Yeah, I had finished my ordering and was all happy with myself for not spending a fortune...now, I've added Etsy stuff. I loved the writing, Luna. I swear I had a dream about the story in Autumn Rain. Just the first few lines, a few days ago. I also really loved Blue Smoke and the story for the Bewitching Hour. Do you have a link to stories you've written somewhere? Please, please!

I was putting some Berry Sangria flavor in my water earlier today and it hit a piece of ice just wrong and splattered back up out of the glass and all over my hands. It startled me but made me laugh, especially when it looked like I was wiping off the evidence of a violent crime...or a vampiric mid-day snack. (because maybe they occasionally have trouble sleeping and want a little something.) Anyway, it made me think of blood red bubbles.

I layered this over OCCO Ambrosia and I have to say that I smell amazing! The sweetness of Ambrosia has mixed nicely with the rose, leather and musk that is in this. To me Ambrosia is all come hither and let's get naked together...there might even be chocolate involved and Crimson Black is very dark and dangerous. Together, the dark and dangerous is more tempting. "Yes, I bite...but you'll like it."

The labels are very magical looking. Nice work! I love the Vampiric Infusion Bubble Bath. That looks so neat that I wish I had a nice tube to use it in.

I had to post about wearing this today. I was in the break room getting ready to leave but lingering to speak some of the managers that were still there. One of the managers had just brought in some plants that we were giving to a coworker who had a relative pass away. So the first table is full of lilies. One of the cashiers came in to clock out and he took a deep breath and smiled and said "It smells wonderful in here." I let him by and leaned over to the plants and took a sniff. They didn't smell like anything. He continued sniffing, leaned to the first one and shook his head, then went to the other one and decided it wasn't that one either. "I don't know but it smells AMAZING in here." I asked what it smelled like. He said it smelled like straight up vanilla. One of the managers pointed at me. He leaned over and sniffed and said "Yep, that's it. It smells really good." Yay! Lusty Cherry.

Thank you very much for the review, QG! It might go well with a very earthy resin scent, something to make it a darker woods type of scent. I might have to try that.

I was really happy that Mara put the Myrrh in there. I love amber and myrrh...okay, I love just about any and all resins but one of my favorite scents consisted mostly of amber and myrrh and now it is no more. I find that I want to layer this with other things. It smells good on its own but I loved it with Spirit Bottle and the other day I was thinking...Oooh I should put Grimoire with...something that I don't remember now. (I hate getting good ideas at work and then forgetting them later.) It does smell very magical and mysterious to me also. I adore it so much that I feel a huge temptation to order more PE's.

Perhaps there will be something in November that will suit you. I missed out on getting a full bottle of this during the sale. It was on my list but I was waiting for the next paycheck and by the time I could order it was gone. However, Cutie_Pie was nice enough to sell me her bottle.

I wore this tonight and then went out with the family, promptly forgetting to check it over time to see how it dried down and such. I was sitting by my brother and would occasionally get a whiff of something that smelled like a really nice clean shampoo or body wash and I wondered what he had used. It was a little more girly than his usual fair but maybe he was out of his wash and grabbed whatever was handy. Then I realized it was me. I felt better knowing that the cool tropical scent was mine and a little sad for my brother because he didn't smell as awesome as I did. Not that I expect him to care much but he does seem to appreciate smelling good when he's trying to be clean and presentable.

I know what you mean Rain_Dancer. I was surprised it was gone also. I waited until I had smelled it from the sample first because I hadn't been around for the previous version. It had so many scents that it could have been a yes or a no. Luckily Cutie.Pie had a bottle that she is willing to part with. I keep looking for Nox. I have been wanting to try it but I haven't had luck so far.

Congratulations! I was thinking about that movie just yesterday. Fall always makes me want to watch it and The Craft.

I don't know if the new one is being reviewed elsewhere or not but I love the 2015 version of this. I am supposed to be asleep so I can't write a long review but, wow, this smells good.

Exactly! Thank you for the detailed review! I am very happy with how it turned out. I agree with you about the hot weather and resin scents though I do wish I could have tried your Persephone potion. The notes sound wonderful. I am sure both it and this will be great to wear in the Fall.

Yeah, what Blackcat said! I wore this yesterday and it was so beautiful and elegant. The dry down left a nice vanilla musk that stayed most of the day. I was at work though so I couldn't pay as much attention to the various stages as I would like.

This smells so much like a leather bound tome when wet. It is mysterious and magickal. Right now, it seems to wear close to the skin, soft and smokey with the leather adding a smooth sexy quality. To me, it evokes power, mystery and confidence. Like you've read that big book of magickal secrets and you know what to do with that knowledge. I love it and I love the label which works so well with the amber color of potion.
