I received my trial of this earlier today and have been observing it all day and I really like this one. I like LP: Red so I suspected I'd also like this one. It has a slightly lighter scent to it than Red does which I am attributing to the Apricot. This fruity honey-ness is really nose forward on me for the first couple of hours then slowly the cinnamon, with a delicate dusting of Patch, comes to centre stage and it's then a much subtler warmer aroma with the honey still humming in the background. This is definitely going on my FB list for my next order.

Thanks for the heads up on this one. I love it so much I quite literally swoon when I smell it.

I received my bottle of this from over on GGG on Etsy and what can I say...WOW! I love this one so much I went straight over there and ordered another two bottles. I so wish this one was on the permanent list and not the GGG list. I think this is my favourite so far (with flutterby coming in a close second). The sandalwood in this one is divine. I can't pick up any ylang ylang but as the sandalwood smells slightly different to other sandalwood mixes I am thinking that must be it dancing with the ylang ylang. Then in comes vanilla which just softens and rounds it all out. If velvet had a smell, this would be it, warm, elegant and soft. Love, love, love it!

But my addiction will not let me out of its clutches and so I am already compiling a list of my next order. Today I received my FB of this one and I am so happy I decided to splash out on a FB. It's like two completely different scents. In the bottle and for the first hour on the skin it's all cupcake and vanilla, so much so I want to eat my own wrist. Then all of a sudden and it really was sudden, in flounces daffodil and what was a cupcake becomes a meadow of beautiful yellow spring daffodils. However they are not playing light and airy on my skin as just hovering in the background is amber keeping them grounded.

Hello SirenSong. Yep I can certainly identify with this. :-) I'm pretty new around here too and can confirm that addition is easily acquired around these parts.

I love Beautiful dreamer which I am wearing today and recently I purchased a full bottle. It such a calming and relaxing smell. I love the way the lavender is softened by the vanilla but does not cross over into overly sweet due to the amber reining it in. Only three notes, but three notes that blend and flow so well together.

I have been looking at scent lockets on Etsy. There are so many pretty ones it may take a while to decide which one to get.

As I'm pretty new here they're all NRs to me Also realised I included Inspire Desire trial in my last order which is currently en route to me. So I am now thinking of a trial of LP: Ceremony or Rouge...or...both.

I received my trial vial of this and tried some a couple of nights ago. It is lovely and very foody. Initially I get a rich creamy vanilla buttercream smell. But after a few hours it fades down to a more oaty, milky smell which is very soft and delicate. Hard to believe there are cops in this one as I don't pick them up at all. I may give this a whirl this weekend as my SO is staying over. ;-)

That tickled me :-) I love the word bordello. I am undecided on Aja. I love the smell in the bottle and for the first hour or so on my skin it has a sweet, almost floral, honey smell. But then it is as though it goes off and it gets dirty. But not sexy, hot and horny dirty, which I could definitely get on board with, just unwashed, grubby dirty. I haven't given up on it yet though and I am going to play with this over the next month and see if my body chemistry will always do this or if there may be times it will work for longer than an hour for me.

I get sugary lime when wet with just a hint of the black raspberry peeping through. As it dries down I start to pick up the vanilla which gives it a delicious sweetness, have to agree with banshee here and say strawberry shortcake. But the lime is still there giving it a freshness. I have had this on for a few hours now and I am not picking up any noticeable patch which my skin has a tendency to amp. But having said that over time it has developed a depth which I can't quite put my finger on but I am going to attribute to the patch working but veiled in the background. I love this scent. I'm off to get a FB.

I have just received my bottle of this, along with a few others (it's official I am addicted to LP), and I have had this on my wrist for about an hour now and I love it. It's sweet yet floral but warm floral, slightly creamy. My skin is, so far, not turning this into old lady floral which my skin is prone to do. I just smell of walking among the cherry blossoms on a wonderful spring day.

I so wanted to get along with this one as I love Tiare flower. But while this smells lovely wet once it dries down my skin is amping something strange which I think may be the Cocoa Butter. Unfortunately it seems to turn into a powdery old lady smell and I remind myself of my Nan. Damn you body chemistry!! However all is not lost as it smells divine on my daughter, all creamy and floral, so I have passed it on to her.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I just wanted to put my mind at ease that the first one hadn't gone walkabout. I'm off on vacation tomorrow so hopefully they'll be here when I get back. I've had them posted to my work address and my colleagues know I'm expecting them and will put them on my desk.

I have a few separate orders in progress at the moment and today received one of them (all gorgeous scents!!!) However this one was dispatched on 15 January so that's a pretty good delivery time to get all the way over here to the UK. However I'm waiting for an order which Mara dispatched on the 9th January but that hasn't arrived yet. Is it normal for parcels to arrive out of order like this or do you thing the one dispatched on 9th has got lost by the postal service?

I am wearing this for the first time today. The smell is so creamy and warm I can definitely see how a man would smell divine in this one. However when I first applied it, it didn't seem to smell of very much so I added some more. Well...I think I may have overdone it. As gorgeous as the smell is I am sitting in the office in a cloud of it and I feel all floaty and dreamy. I think perhaps a little less of this next time if I am wearing it to work as I do need to actually work and not float around all smiley. It looks like the B2.2 is giving me rather a lot of selfies as I am definitely floaty and cloudlike today so its probably for the best I'm only doing a half day today.

I've included a trial of this in the order I placed today. I'm hoping I get a nice sweet honey as that sounds lovely. But I have found some of the samples I have tried that have honey in them can turn a little pee-ish on me. Although not all the time so I guess it's dependent on my body chemistry on that particular day.

I have fallen madly and deeply in love with this scent and have just ordered a full bottle. When I first tried it a couple of weeks ago I didn't think much of it. Then last night I needed a good night sleep so thought I'd take it for a whirl. Not only did I have a wonderful nights sleep but it smelled so incredible I am wearing it again today and I can't stop sniffing myself. On my skin I only get a slight hint of amber which has gradually faded to leave a gorgeous light lavender which the vanilla has made all creamy and lovely.

I have LP: Black although I have added cops in mine which, I guess, will alter the scent a little. It pulls a lot of honeycomb on my skin which I love but I don't get much of the vanilla coming through and I wish I did as I love Vanilla (I've ordered NOCO white to remedy this). The patch doesn't take over on me and the honey smell stays pretty consistent. At first I wasn't too sure whether I liked this one but having tried it a few times now it is really growing on me. And I adore, adore, adore the label for this one. However occasionally it smells a little of pee. Do you think this is the added cops as opposed to the scent blend?

With regard to PM, I wore it yesterday with my SO as we are at the 6 month mark and we have been talking about our future together. Well what can I say other than OMG!! Firstly I noticed the self effects as I caught myself gazing at him thinking "you're the most amazing guy I know". Then after chatting for a while about this and that he starts talking about him spending some money to improve my house so we can sell it, as he loves being with me so he sees no reason why we won't move to a full commitment in the very near future. But how he wouldn't expect me to sell it until we are married as he understands that it is my security and safety net. Now while these things have come up before it was in a much more casual conversational kinda way. However last night felt like it was on a much deeper level. I think PM certainly created an atmosphere conducive to these kind of thoughts and discussions. So if that's the way you'd like things to go with you're man Frida, then I can vouch for PM. On the 'hot night' side of things my man responded very well to Phero Girl...Oh la la

Thanks you for the replies. I have tried both now and cannot smell anything when they are on my skin so it looks like they will indeed be pretty easy to cover. I did use LP:Red yesterday and I love how it smells on me so looks like that's another FB to add to the wish list. Looking forward to getting my next couple of orders so I can start building up the fragrance collection. It's early days for me around these parts but I am already becoming a little obsessed with all the goodies available.
