on my skin. I don't detect any honey which is odd for me since I am a honey ho. Despite that, it is a delicious sexy scent and the dry-down is to die for. Today I am wearing it layered with Sugared Chocolate Fudge...yum!!!!

First performance done and we KILLED it!. It was a great night... I wore LFM with Lusty Cherry. This is such a great combo. I stayed calm and focused even though I was running around helping others get ready pre-performance. It was chaotic but I wasn't fazed by it. We had a huge audience and a few of my family members were there. Our team was the first of 4 to perform. As we were lined up to walk out on stage, I saw my ex (one who broke my heart, who I've never really gotten over) sitting in the front row, right smack in the middle. Then I started to shake. I wasn't expecting him to be there so it threw me a bit, and he still has that effect on me. But I managed to pull it together fairly quickly and stay focused on what I needed to do, rather than him. I felt very confident out on that dance floor. Huge win for LFM! I may play with Audacious out of curiosity for one of our later performances at a more casual event. But otherwise I plan to stick with this. Thanks everyone for your input. It was extremely helpful!

This reminds me of LP Red too, but deeper more sensual. I usually wear a different scent every day depending on my mood...But I have been slathering this one every day since I got my FB last week. It's just that good. I can't get enough of it!

Thanks Everyone! Those are great ideas for me to work with. I ended up wearing LFM to practice yesterday and things went well. We nailed the landing several times. I felt relaxed and confident. The team's overall energy was good. So definitely all positive... I am going to test it again at dress rehearsal this week when I'll be a lot more amped up, to see how that works and go from there.

Leather does not make me nervous. I get a lot accomplished when I wear it and it keeps me motivated. I just want to go go go. I like to wear it to rehearsals which is why I was initially considering this. But I have not worn it specifically for nerves so I don't know... I like to wear Mega Watt when I am working at my computer all day. It really does help me focus and gives me calm mental energy. It puts me in the zone. So I've never thought about it for dance, but it's a great idea. I will have to try this. My sample is gone but I have a FB on the way... Thanks for the link. I completely forgot about Audacious! Yes that one is awesome for confidence boosting. I have Soaked which i haven't worn in ages but I think it's calling my name.
