  1. So far my experiences with this have been very positive--it's a nice phero for when I'd like people to be warm and fuzzy with me but not feeling "enamored" of me as they tend to be when I'm wearing Perfect Match. Each time I've worn this has been at a restaurant or bar where I knew the staff, so I had regular behavior to measure the phero against. They've been extra accommodating (with freebies and extra-attentive service) and wanted to talk to me more than normal. There was an extra bit of sweetness to their interactions, I suppose in reaction to the extra sweetness I may have been giving off thanks to H&S.

  2. I was hoping the vanilla wouldn't show up enough to rear its plastic head, but it did; this time it was of the "burned plastic" variety. However, it wasn't super strong against the other ingredients and sort of made for a "dessert with slightly burned edges" smell, so while it wasn't was I was looking for, it was actually still wearable :P The burned smell also didn't take too-too long to fade, leaving the rest of the soft dessert-y-ness, so I can enjoy this scent.

  3. Having joined the LPMP community after GotBM (w LFM) was already gone, I was looking forward to trying this LFN version. It's lovely--a perfectly sophisticated scent to pair with either phero. The aquatic notes give it a nice freshness. Will be wearing frequently!

ETA that I road-tested this last night (first time wearing LFN outside). I just sort of felt more attractive, which is typical when I wear LFM, so naturally this sexier version felt good to wear. Got extra attention from Blond Bartender, plus he poured me an extra drink and also gave me a small dish to munch on. :purr:

  4. Chiming in to agree with everyone else here, which may be unnecessary at this point, but extra encouragement can't hurt :) Many of us have found pheromones to be helpful, but they can only help amplify what's already in you, not transform you. And that's the way it should be. We all have naturally have attractive qualities, just in different ways. We should indeed all be striving to be "the best version of ourselves" rather than trying to force ourselves to become whatever ideal is currently en vogue (remember--what's "ideal" today will not be considered ideal in a few years' time!).

It's good that you ultimately want to be yourself; that's the way to go. We are all surrounded by various social pressures that are hard to ignore, but the less preoccupied you are with them, the freer and happier you will be. And that is where more confidence will naturally come from. We're not meant to all be the same, so you just do you. There really are people out there who will appreciate you as you are, in terms of both future girlfriends and future friendships. Rest assured that you will find your people, and/or they will find you.

  5. After trying a trial of BAM Original, which worked very nicely on me, I ordered one of Pink Amber. It's like a soft whispery version of Love Potion: Pink, and I was surprised by how light it is, especially compared to how the Original is very present on me. But that's not a criticism--I like that it can sneak up on people before BAMming them ;)

  6. This is such an intriguing fragrance!! It is indeed sophisticated, but in such a different way from other things I've worn. Interesting that there's an evocation of leather without that actually being a note. I'll need to wear this a few more times to figure out if it's "me," but I'm fascinated by it; I keep sniffing my wrist.

  7. This is SO pretty! I wasn't sure how the flower + cupcake concept would turn out on me (incidentally this is my first Fairy Cake scent), but it's just lovely. On me, it's nicely balanced between the floral and the yummy cake, and not too-too sweet. It's pleasant and soft and I kept sniffing myself :Emoticons10311:

  8. This is nice! Woods can become too much on me, but this is just right. Outdoorsy but also indoors-y (heh) in that it's like standing outside in October, smelling the forest surroundings, and standing near an open window and smelling pumpkin pie being baked.

  9. Its abit too green for my liking. Very beautiful and genteel scent but its just not me

Same here. It's quite lovely but I'm not sure it's "me," however, I'll think on it for a while. I could see myself layering this with other floral scents that I feel like making a bit fresher and greener.

  10. Thanks reincarnated, but sadly, I've discovered from trying various types of honey scents that honey just doesn't work for me--plastic all the way. I can add a bit of honey to sweeten other scents and that works OK; they just can't be honey-forward. (My trial of BAM Original smelled perfect but my purchase of NOCO Original, which went back to Plastic City, proved that BAM's pheros/cops were what kept it from going plastic on me.) It's too bad because Dance of Passion sounds gorgeous. But that's OK--I'll just keep on Cuddle Bunny-ing :)

  11. I tried this again after letting it age for a month and it's still "wood shavings in a pet store," although now the honey comes through a bit more, then goes plastic as honey is wont to do on me, making it "pet store where you can smell the wood shavings and all the plastic toys." Because of the honey and the way I really amp woods (too much in this case), I think this scent is not meant to be for me, however much more I might let it age. But I really want to test Bang!'s effects. Cinnamon-y scents work well on me; maybe layering one with this will keep keep the plastic from coming through and add a note that will show up along side the woods.

  12. I've noticed that when this ages, it's warmer, less tart, and less 'berry like'. It's a really smoother pink scent. So for those who may think the berries are too upfront, this info may help. I also feel like sample sizes age quicker, bc it's a smaller batch to mellow out.

It covers cops really well, have had a couple of bottles boosted with EOW, and though I can smell the EOW when it's wet, that scent goes away after it dries down.

Indeed, this is happening with my little trial vial. I tried it again tonight and I think it has mellowed out to the point where I no longer think it's too sweet for me. It really is pretty.

  13. This is pretty! An airy, just-showered scent, like I lathered with a softly scented body wash or soap. (I'd actually lather with this if I could :P) Good for everyday wear.
