Ok I tried wearing this again. I still don't get much strawberry, wet it's still a lemon cupcake. But the drydown this time was very reminiscent of the typical LP patchouli, but a little lighter and fruitier. I kept wondering why I was smelling LP: Red on myself (the only FB LP I own and therefore use regularly) until I realized it was that classic LP patchouli base working its magic.

AGH the moment when you try a sample size of a soldout LPMP that you got as a goodie in a trade and fall in love with it... This, my friends... is heartbreak. Swiped this on my arm and it's absolutely delicious. I remember seeing it on ETSY a while ago when I first got into LPMP but was weary because of florals. Wet, I get a blast of coconut and florals, mostly ylang I think, with a "brightness" that I think comes from the citrus notes. On drydown, it smells like the most delicious tropical musk of coconut and summer and wears close to the skin. Absolutely perfect fragrance to pair with LFM. Gonna keep my eye on the trading post to see if I can snag a bottle of this eventually.

I love tequila... Just started doing tequila shots with salt and lemon as a recommendation from a friend... Smoothest shots I've ever taken.

This baby just goes... and goes... and goes... Wow at that longetivity. I swiped a stripe in my cleavage and experienced the same thing everyone else did. I woke up the next morning and immediately was hit by Aja! Honey scents always seem to last the longest on me (I remember the clothes I wore when trying SLF literally smelled like SLF for a whole 2 weeks while they were waiting for the laundry). It might be travel shock, but after a while on me, it definitely goes from sweet honey to a veryyyyyyyyyyy dirty honey that is reminiscent of cat pee... It does remind me a bit of SLF in the drydown, although SLF is a lot more floral while this is more pure honey. I love the way this smells in the bottle, and I also tried dabbing some on a cotton ball and sticking it in my bra, and that seemed to do the trick to prevent the really dirty drydown. Considering getting this in a spray or finally investing in a good scent locket...

I know I can't wear LFN when I'm in a grumpy/irritable mood, whether it's because of PMS or otherwise. Once I did it before taking a walk, and I felt ready to punch anyone who looked at me funny. Went home really quick because it really amped my anger. Probably has to do with the nones.

This is a really random question, but Mara, do you sometimes still make the body creams with copulins? I somehow stumbled onto the threads for Cops and Robbers and Olive and Apricot creams with cops so I was curious.

I wore my sample of this during an interview for an internship that I did get selected for (and have been working at for about 2 months now). I was a nervous wreck and was absolutely sure I wasn't going to be selected either. Definitely thinking about picking some of this up now, but I'm not sure if I should go with spray or oil. Leaning more towards spray because I think I'll get Money Multiplier Spell Oil in oil...

This is very ylang and coconuts on me. Bright, juicy sunshine initially that mellows down to ylang and coconuts with a base of patchouli. The patch keeps it from being too creamy and gives it a good complex boost, making it feel more "perfume-y" to me. Great scent for summer.

Oh man, I had to actually ask my roommate to sniff some chicken to see if it had gone bad (ended up chucking it to be safe). Once I start cooking more, I'll probably either ask the bf to taste things to see if the flavors are okay or just delegate cooking duty to him altogether!

I think he's one of those supertasters so he naturally has a good sense of smell along with that... He's really picky with food, will usually make comments at a restaurant about how something needs more seasoning while I'm over there happily stuffing my face. We like to play a game when we go into stores that sell perfume and sniff perfumes and try to guess its notes before looking them up on our phones. I'm not very good and might be able to get one dominant note, but his snese of smell is pretty naunced so he can usually get a couple of the notes correct. Unfortunately he's not a huge fan of foody scents (though he likes sweet), so I limit wearing LPMP sometimes around him. The pheros work pretty well though, and luckily I have a decent collection now of the UN's.

This is a must for a sample size when I place my next order! I'm a sucker for graham cracker and pie notes, for some reason...

One of my first perfumes from LPMP! This stuff is a foody's dream! The pecan, brown sugar, and vanilla are so strong initially, and the drydown is heavily on the smoke and pecans on me. I do wish I could get more boozy vanilla (bourbon vanilla is probably one of my favorite notes, if not my favorite, ever), but the boyfriend, who has a way better sniffer than me, says the vanilla is there and strong. Even though I've never been to NOLA, it reminds me of the NOLA I would imagine from Interview with the Vampire, for some reason. A sexy, delicious nighttime scent!

I'm super curious about this one, but the banana worries me a bit... I really don't like eating bananas, so naturally I'm not a huge fan of banana-scents either. But the other notes look so yummy. Will have to order a sample of this one of these days.

In no particular order... Cougar Potion Blackstone Spring's Lusty Cherry LP: Red Ravenwing's White Forest Cake I apparently really love cherry...

I got mine with a half-boost of Cuddle Bunny, which I imagine is affecting the scent a little. I only get some cherry when I first apply, and then it quickly becomes a chocolate-y marshmallow cupcake scent. Really soft and sweet.

Really, really great advice has been given on this thread already, so I feel like I'm just repeating what everyone said... I'm 22, female, definitely at the stage of my life where I'm more about focusing on my career than looking for a guy. That doesn't mean I'm not open to men or relationships, but it's not a priority right now, more like a "if it happens, great, if not, eh" thing. BlueBear put it great, actually: It's so important to keep living your life and building your own life in the meantime. I've been in relationships where I felt like I needed to fill a void with a person/a boyfriend, and trust me, those are not healthy relationships at all. People kept telling me that I needed to be okay with myself first, and years later, I've more and more realized that truth of that. And, in my experience, a lot of times, a relationship or the right person can come along when you least expect it or when you're not actively looking. Good luck!

Welcome! What samples did you get?

I've been trying out different amounts of this (60/40 silicone), anywhere between 2-4 sprays, without much luck so far. I haven't felt off or anything, so I don't think I'm OD-ing? It's also really, really cold here and I'm basically always smothered in heavy coats, so maybe I'll try applying on top of my clothes instead...

LOL QG! Pass the beer, please! Actually maybe wine for me... Luna, your comment reminds me of how a lot of women these days are choosing to forgo the mate altogether and have a kid artificially... My friends and I joke whenever one of us is having boy problems that pretty soon we just won't need men haha! Cops on a guy... The topic is interesting. Just for me personally, I feel like the "bad boy" aura that cops on a guy portrays might be better for fantasy than translated into real life (I may or may not have jealousy problems)... But I could definitely see the appeal for some women!

I think I'll definitely get a bottle of EOW and other materials in the future to boost any bottles after an order (or things I get from the Trading Post). Only issue is I feel like I would be a klutz at taking off the rollerball tops and could totally see myself spilling everything! Maybe I'll just stick to Mara boosting my bottles for now haha!!

My Cherry Divinity made it halfway around the world in my dad's checked luggage without any leaks! I think it would be too much trouble for everyone at this point for me to send it back, so I'll just be extra careful with my bottle...
