YET ANOTHER PROOF THAT ONE MUST TRY EVERYTHING ON SKIN!! By description and in the vial I was NOT interested in this. But I dutifully put it on last night - and in a month packed with beauties, this is the standout to me. It is eyes roll back, FRENCH MUSK level dreamy skin scent. Warm and soothing and purring. It is not even unisex on me - it's quite pretty. No brainer FB

Wow, surprise love. VERY VERY sweet on me, and almost maniacally cheerful. It is VERY SPRING like indeed. Fairly screams for Lace, or Pop Potion for those for whom that blend works well. I don't think I've ever liked wormwood in anything but it hasn't come through yet in this... still drying down.

:'( I thought I liked cherry blossom and I definitely like musk, but somehow this combo and my chemistry don't get along as well as I expected. WAHH On me it's powdery and haute couture-y, and the musk has an aspect that I usually associate more with sandalwood like in Sand Witch - a very-light-blond-wood-ish, faintly possibly unisex/masculine type. If there's egyptian musk it might be the combo of that with something else that is doing that to my brain. WAH will have to try again.

Petals of Silk w/La Femme Noire
tyvey replied to Beccah's topic in Women's Pheromones & Phero Fragrance Reviews
Well despite all these years of LP'ing my nose has learned NOTHING. I tried this blind last night before going to meet friends and what I kept picturing was a red-orange fruity floral syrup to pour into some vodka on ice or over french vanilla ice cream, and was looking forward to checking notes to see if I could create a recipe for it. Um I guess not! During drydown it also vividly evoked translucent hard candy like a jolly rancher. Yes I say that about everything but I'm telling you it was a tooth achingly sweet red-orange candy. I don't like tuberose or similar usually, but did not perceive them AT ALL - something about the combo of these notes completely altered it for me. I didn't notice that this had LFN and was scratching my head all night at how my friends were carpet-swanning me and generally acting as though I had suddenly grown chainsaws for hands and was flailing about irresponsibly. -
Lisa I seem to recall people mentioning that after spiking something with cops, they like to let it sit and think about things for a while - I want to say up to like a week? and then it covers better.

Blueberry can be a little funny on me but in this I didn't recognize it. Wet it just smells exactly like what you'd imagine a blue rose would smell like- a fairly dark blue, like almost lapis or cobalt, one. I did recognize LAM but only in the first seconds when it was wet. Of course the scent covered it beautifully and completely after that. I haven't worn LAM in a very long time and today it made men deferential and giddy.

TIL I don't like storax. I assume that's what takes it sideways for me, especially in later drydown. Wet though it is the loud parts of Björk's IT'S OH SO QUIET - it's pink cotton candy and a gushing ripe peach. I'll continue really enjoying that.

Lily of the valley hates me but I gave myself a nice big slather anyway. This resulted in a mad sneezing fit. When that passed, as the lily calmed down and the fruit came out more, it smelled like a very creamy luxurious white soap in a fancy spa in a fancy hotel. LOV always smells like soap on me. it got on the sweater I was wearing and Interestingly the apple was much louder than way.

ASDJFJEEUEHDOCNVJWGR an absolute must for everyone who loves coconut or likes it or has ever heard of it. Wet I got some of the husk, in an earthy, down-to-earth, friendly feeling way. That distinguished it from my many other LPMP coco loves. My skin snorfed it all up almost immediately. Off to pour some more on myself.

reserving PE itty set please and thank you! -
Sandalwood fearers, fear not-- it is smooth and velvety and voluptuous and not pointy AT ALL. My nose is absolutely convinced this is a red red rose with lemon cream, like lemon meringue pie guts with lots of whipped cream. It is swoony and sophisticated and a bit Serious. Loving it

Vampire Bait Ltd Ed w/ Gotcha & Aja
tyvey replied to Beccah's topic in Women's Pheromones & Phero Fragrance Reviews
OMGGFFG this is why you always listen to reviews - I wouldn't have tried it otherwise - and try things ON. IRC I did not love previous vampire baits. Aja does not always play nice on me. In the vial this smelled sort of pointy and old fashioned. But on! IT IS GLORIOUS!! I knew it did not have any rose in it, but my brain-nose kept sternly declaring "THIS IS A WHITE ROSE." in a royal decree sort of way. Peony and water lily are two of my fav florals but I do not detect either of them. I can't keep my nose off the application points. Swoon -

Odalisque 2017 w/ BANG!
tyvey replied to Beccah's topic in Women's Pheromones & Phero Fragrance Reviews
This is heavenly creamy dense gloriousness. And yet somehow it wears close. Completely invisible cover for Bang. For some reason I keep thinking I smell nuts - a creamy mild nut like hazelnut or macadamia. I went full botte and i do not regret it ...going through it at record clip -
Undercover Lover w/ EoW Copulins
tyvey replied to Beccah's topic in Women's Pheromones & Phero Fragrance Reviews
I amped the crap out of the base notes...after just an initial fruit blast it was fruit-laced incense throughout might be because it's a vial and I forgot to shake. -
Snugalicious w/ Cuddle Bunny
tyvey replied to Beccah's topic in Women's Pheromones & Phero Fragrance Reviews
Went Full bottle unsniffed and it was not a mistake. Absolute heaven. This is the kind of musk I love ....so sexy in a lowkey, purring way, and the fruit and floral are perfectly balanced as per LPMP usual -- in this case it is making the sweet pea read like a fruit, a gushing tropical reddish purple fruit. Off to gnaw off my arm -

In case anyone wants to know about cops coverage, this covered un-CB instantly and flawlessly for me. In fact it somehow made me like the scent even more, especially wet - a bright dimension that maybe the EST added

If, "hm, this is not for me" as I thought upon application, why since then have I thought swooningly "omg what is that intoxicating otherworldly smell? oh ... it's me" about fifty times since. Wet and drying down, on me, it's booming flowers that are dark-purple (almost black), super bold and intense. It's Angelina Jolie with black hair and blood red lipstick. I might at a stretch have guessed at the jasmine but definitely not the rose. It is larger than life, overtly sexual and classically feminine. Its mood reminded me first of Dolly's Dark Side (doesn't smell like it - just the mood/vibe). It's only been about an hour since I put it on and it has already calmed WAY down, but all perfumes are doing that on me lately because I am not hydrating or moisturizing as I should, so that may just be me. It is now powdery and slinky. It is absolutely gorgeous. Won't jump on that last FB because it is not that congruent for me and so I know I won't wear it as much as it deserves to be worn, but it's a knockout

Oooo very intriguing! Thank you!
