Guess, I'll have to look into that a little later...Since learning about the forum it's like there's this whole new way of looking at perfume...I did not know what a big difference alcohol or pheremones (I think I spelled that incorrectly..lol) could affect someone or not affect them...lol. It's good that you guys know your stuff.... And thanks to M&D for their amazing scents!!

Must be my chemistry as usual but it just eats these scents up...I find I have to reapply in about every couple of hours...

Wait a minute...now I am getting a sort of lovely incensy sort of vibe here...lol. I don't think I am making much sense but it smells like incense on my skin, for some reason...I will need to get a bottle to do some more testing on this one!

First of all props to whomever designed the label...very lovely indeed! After giving my lovely sample a good hard shake and letting it settle into my skin..I get something very sweet and mesmerizing..I unfortunately am not blessed with the talent of describing things..I only know if I like a scent or I don't....very few scents I can detect, unless it has vanilla..which of course some may already know I am an addict..lol This one fortunately falls into my likey likey pile...I really love how Mara and Danna package our smellies...I bet they are wondering when I am going to order bottles but I cannot help myself...I have enough samples to last me a while...but u never know when I will change my mind and do a 360...lol. and get more than I had planned...off topic here.. all in all good scentwise... going to do the big test on the hubby...tonight

First of all the Kitty is adorable...secondly it smells exactly like wet grass...you know the same exact scent that permeates your nose when you mow the lawn...but in a clean fresh sort of way...

Luna65, Thanks for clearing that up for me...hehe. Well good thing is my hubby loves bananas and I am just nutty about coconuts. I bet those two scents alone will convince me to buy a bottle..but first I am playing it safe by trying a sample of it first...I've already made a long list to order today....

Hey Cheeseburger, I'm glad to hear your LP's are on the way! I've been a nutcase since I placed that order on the 18th of Feb....been eating away at my chocolates to try and think about something else. I only ordered the sampler pack this time but when it gets here "TODAY," I'll be placing another order. My hubby is going to be mad....Yesterday he was peeking over the laptop asking what the heck am I ordering this time?! LOL. He doesn't know I am an LP addict, not yet...I live in LA and yet the wait has been pretty tough on me..

I haven't gotten mine just yet...will be waiting downstairs for it today....hehe. I can't wait to give my personal opinion on this one, when I get a chance.

WOW, now I am definitely tempted to order some of this one myself. But, I am a little leery of smelling like bananas, though. I love cinnamon and vanilla ALOT! I hope those scents will prevail on my skin more....

I'm getting my stuff in the mail today too. SOOO happy about that I can't wait to sniff everything first...hehe. It was a long wait but well worth it. We really do need a LP Addicts Anonymous section...lol. Will be waiting downstairs for the postwoman today..then I shall be placing another order...

It's hard trying to be patient but I know it will be worth the wait. Like Dolly said, M & D are super busy. I emailed them last week and I know they are working hard and trying their best to get our "smellies" out to us soon!

LOL. Hmmm...I am curious to know now what exactly is a scent locket? (is it just a cotton ball or can it be something else? hehe) I have heard the term used here quite often on the forums and where exactly can one buy one? I know it probably sounds like a silly question but I have come to realize that the only silly questions are the ones that are never asked...so I am asking. LOL. By the way I love everyone's reviews it does help alot but I think my own chemistry is wacky...sort of like me...It's hard not to become addicted to LP perfumes....

I think this one is definitely a keeper. I definitely got the cinnamon and possibly the maple syrup....come to think of it the maple syrup is what I smell the most. LOL. The only thing is that when it dries the scent sort of fades a bit on my skin. Do u think it is possibly because my skin is so dry it sucked it up? LOL. I only applied it behind my ears, on my neck and on my wrists...but it definitely is a very sweet and yummy scent. Oh I almost forgot to mention that I ALWAYS make sure to give my samples a very good shake before application...

Knjsavy, Thanks for the tip. Even though I personally think I smell like a floral shop...hehe the hubby likes it. He said it was strong at first but after it mellowed a bit he said I smelled "nice." Coming from him that is a good thing! LOL.

Hmmm. All I get is a very strong rose and jasmine scent. It seems like the sandalwood is not coming through on my skin...I did give it a good shake just in case...but I smell more jasmine than anything on this one..=(. I just hope the hubby likes it when he comes home...he still hasn't sniffed it yet. I am thinking I am not a floral kinda gal...LOL. I guess fruity is better to my liking...

WOW! Today I got my samples in the mail and I got a lovely sample of Christy's Vanilla, cinnamon and musk. When I first tried it on I picked up some vanilla and musk immediately but I could not detect the cinnamon. I must say I love the scent. I was wondering if anyone has tried this one out yet. Did a search to see if anyone added a link to this one but could not find one so....I had to post. I love how sweet it smells and it seems to blend quite well with my body chemistry. I love it!!! I have to test the others out tomorrow. I am definitely hooked...=) Thank you Mara and Danna for the super delicious scent...I really appreciated it and the packaging is lovely too!!

Roo is a super cutie. I wish she could meet my Spunky...I got him from the shelter...actually I used to volunteer until we moved. While growing up I was one of the few ppl in my family who would always have kitten stalkers..I noticed that when I came home there would usually be a new kitty there waiting for me to let him/her in and ever since then I have been a cataholic...lol. Can't tell u what it was like growing up with me but u could say I had my own animal farm...lol.

I can't wait! My stuff was sent today... I live in LA so I am hoping maybe tomorrow it will be in the mail... wishful thinking..lol

I like the fact that the ppl who create the perfumes actually take the time to respond and listen to their customers/clients. This is the best customer service ever! I wish I had found this site 23 years ago when it was first started?? LOL. I see that this site might be my newest addiction...chocolate is a very close second...

How long do these perfumes last for? Do they go bad after a year or so or do we need to put them in the fridge? Just curious..I have heard that this is a good way to preserve the lasting effects of perfume...from going bad or getting "sour" anyone has any suggestions?
