  1. FINALLY got to try this! It’s more yummy than I expected and smells just like fresh baked oatmeal cookies. I’ll see how the dry down is.

Update: The full experience doesn’t last long and I’m starting to notice just the milkiness more now on drydown but it was fun while it lasted. I guess it’s a reapplier throughout the day. Take it with you if you want to wear it out and about.

Correct. Headspace technology is a weird and wonderful thing...

You know how a lot of times, a flower smells wonderful in nature, but once you crush it to make essential oils, it then smells like camphor? The smell of the flower is ruined? Headspace tech can capture the smell of a REAL LIVE FLOWER. It can also be used to capture the smell of fresh baking bread, or warm cotton candy, or freshly cut fruit etc.

The scientists get a chemical printout of the organic makeup of the sampled item, and then re-create it in a lab. They can use natural or inorganic ingredients to get there, but it's the only way you get these true to life aromas, and we use a lot of them in our perfuming. You would not have perfumes such as Aquolina's Pink Sugar without this tech. They are just a portion of a perfumer's palette, along with essential oils, florisols, hydrosols, attars, resins, absolutes, concretes, and CO2s. We use all of these in our perfumes. Most of them nature-based, but not all.

    Wow so amazing !

I think we must have done a favor as we do sometimes and redeemed in advance of your posts last time for some reason, because it shows that you are redeemed to 1700 posts, and you are not there yet. I do not remember the incident though, sorry. Do you?

Oh I don’t remember either sorry! All I could think is that maybe I deleted some posts but surely I didn’t delete that many!

  4. So far this is one of my go-to’s for dealing with people at my job as a hostess at a restaurant that I have been working at for a few months, co-workers and customers alike. I tried treasures hearts spray as well but strangely I still get people snapping at me for no good reason with that… I did use treasured hearts at my interviews for the job though, maybe it helped, who knows. But yes I am planning on buying some unscented balm bomb for sure now so I can really slather it. It’s not perfect at work with this either but I think it does make people relax a bit more.

Wait a second, I have Heart’s Ease, maybe I am getting it mixed up with another scented balm bomb? Okay yeah I finally found the heart’s ease thread again. @Potion Master you can move this there if you want sorry lol. I guess now I need to try the actual scented balm bomb too.

  5. I actually didn't try this on my skin until today... I know. I was thinking it was going to be super strong and masculine or something. Well it's sold out but I'm glad I have my sample. It reminds me of darkness and sunshine if that makes any sense. Like the heat that is absorbed by the black. Maybe a black cat basking in the sun. It's very warm and I thought there was pepper in it at first. I can detect the honey too. I know I love oakmoss as well. To me it s a warm, comforting and sexy scent. It is perfumey but doesn't knock me out with it. It seems to be getting soapier in the dry down though.
