  1. This version of Orange Droolious is different than the original with the addition of mango. It was strongly present upon the initial application, then blended in with the orange during the drydown. I'm not getting a ton of vanilla but it definitely has a creamy feel to it. I like it a lot and am going to try it again in a few days to see if I get more vanilla.

You're very judicious with how you wear them! I'm a slatherer haha. You have a good point though! I haven't tried it yet but I'm very excited to do so. If I really like it and a virgin version came out, I'd be interested in a spray. I really like creamsicle scents and flavours! I'm also curious how you would compare it to your Private Edition.

So far, I have only tried it once (with travel shock). It smells delicious  - more orange than cream at first application, and the mango gives it a slightly different vibe too. I will do a better review after I've tried it a few times. 😊

This sounds wonderful Kayla! As much as I love coconut, it tends to overpower other scents (on me at least) so I’m looking forward to being able to smell the other scents in this also. I don’t remember the notes for Coco Chrissy’s High Floral right off the bat, but that is one of the few I wear that stays true to the floral/coconut combo without being all coconut. I’m hoping this is similar, but a bit softer, as that one starts and stays almost overwhelmingly strong for many many hours. Mine should be here on Monday!!🥳

I think you'll absolutely love Crazy Heart, Amanda. I traded away my Coco Chrissy's low floral note almost immediately after I got it because the floral note(s) were overpowering on me. Yesterday, I kept going back to sniff my wrist because Crazy Heart smelled so nice. I can still smell it faintly this morning. It's a keeper!

  4. This is really lovely. I am not into florals as a general rule, with the exception of lavender but this is sweet and light. It is a nice balance between the florals and creamy vanilla/coconut, although I am not picking up the coconut as a separate note. The cops are undetectable and it's hard to believe this is an OCCO! It's perfect for Gotcha!

  5. This is a major blast of cherry!!! I just got the box today and slathered this on one arm (Crazy Heart on the other). I was expecting a cherry Creamsicle 🍒 scent right out of the bottle - but nope - it was all cherry on me. After 2 hours, I am just beginning to smell the vanilla peeking through, as the cherry has mellowed out a bit. My husband and I went to grab take-out and he thought I smelled like maple syrup (in a good way), lol. I will try this again in a few days and see if I get more vanilla. Either way, it smells delicious. If you like cherries, like I do, I would highly recommend this!

    Thanks for that input everyone!

With the online store, you guys ever use the search engine or the sorting features? You can do it on our site pretty easy, just type in your word - sex, relaxation, etc., and if the word is in there, or the tag is on there, it'll come up. With the store, there's a wall of perfumes and it's likely too confusing. I walked into the shop today and a gal was at the perfume wall, and as I was putting down my purse, she started to leave. I asked if she had any questions, and she said it was all too much and she didn't know where to start. She ended up finally telling me what she was after, scent and intent, and walked out with a bottle of Sensual Harmony, which she loved. I'm working on an app right now, which I started like, I dunno, 15 years ago, but it may actually happen this time, where you can choose your need for the day and it'll tell you what to wear or what to order. Fingers crossed it works out this time!

    That app sounds amazing!

I organize my collection at home by using color-coded dots on the bottle tops. Red=cops, Pink=pheroed, Green =spell collection, Yellow=Sugared and Fairy Cakes, no phero/special grouping=untagged. If a perfume falls into more than one category (ex. cops plus phero), I place two colored dots on the cap. After I place the color coded dots, I have them in lipstick containers that hold 36 each and break the pheroed ones down further by which specific phero they contain, so I can search by "need."

I wonder if you sorted by phero in the shop and had the description of each phero's intended use on decorative/informational signs if that would help those who are browsing and uncertain where to start. I think it's easier to search by intent, then narrow down the scent that speaks to you. Just a thought! 🙂

  7. I love the idea of grouping them in a display or organizing them that way on the website (maybe color coding or something to that effect). Personally, I like to have a selection of friendship/bonding, relaxation, sexy, and work perfumes in most sets.

I do, however, absolutely LOVE when you make the special OCCO collections because they are so versatile and layerable - and I tend to reach for them a lot. I would say more so than the other phero-enhanced perfumes because I don't worry about overapplying. (I'm a phero lightweight, lol.)

Welll, rats. I made it 2 weeks ago, and phero'd all of it. I would not be opposed to making more in future in Virgin tho, I love this variant myself. Sorry I did not this time, I am not able to go back and make more this time around, I have phero enhanced  WAX MELTS to finish before Friday too!

Thank you for considering it in the future, Mara! 🙂

So the tartness in this reminds me of a firm apple skin.

I really like the Ruby Goo, much more that the Creme l’Orange that have been parked in my drawer 😅

I am finding the opposite. I reach for Creme l'Orange almost every day. I love Ruby Goo too but the vanilla orange has really been speaking to me lately.

@Kayla  I’m giving this another go, mainly thanks to what you wrote.  I went full bottle with this, but it was straight up cherries every time I tried it the first few days.  It reminded me most of the LE OCCO Cherry.  I’m hoping for some chocolate to show up.  And, I’ll update after I’ve worn it for a few days.

That's so interesting, Eve. Occo Cherry was much different on me - kind of tart or like a brighter cherry. If you can make it past 30-45 minutes, I think you'll love it. I hope it has changed into something you'll love!

ETA - I have bought 4 full bottles and still think I need more, lol.

  11. I know that I reviewed Poe de Creme a few weeks ago, but I felt like I needed to update my first impression.  I have been wearing this almost daily and it is my favorite of Mara's chocolate & cherry perfumes. As it has settled in from travel shock, it is lasting about 6-8 hours on me now. The fragrance is still presenting the same on me - beginning with a strong blast of alcohol and cherries, then transforming into a delicious chocolate, cherry cream after about 30 minutes. If you like cherries and chocolate, you need to try a sample! @Eve, I think you would love this one.

I'm also curious what you think of the coffee in this one if you have it @Kayla. I remember you mentioned the Kahve one smelled somewhat citrusy for you too.

I didn't get a sample of it because of the patchouli, which generally smells awful on my skin.

@Kayla it's interesting to see you say that it's the sweetest, buttery LPMP perfume you have worn! I feel you have quite a lot in your inventory.

I think it's because most of the sweet ones that are described as buttery end up more vanilla or coconut forward on my skin. This is the only perfume I can think of that I would describe as being really buttery on me. I gravitate toward sweet and foody scents and have tons of them. I almost skipped getting Vessel because the label freaked me out a bit, but I was so curious what it would smell like. I  will probably grab another bottle at some point if it keeps smelling this delicious!

  14. I am really loving Vessel. Initially, I get a bready, sweet buttery impression. As it melds with my skin it becomes a buttery maple vanilla - no nuttiness or breadiness to be found. It is like a maple vanilla syrup. I am not incredibly fond of cakey or bready scents, as they seem to smell a bit "off" on my skin. This is really amazing though! I think it's the most sweet, buttery LPMP perfume I've ever worn.
