Just snagged a half bottle of this on the trades and all I can say is it's "fabulous in a bottle"!! Wow!! I was immediately taken to the beach...it's sexy and tropical..beautiful!! Blends together...I smell the coconut, but the floral ylang gives it that sexy vibe and the creaminess makes it perfect for those pheros with copulins that need masking...I know Mara added like 5-6 bottles of it on Etsy or Artfire? months ago and I wanted to try it but I waited too long and they were gone. I am kicking myself for not getting like 3-4 and having them boosted. It would the perfect beach/summer potion..one that could be worn during the day or out to dinner in the evening. There needs to be a rebrew of this!!! Lady Victoria...your ideas and Mara's interpretation and creation of them worked together to produce a potion worthy of praise!!! My half bottle will be gone within a week..already stalking the trades for more!!!! Bravo!!

Is it too early to ask for a little hint of what is coming with the April NRs? I have been so patient...just something small for me to obsess over while I'm drinking my kool aid? lol

Luna, I don't even know why I was surprised today when I found it because it always happens!! :)As many times as I have gone through the current and the archive list of potions, one would think I knew them all....yet today I found another with which I am not familiar!! I really wish LPMP had a way, like Fragrantica, of searching for perfumes by notes, or at least a way of searching the archive list like we have with the current list (type, intent, pheros, etc.). Fragrantica allows you to type in specific notes and will give a list of those perfumes which contain them (for anyone not familiar with Fragrantica)....one other option might be to make a note on the potion's description page of any other potions reminiscent of the described. I know Mara's creations are all different, but some have a familiarity to them...maybe an option for "Pink Scents" and "White Scents" could be added since those are two popular choices...anything to help a ditz like me..lol

I don't know how I missed this with my love of white scents, but I would love to see a rebrew of Masked Man! From what I can tell, several people have it on their wishlist and it has rarely come up on the trade boards! It sounds right up my alley...in fact-this was very similar to my last PE-wish I could have tried it! Should have known that Mara had already thought of it first! lol I have to give another shout out to Gypsum White too even though God and everyone knows I have only said it about 100 times before ..anyway....please Mara!!!

OMG!!! I'm actually doing a happy dance (I didn't think I had it in me..lol )!!!! Oh, Mara, that would be fabulous!!!! I'm sooo excited about everything!!

I received LPO in the LPMP women's sampler I purchased in the beginning....I have to say the first time I smelled it I thought-how could anyone like the smell of this? Mind you, I had never smelled artisan perfumes before and was used to the bland and generic smelling commercial perfumes. This winter I got it out again and tried it and I am in love with it!! To me it smells like a very rich and spicy vanilla with a hint of apricot floating in the background. I wear it to bed because I love waking up with the scent of it on my pillow. To those of you who are new to artisan perfumes I ask you not to make a decision until you have learned to appreciate the richness and complexity of them. I also hated patchouli in the beginning, but now I love it. If you have tried it and don't like it right away, set it aside for a few months and come back to it...it's a thumbs up for me!! Also, one thing I learned was that the phero blend, Gotcha, is made to compliment this potion...Gotcha is fabulous and one of my favs so this makes it a win win!!

Well, at least that gives me more time to decide on which Spell Potions...and longer to dream!! I'm excited about Fairy Potions..saw the most beautiful story about fairies on the Travel Channel Friday night...it was on Mysteries at the Castle...about a man who fell in love with a woman and then found out she was a fairy princess...it is a story centered around the MacLeod clan in Scotland, I believe, and the silk flag left by the fairy for her husband...I will try to find a link about it... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairy_Flag

Is it too early to start dreaming about what Mara has in store for us next month??!! lol Don't get me wrong...I am loving the new Spell Collection!! I ordered both sets in samplers...now I am trying to narrow down my order to get everything I want! But, I have been thinking about what more awaits us for the spring! I think it's because last April was my first month ordering with LPMP and I found Gypsum White during that time....we have also had beautiful weather this week in the southeast and our flowers are starting to bloom...all of it has just left my mouth watering for some floral potions!!

I have both of them and I love both of them! Beach Goddess and BlueBear are spot on in how they play out on me as well....LFN makes me feel mysterious and sexy, while Leather leaves me feeling more outgoingly sexy. While I love Mega Watt for getting things done, Leather also helps me to get things taken care of!! Audacious, I have to say, is tops on my list...it's on the sold out list, but you can request it via Mad Scientist blend...Audacious has the phero blend from Leather plus DHEAS and copulins...

I would love to have a rebrew of Crayons:Gypsum White! It is my number one fragrance and I have already gone through 4 of my bottles in one year...my stockpile is going quickly...I know there has to be interest from more than one person, but I would really love it if you could do a rebrew of it or create a potion for this spring very similar to Gypsum White...

Just got around to trying this today so it has had plenty of time to get over travel shock. When first applied I smell earth...I tend to amp that note and it is hard for me to distinguish among different ones...once it dried down the earth took a back seat and I am smelling what must be the banyan fruit...it is a nice pleasant smell...very natural....it's not one of my favs, but there is a quality about it that I like and I can totally see myself wearing this if I were attending an outdoor event like hiking or going to the lake. Many perfumes seem to work against the skin chemistry when worn outdoors with the body sweating, but I think this would be the perfect potion for such an occasion...the fact that it is boosted with Cougar, which I love, is an absolute plus! I may not go full bottle on this one at the moment, but I'm definitely going to keep testing it as the weather gets warmer and I'm outside more to see how it holds up! I recently aquired a Sugared Roses from the TF and I'm going to layer the two since Mara likes to use roses in her potions boosted with Cougar...For those of you who love a more natural smell, this is perfect!

Today I tried my PE again and when wet I am still mainly getting leather but upon drydown I am also getting a powdery vanilla with it. I'm not sure if it's the vanilla or the heliotrope..it's very nice! I do know that from now on I am waiting at least a week or two before trying my PEs! I do suspect that the situation with me crying earlier that day could have affected how I perceived it. Luna...I am finding out just how potent it is! lol I'm hanging on to all of my bottles and will take note as I use the perfume how it is coming along..It has softened a bit, although the real surprise is that I think I'm loving it as is! It's kind of a sexy leather scent and I found out today in the store when I was wearing it that some men find the smell of leather quite intoxicating! Men kept leaning in closer for a smell! Might be a hit in the bedroom...will post those results when I'm able to test it..lol Lady V...it was a week before and I definitely had PMS so it could have had an effect. I do notice how potions and pheros smell/work differently during that time of the month! The other thing that affects the way they smell on me is when I do a cleanse..I wasn't doing a cleanse then, but I find it so intruiging how much they change! I also crave different potions' scents at different times of the month..sometimes it's floral, then vanilla and another week later it's foodie...bizarre! I hope everyone that got a bottle of it is loving it...I know we all have different likes and dislikes, especially when it comes to perfumes..thank you all for chiming in and for your words of comfort...things are going much better now... If Black Leather White Lace continues to morph as it ages I will be content...if it remains as it is now I will be content. I do think it's going to age like a fine wine and just get better and better... if I had to pair it with a phero at this point I would say LFN would compliment it nicely! I got my bottles boosted with Lace and with Leather and they also go well. I'm looking forward to layering this one with my all time love Gypsum White and then also with Sugared White Musk and with OCCO/NOCO Vanilla. I think these will go together beautifully!!! Mara, thank you so much for my gorgeous PE...I really love it! It wasn't what I was expecting scent wise, but sometimes what we get instead is something better and that's how I feel...it's very sexy and seductive and I can't wait to wear it for Jatin!!! ****The title of the PE needs to be changed..I goofed it up and reversed the colors****

I love florals and sweet perfumes so I was sure I was going to love it..I was right! It is a sweet floral potion..very girly and innocent...everything blends together nicely on me and it has one of my favorite phero blends, Gotcha, so I had to get a fb of this! Luckily, I snagged one on the trade forum..

I am very sorry I have not commented since I created this post..last Monday (the day of) one of my childhood schoolmates passed away suddenly and I am having a hard time with that..it has also brought back many memories of my brother's passing in 2000 (he was 26-from a car accident)..my dad isn't doing well now...with everything I am feeling very overwhelmed...I thank you all for your comments and thank you, Mara, for my beautiful PE...I haven't tried it again or even any of the NR sampler I got yet...I promise to respond as soon as things are better and I have had a chance to test...

I don't know whether I am just amping the leather or it just needs time to mesh after traveling...I know you're right and I should give it a little time...Pink Lavender Cake smelled like cough syrup on me today...lol...my skin must be doing weird things...I wanted so badly to smell the white florals and vanilla (and the vanilla added by the heliotrope) too...please let me know when you get your's how you find it...I'm wanting to know if it is just me...in potions with tobacco and earth those are the only notes which I detect so leather may be like that for me...I will wait and see..

Just now received this in the mail.... First impression...the leather is really amping and some type of chemical smell...I don't get any floral or vanilla at all...I am going to put this aside for a few days and retest..

With my order last night I got the sampler, Girl/Girl spray unphero, Sugared Violets (I wanted many more but I had to put them off til next order), and 2 of Pink Lavender Cake PE boosted with BANG! (1/2 boost each).... I think I am the most excited I have been about the NRs this month...they all seem like ones I would love so I'm waiting to test them all to see which ones I'll order and with which boosts! (To Soothe A Broken Heart is a definite FB!!)

Mara...I have a question about my PE....I am getting ready to order some sugareds and when I look at the vanillas, Sugared Velvet Vanilla is listed as the non-foody vanilla...my PE says a velvety vanilla was used, but I can't wear non-foody vanilla....did you use the non-foody one in my PE?

Ahhh, ok...that explains it very well!! Just got a new G2, but I think I'll get a Girl/Girl and compare....one more question and I'll leave you alone..lol Is the Girl/Girl going to be a limited phero in that when it runs out there will be no more-or-is it being permanently added? Thanks so much, Luna, for answering all of my questions...
