I’m not sure why I waited so long to get a sample of this as I do like resins but I guess I was afraid it would be more patch than the other scents listed...boy was I wrong! When I first got it a few months ago I eagerly opened it but got that burnt rubber smell straight out of the vial, so I put it away for awhile to let it settle, marinate and percolate...after reading through all of the reviews I pulled it back out to give it an honest chance. I’ve been wearing it for about a week now, sometimes by itself, sometimes with sugared amber (that’s a real winner) and sometimes with a commercial scent..each time I love it more and more whether by itself or mixed with something else so I finally ordered a fb of it and can’t wait to really slather it lol I’m not sure yet if I love it more than LP red (my 1st LP love) and I haven’t mixed the 2 together YET, but I know I will...
i have to say don’t let the patch note discourage you from trying out this one, it’s really beautiful in this blend. I’m not sure what I was expecting perhaps the smell of a damp forest with the smell of patchouli mixed with dirt or something but thankfully that is NOT it with this one. It reminds me a lot of Kyphi (an Egyptian temple incense) which is spicey (think more like nutmeg and cloves type of spice) mixed with a dark vanilla (not the in your face sugary too sweet vanilla) and some really nice amber. It really is decadent to the senses. Mmmmmmmhmmmm

This is one of my favorites to wear, I’m on my second fb! I get a ton of compliments from both genders (instead of the jealousy issue that happens sometimes with certain pheros, women want to be my friend with this one)...I got probably one of the best compliments I’ve had in a long time when wearing this one...it was an older gentleman who said I looked like I was about to walk onto an old time movie set, back when movies were “pictures” and women were dames lol

Hi,all! So I wanted to share what happened when I wore this...I wore it straight with just tiny dots for a few days, then as I noticed my own selfies and how others reacting to me when I wore it, I started increasing the amount because why not? It smelled of honey suckle and honey to me and people were def nicer and seemed to hang on every word etc so because I loved it so much I would put it on and put a commercial perfume that always gets complimented over it and they seemed to work well together (or so I thought)....anyway so on my fourth day, I added a longer stripe down both arms and a bigger swirl from cleavage to stomach....however I forgot that I would be working with my boss who is extremely sensitive to smells...ug. I thought I was smelling so divine and she came in (late I might add) and started complaining immediately that it smelled like dead daisies in there and we need to check all of the trash cans because one might not have gotten taken out the night before etc etc just when I thought it couldn’t be worse she started spraying Lysol (this was last year right before covid and the lock downs started and we still had Lysol lol)...she sprayed the counter tops the trash cans, her station, the waiting area and the air...I honestly was completely mortified because I was afraid she’d start spraying ME....I’d gone to the shampoo area to kind of collect myself because it was really getting embarrassing when she came around back there and said someone had to have left the lid off this one shampoo that she can’t stand can I check all of the lids..so I did and she said she could still smell it maybe it was spilt somewhere and on and on (still occasionally spraying the Lysol) until finally I was like it might be me?? And she’s like no I only smell it back here, it has to be that shampoo! And I’m like but it’s not opened and I twisted it so tight no one will be able to use it now 🤷🏼♀️ So finally she leaned in to me and was like “oh it IS you....what perfume is it you might want to throw it away” I just mumbled “oh just a cheap body spray” and ended up going to the rest room to scrub most of it off....I’d also put it in my hair but she didn’t seem to notice it after that. Anyway AS EMBARASSING AS THAT WASSSSS I still continued to wear it whenever I worked with her, but went back to the tiny dots and putting it in my hair 🙊🙊

I know it’s been awhile since this one’s been updated but reading through the reviews makes me want to dig mine back out and try it again. When I initially tried it it did seem to go powdery on me. I wore it to work one day and my boss at the time had me wax her eyebrows...anyway while in the wax room she kept complaining that she thought our powder in there was going bad and how she was absolutely going to have to change it out because it did not smell right....needless to say that was the last time I wore it lol It’s probably been almost a year ago so now I’m going to try it again and see what happens. Also, a small side note: I do not find it similar to Aja in scent but maybe in reaction from other people (I’m going to leave a review for Aja in a moment and an incident that occurred with the same boss mentioned here lol)

Oh goodness THIS ONE! So I first bought the trial size because I wasn’t sure about it and the name....I’m not looking to attract any younguns...but I am 43 and on bc and becuz of previous bc had gained 20 pounds (which I did finally loose last year) and felt kind of like I’d lost my mojo...so another whim and I got the trial size...well this stuff smells so amazing I had to turn around and get the FB! The self effects are freakin amazing! I do smell the grapefruit a little in the beginning but the dry down with the Amber is heavenly. It is definitely a popularity type potion for me (I haven’t tried the actual PP YET eventually I’m sure I will). I am a Leo and naturally gregarious but as I mentioned before.. I really felt like I’d lost my mojo. Anyways...with this one I have other stylists asking me to chime in with their clients and pple who were not necessarily chatty with me before are suddenly all about it! The other thing is that I have people almost desperate to make eye contact with me...I’m putting on the cape to start cutting their hair and they’re turning in the chair to catch eye contact with me....they can do that with the mirror but I have them turning around to make sure we make eye contact lol. I put cougar potion in all of the usual places you would with normal perfume or oils..but I also anoint my hands with it and I do run it through my hair. What happens when I do that you ask? Well then it’s “oh can I wait for her to cut my hair?” And “wow you’re having a great hair day!” (This has been true even on extreme humid days when I assure you my hair looks like Rosanna Danna lmao)
As another poster mentioned it def gave me my swagger back. Hell, I’m even checking my own self out! I have been layering it with LPRed too for an out of this world combination...the hits just keep coming!
As I mentioned before I didn’t get this one to attract any younguns lol I have a boyfriend and we are happy together. What I’d hoped for was a more youthful appearance so I could attract more customers and boy did it deliver! So don’t let the name keep you from trying it the self effects alone are worth it..

Hi,all! So I wanted to post my thoughts on LPRed...this was one of my first orders and on a whim I went FB on it...so glad that I did. For the first couple of days I couldn’t quite place what it reminded me of, then I remembered...it reminded me of a metaphysical store I used to go to back in the late 90s-early 2000s and it kind of brought up some unresolved feelings I had over that period of my life and I almost put it away for good...but it smelled so good I just couldn’t break up with LPRed...so I powered through...made my peace with that time in my life and really fell in love with it. What I have noticed about it...while no one has commented on the scent, people DO what to be physically close to me....whether it’s at the store or at work...they’re leaning in or standing as close as they can to me. 😳 My boyfriend is extra attentive and very snuggly as well. (These are all awesome things) I noticed people tip me more than they normally have in the past (it’s gotta be the cinnamon!). I’m a hairstylist and I live off of my tips so this has been an added bonus for sure lol! I’ve also had a rather “a-ha! Moment” where I figured out that with LPRed...folks (this is men AND women) seek my approval as if I’m Queen of the Land lol I’m not even exaggerating lol I had a client who started telling me about how on his off time he goes to Alaska and fishes for salmon...ok...then he’s like I always catch the biggest ones and I’m like....ok.... and then this man had to pull out his phone and actually show me pictures of all of these GIANT salmon that he has caught himself lol This guy was probably in his 60s or more and married and he wasn’t hitting on me but it was like he needed both my approval and needed to impress me at the same time. It was pretty comical. So it’s things like that and pple saying they did this or that for me so I wouldn’t have to that has me saying to myself “Red, I got you girl I got you!” (And of course it smells pretty amazing so there’s that too lol)

Hi y’all! I just wanted to introduce myself. I’m Kate and started purchasing love potion fragrances around the end of Dec/early Jan and am definitely hooked! Thank you but I’m pleased to report I don’t work there any more and can slather to my heart’s content 🙊 and ALSO since I’ve been gone she has begged me 3 times to come back....but that is a hard NO....at any rate I do feel like I like Aja in warmer months so now that it’s heating up again I’m gonna have to bring her out (tiny amounts of course lol) 😉
