  1. ! I've been away so I won't be able to get my package until Saturday (sob), but I ordered a bottle of your PE too because I also want to compare ylangs! Hehehe
  2. I tried that combo once because some ladies have mentioned it in various threads. I put a bit of LFM oil on my neck and Gotcha on my chest. It worked nicely--I felt glamorous and respected but people were also very open and a little gushy with me. I'm not sure if I feel the need to keep wearing both as opposed to one at a time, but it was a fun experiment.
  3. Welcome! I'm still a relative newbie to this, but I can say that the unisex Swimming with Sharks phero was made for professional or quasi-professional situations, and personally it has served me well in encouraging others to listen to and respect me. Open Windows is also great for these kinds of scenarios. It could help you all talk more easily with each other, if your main concern is not feeling at ease enough to mingle. OW has helped me in many different situations.
  4. I used this for the first time in a work situation last week. I would normally not choose a scent with Gotcha for work, but I felt I needed to for this meeting. Another department is being absorbed into ours and my supervisor, who will be overseeing the employees from the other department, needed me to sit in on a mediation between two employees who do not get along and whose issues cause discomfort for their co-workers. We had heard lots of things from various sources and decided to sit with them to try to hash it out. I thought that Gotcha might help by doing its usual thing of disarming people and then drawing out the truth. I wasn't going to be leading the meeting so I'd be saying little to nothing, so I felt no risk of spilling any beans. I wasn't too worried about the phero possibly affecting my boss since he was going to keep the conversation focused on what each of them had to say, so I felt the risk of him saying too much was minimal. I felt it went well. These two had already hashed out some of this before to each other and to others, so I knew some of what we'd get would have come out without the phero. However there's a lot of shifty talk from these two that sometimes obscures things. This time they spoke more plainly and simply, just coming out with it, but also not going off each other the way we were worried they might. One of them also admitted to doing something that wasn't exactly against the rules, but wasn't great either, and later when my boss and I spoke privately we were agreed that we had been surprised by the revelation. Hopefully the meeting is the beginning of smoothing things out between them. Regarding the scent, the A/C went on the fritz so we were sweating after a while. The sweetness of the apricot and honey burned off me fairly fast and mostly slightly sweetened patch was left, which was a bit beyond my patch limit, so that's something I'll keep in mind for this scent while it's still warm out.
  5. Now that this has sat around for a few months since I last tried it, the pineapple doesn't whack me in the nose when I first put it on (not that I minded; I like pineapple ). The fruit and the orchid have melded together and I don't think I'd be able to identify the fruity note as specifically being pineapple, if I didn't know what was in this. I've been wearing this recently and I enjoy how the orchid is rather sophisticated, but underpinned by fruity sweetness. I like this even more than when I first tried it
  6. I'd like to reserve a bottle of Lisa's Creamy Ylang, please.
  7. This is quite possible. I'm experiencing this with someone I got very noticeable hits from with Gotcha--when I saw him the next time after that, we still had a nice long, fun chat, but the usual casual touching was suddenly absent and he positioned himself further away from me than usual--like, comically far away.
  8. I'm still experimenting with this; have started to get very nice results. I've gotten a good handle on Perfect Match and know what works for me and what to expect; I'm now paying attention to how Gotcha differs from PM. I hope to be able to detect the differences as I continue...
  9. I haven't tried this since January. I still like the scent (layered with a bit of another fruity scent to control the plastic); it's sexy and luscious. Wore it out to a party last night and an acquaintance started to chat with me. It was a good, lively, intellectual chat/debate, after which he told me it was like the ones he has with his girlfriend, and he told me this with an excited, heart-eyed kind of look on his face. Hehe! Gotcha!
  10. I'm curious about this...I was just using an Origins bath product in their staple ginger scent, which is primarily ginger and different types of orange and citrus. Can anyone say if this perfume is reminiscent of that scent, or do the sandalwood and amber give it a whole other feeling?
  11. Ooh I might have to try this...I've been feeling very enamored lately of the cocoa butter in Seaside Sizzle, so now I'm intrigued by this...
  12. After aging for several months, this is still mostly juicy cherry on me, with a bit of mango and just a whiff of chocolate. Very nice, but sometimes this overwhelms whichever fruit scent I've paired with it. I've made a sniffee vial of this mixed with a bit of OCCO White and that takes it down a notch for when I really want the other scent I'm wearing to shine.

    Parasol

I've found this fun to layer. I wore this with Lace recently because I was in the mood to smell freshly-showered. Then I decided to play around with it and sweeten myself up a bit (it felt right, wearing Lace and all ) so I dabbed a bit of Sugared Strawberries on top
  14. Wore this with some Cuddle Bunny recently. The hydrangeas stood out more this time. I love the sophistication of the flowers alongside the simple sexiness of the cocoa butter.
  15. Oooooh I love that scent so I must try them together!
  16. I enjoy wearing this with LP Original; they're a great combo. It's reminiscent of LP Valentine (which I like). I really enjoy this Sugared. The orange-y freshness is a great mood-lifter.
  17. After writing my last post about this scent, I caved and ordered a few bottles. The more I wear it, the more I love it. I've paired this with Open Windows, Heart & Soul, and Lace. It was also the first LPMP scent to get me a compliment on how I smelled
  18. Lady V, again, I adore this scent! By itself, plus it's also been a repeat cover for BANG for me (I've happily posted my results in the BANG UN thread), and I've also used it a second time with LFM, for when I wanted a different type of sexiness. It's so versatile for phero-pairing. LOVE!
  19. I got BANG recently and finally test-drove it with this scent as a cover, which yes, worked wonderfully. What a combo!
