OHH I'm gonna try that. MRF is one of my staple scents I want to know this too. I tended to go a bit heavier w/ Aja b/c it's not as stinky to my nose as cops,

I've never had this happen with my other spicy scents but I'm wondering if it's the colder weather making my skin dry and sensitive.

For those that like Aja, do you layer it with other pheros as you would with EOW? Or do you just wear it alone or with fragrance?

This sums up how I've been feeling about this one. I can't wear honey either as it amps cat pee-ish on me after dry down. I don't mind the smell of Cops-they smell sexy to me and then dry down to odorless, but this I even wore alone. It is pretty loud at first, but not the stank of cops, more like dirty honey. I can't wear any "dirty" scents really either so this one must be a lighter dirty if you can imagine that (Man I suck at writing reviews LOL) But I agree with RB it's not too musky at all. I keep huffing my arm. I have layered it with OCCO black, LP black, and Sex and Violins…. Worked just great. Enhanced those scents. As for phero reaction: nothing yet. but the self effects are enough for me. I like this one. Thank you for the trial Mara. I never would have tried a whole bottle of this without sampling it first, so the trial idea was a good one. My next UN purchase will likely be Aja.

I had just read up on this: i knew what it was, just not the name of it. I sort of have it with words, like the word "trust" tastes like peanut butter. Not all words though, just a few.

I like this version. The one previous was slightly better for my chemistry but this will do. I remember G and L 3 smelled like Indian food on me and it just didn't work. This version, however smells a lot like Scotchies on me: that cookie type smell from a bakery that I love. The spice notes actually stick around for me (which is a good thing) rather than disappearing or turning plastic. The Lace isn't a real hit for me, meaning I've never received any kind of reaction when wearing it. I just wear this for the scent. I think it's yummy. I do detect that cardamomish smell (even though I don't think there is card in this version though). Must be a combo of the other spices.

I was surprised to see my order was being packed so quickly!! ( I ordered Sunday). Mara, have you ever lived in Portland before?? Watch a few episodes of Portlandia on HULU. LOL. The good news is you're closer to me yippee! You'll like Portland. I hope all goes smoothly with your move. Glad I got my order in yesterday!! Just saw the store will be closed next month. I really want to try Aja. I love the smell of cops in the fragrance oils. If Aja is anything like that, the pleasure centers in my brain will be lighting UP!

How about a scent locket? That was suggested for scents that smell great in the bottle but not on the skin for some, and it would be a good idea in colder weather too.

Almost forgot! Just placed an order for G and L. Can't wait to try both that and Aja. (I think of Steely Dan every time LOL)

That's so cute Eggs. I always check in with this thread. PM is what I use a lot w/ my man. He's too hot when he sleeps so we rarely entwine for more than a half hour (gets too hot) but PM makes him agreeable. That's such a bland word, but I guess I mean more in synch with me. Eggs, I forgot, have you tried PM with BAM? It's the bomb. tho if you try this combo and go to bed you MAY wake up with more than his leg wrapped around you LOL

I am just wearing the crap out of this one. It does start off nice and cakey spicy, but I have to either refresh it or layer it with a more resiny scent or it turns a bit too sweet on me. I'd buy it again though. I love that balance between cake and spice, and I don't amp the patch on this at all. It pairs nicely with OCCO black, LP black and even sex and violins!

I have issues with honey too. I want to try this one. I love the smell of honey but in scent form for the body it smells sort of pee-ish on me. I *do* love the smell of cops though. smells sexy to me.

Curious about the AJA. Allumette!! I think I wanted to try that one in the past but it was sold out. AND Can't wait to see what's in X appeal and G and L 5. Wowza

You guys this makes my skin turn beet red!! I didn't make the connection at first, I thought I was red from running in the cold weather then jumping into a hot shower, but when I applied this again the other day my skin turned red in every place I put it! Not just my neck but shoulders, collarbone and stomach. It didn't hurt or anything. Cant figure out why- I've got tons of cinnamon scents and they don't do this. I like the scent though. This smells more pumpkiny on my than Cauldron Cake.

I mixed this with LP black today. Not as good as mixed w/ OCCO black. This is great first on, but tends to go just slightly candle on me. so I am trying to tame the sweetness w/ something more resinous, Just a touch of it, because I like the bakery cake scent of this,

DD, I don't think it's too sexy for work. I amp it real hard so I literally wear just "dots" in about 3 places and I'm good. I think it's the slight "pee" smell of the amber too that gets me all aggressive LOL Go figure.

I remember DC had this wonderful cake like scent even though it was orange. I dotted some on my inner arm and I get a small hint of what Hearts was mentioning about Big Red gum-but don't get thrown off on that.There is something else coming through at first wear: hmmm....let me see *sniffs again* Allspice? Vanilla? I think I'm smelling the vanilla...(plz don't go plastic on me vanilla) And the patch? not dirty at ALL!! in fact I think it's singing a soft tune behind the spice instead of leading the way. So far this is creamy and wonderful

Katz, do you know what note causes the plasticky on you? I think I've narrowed mine down to vanilla, but wondered if it's an individual thing.
