  1. I got a sniffie of this and I slathered my wrist before I went to sleep yesterday. It is very comforting and sheer, it feels like a translucent cloud of mashmallow, incredibly light and airy...It is very pretty, but it is just about the marshmallow and that's a BIG marshmallow here....I do get a hint of something sweet that wants to peek through the cloud of marshmallowy goodness but the fluff doesn't let it...I felt the same with Jo Anna's Sweet Winter Chai 2011, like the marshmallow is sooo big on both potions, yes cloudy and airy but BIG and it demands all of your nose's attention...I really wanted to know how Sweet Potato smells in a perfume, but the marshmallow cloud covers this sky for me.
  2. Invi your nose is so pretty and your nose's radar is the best! I want this hidden gem, hope it remains hidden for a while so I can get a FB before it goes extinct...
  3. JOC, I still need to take my time to do a proper review of your AMAZING PE! I love it so much, and I do plan to get a 2nd bottle, it is that good! I wanted to say that it does last on me but I do moisturize a lot so maybe you could try that hun. You've mentioned before that you mix your unscented body lotion with LPs, could it work with your PE? Or maybe a scented vanilla body lotion would help the scent cling to your skin...
  4. Hey dear Syn! I didn't think you didn't like it hun, but if you didn't that would be fine too... I understood that you liked it very much, but were hesitant about how others perceived the seaweed note, so I shared how my Bf who loves this marine note in his Bvlgaris, likes how it smells in a women's frag....Sorry if I sounded rude Syn, I just wanted to share my Bf's perspective on seaweed. Hope Mermaids grows on you, but if it doesn't there are lots of LPs to luv... A little off topic, but since I know you like Pink Sugar as much as I do, have you seen their new flanker ''Sparks''? Just got my PS Sensual yesterday, yay!
  5. Hi Teacozy! Welcome to the forum!! Can't wait to read your reviews on LFM and Red Lace...3 of Pears, is one I've been wanting to sample too, hope you like it! I love Aquolina's Pink Sugar and Pink Sugar Sensual, but I've always wanted to try Blue Sugar, I've read it wears wonderfully well on women and men too...I've always imagined it smells like Blue Cotton Candy, hehe... Have lots of fun with your pretties!
  6. Hey Shehoss! I love your bangs, your eyes and I love how thin you are! I've always admired girls who are skinny and still look good and healthy, I can't get too skinny because I swear I start looking just like Sally from 'The Nightmare before Christmas', hehe ...You are beautiful and...have I said how much I love how thin you are?! Jajaja... I'm sorry to read about all the pain you've gone through with Lyme and I sense you are exhausted from all the physical and emotional effort you've made to fight this disease... You are a fighter! And I wish you the best in this new phero journey, I'm sure in time you'll know what works for you and what doesn't, and I wish you the best for your relationship, dear! I've already made some comments in the LFM thread, but if you would like to PM me about anything not just pheros, if you want to vent out, drop me an email sweetie... Two years ago I saw an amazing Flamenco lady dance and I adored her! All the Flamenco ladies were very young and stunning, but the one that almost made me and my Bf drool was the oldest one ...She was tall, with very dark skin and was chubby and curvy, and she looked very Latina..I've never seen anyone dance like her, I don't know much about your beloved art Shehoss, but I think she danced some fussion between flamenco and bellydance, and it didn't matter if she was chubby the moves she made were amazing, she bent like a snake but stomped like a Flamenco dancer....Last year we went back to see her, but she wasn't part of the co. anymore, but she is the most sensual woman I've ever met... I do shiver and feel all excited when I hear the castaƱuelas and the stomp, stomp, stomp! and the yelling! Well, I'm Mexican that's why I love the yelling, hehe...I'm sure you'll return to your passion, Elizabeth and I bet you are really good at it! I'm so happy you are here in LP with us, yay! We are like 4 Elizabeths now! I'm Gabriela Elizabeth, but here at the forum everybody calls me Gaby, at home I'm Eli...Eres mi 'tocaya'! Besitos!!
  7. Hey Raq, what notes would you ask for? Obviously pumpkin, loads of pink sugars....but what else? The drop of lemon? Why did SF sparkle?? I'm trying to figure it out... Oh JOC!!! I envy your 5 SF spray bottles, hehe...I finished my sample spray so fast! I wonder what else are you hoarding and saving in a hidden vault??? LoL! Great idea, Lady V! I might do just that, maybe the pink sugars will pop out....

    Hello!

Great samples, Loquacious! Raspberry Chiffon is gorgeous and Sexology is pretty effective...Maybe you'll get them by Friday or early Saturday, hope you get them soon! If you do, please report back on your first impressions scent and phero-wise.... There are lots of abbreviations, you'll learn them in no time, and you'll come up with your own, hehe.... But a year ago I constantly scratched my head trying to figure out what does OD mean?? OD : Overdose and ODing: Overdosing...And DIHL: Deer In The Headlights...OmG! That one was hard to figure out and I was too shy to ask until someone else did and even when I read it I was like..what is that? What does it mean? We don't use that expression in Spanish, so I had to google it, hehe...So I finally found out about the frozen expression men have contemplating you, they look like they are stunned by you...and how deer look like that too when they are caught on the road by a car... There are more, but these two were hard for me to figure out, the rest are mostly abbreviations for names of specific potions.... OCCO: Overt Cops for your Overt Ops (frags that are Copulin heavy) BAM: Bewitch! Attract! Mesmerize! (Beta-Androstenol and Cops) LFM: La Femme Mystere TMI: Too Much Information SS4W: Super Sexy for Women MLH: Mother's Little Helper There are more, but these are the ones that came to my mind right now...oh and BANG! is not abbreviated, this phero blend name is just BANG!
  9. Hi, MDC! I'm gonna wear some of my Super for Man II for some poker luck then! I like to play poker too, do you play sweetie? Trianon-esque is soooo pretty! It is one of the first LP I tried and IMO its floral beauty is a bit underrated, so now that my love for flowers is going strong I will re-sample it honey, thanks for reminding me! Now that my nose has become more attuned to sandalwood I have to check out the Mysore Sandalwood in Trianon...I recently found out that this type of sandalwood is so special that it is not used often by niche perfume houses and no mainstream fumes use it, so ladies we have the best of the best here at LP....

    Hello!

Welcome, Loquacious! Glad you are enjoying some naughty bananas! I luv'em too! There are other banana scents in LP, haven't tried them, but now that I fell for Night of Delight I definitely want to sample the others... What other scents have you liked? So far, how are pheros working out for you? Do tell us everything!
  11. I loooove your review Elizabeth! I imagined the martini, the wood furniture, the upholstery and everything else...wow! I'm just worried about the incensey part...is it too incensey, like churchy incensey? Or more tobacco smoky?
  12. Halo, I knew you would like it!! I'm so happy that you, Invi and Molls like it so much! My sister sampled it yesterday and she said it was exquisite! That's the exact word she used....She wants a FB for herself too!
  13. Hey Blupest! Great review! I get lots of sandalwood too in Night of Delight and I'm so happy to read your opinion on it and how it smells like good old sandalwood from the 70's...Since many people think lots of perfumes don't smell like they used to due to reformulations and many ingredients being either watered down , so I'm glad to confirm I can still smell sandalwood as it is supposed to smell...I love this scent note, just found out lately and I'm totally crazy about it... Ok, so I made my Bf wear this one on Friday night and it is to die for on him! The hay is very noticeable on his skin, very reminiscent of the Heno de Pravia (Hay from Pravia) a soap I mentioned in my review and that is inspired on the real scent of fresh cut hay...The banana is even milder on his skin, more subtle, he didn't love it but I did love it on him, so I might get a bottle and make him wear it for me...I plan on getting it and asking him to layer it with UN Wanted Man or UN Super Sexy for Men, so we'll see how naughty can this banana get... Hey MDC! My Bf saw the girl at the small label and complained a bit, but I still slathered him, hehe...But I think you could temporarily cover the label, 'cause guys do feel kind of akward when they think they are wearing girly perfumes, like mine also agrees to wear Super Man because he likes the label MDC...
  14. I couldn't agree any more, Dolly! My Bf also likes the seaweed note, which he also loves in his own perfumes, so he thought it was very original to give seaweed a more feminine spin...IMO some fruits cover Cops really well, but here seaweed it's what helps cover Cops so well, even more than the fruity notes in Mermaids...And yes! I love how you describe it hun, the seaweed comes and goes like sea waves at the beach... Hey Syn! Mermaids may still grow on you, you could re-test and see how people react to it....
  15. LoL! I totally understand JOC, and I agree with you that Sparkle Fuchsia is one of those LPs that deserve to be hoarded...When I ordered I got 1 bottle and it turned out it was the last one, so I was about to miss it...I wonder how many bottles of SF you've hoarded, honey? I'm jealous, hehe...I don't wear it very often because I don't want to finish it and to be honest the fact that Unreasonable Pumpkin smells so different than SF makes me feel kinda sad because I was hoping for a replacement since I only have 1 bottle of this gorgeous pink juice... LoL!! Did you hoard too, Raq? I'm glad a got a bottle, but it is my most treasured LP bottle...After trying many pumpkin scents and giving up, SF kicked some major pumpkin ass on my skin, and I came in too late to hoard... Unreasonable Pumpkin is very pretty, like I said I might get a bottle later on, but it doesn't ''sparkle'' like SF with all that pink glamour....
  16. Have you ever tried Cinnamon Tea with Milk? Unreasonable Pumpkin smells EXACTLY like this tea, mildly spicy with a dash of milk...The orange is very noticeable in the opening, but it mellows to a sweet and lightly spicy cinnamon with subtle hints of orange here and there, and there is something milky underneath it all, I guess the vanilla in this one takes a milky spin, which I love! I got no berries and no pinkiness from the sugars. At first sniff I thought it was very similar to Sparkle Fuchsia, later on not so so much...To my nose, they are very different but both of them are very likeable pumpkin scents, perhaps the only ones I can pull off...UP is more soothing to my nose and it is a bit spicier than SF, which is brighter and flirtier IMO, nothing compares to the Pinky Pumpkin with a hint of lemon in SF... To be honest I like Sparkle Fuchsia way better than Unreasonable Pumpkin and I'm glad I got the last bottle before it went GGG. But I may get a FB of this in the future 'cause like I said Pumpkin scents are hard for me to pull off and this one seems to work with my skin chemistry...
  17. Coconut Breeze is all about breezy, light coconutty water and a sheer coconut cream, with slightly chocolatey-nutty cocoa butter! It opens with a very defined cocoa butter accord, which to me smells slightly chocolatey and just a tad nutty, like Palmer's body lotion, but sheerer and brighter...I agree with Lady V that this potion is somewhat similar to Nookie Cookie, but CB is summery and a refreshing, yet creamy coconut fragrance that is perfect for hot summer months whereas NC feels more cakey-bakey and more appropiate for colder months IMO. After cocoa butter makes its presence, the lush and sweet coconut takes a step forward turning creamier and milkier by the minute, so one gets to enjoy all of coconut's facets here... from watery agua de coco to thicker, lusher creamy coconut...The cocoa butter adds to the overall creaminess of this potion and the coconut always shines through the vanilla and the musk... I don't get a strong sun tanny vibe from the coconut note, IMO the gourmandish cocoa butter and vanilla tame the tropical coconut, so it won't smell exactly like sun tanner. Beautifully done! It is a light summery gourmand that is FB worthy and very lickable...It does wear close to the skin, but it has good longevity on my skin.
  18. Hey ZionMisty! I'm glad to see you are narrowing down your LP list, sweetie...Es dificil decidir, verdad? Espero que te gusten y ya que te decidas, nos platicas que ordenaste... Besitos queridisima ZM!
  19. MDC, your review makes me want to kick my nose and make it like Bridezilla! Glad to hear you love it so much! It starts out very fizzy, rosy, chic and pink! But then the tangy bite MDC describes so well, screams and whines like a real Bridezilla until it goes sour on me...It is the Pitahaya/Dragron Fruit, I've tasted this fruit before and I know how tart-sour it can taste sometimes, so I know it is the Pitahaya turning Godzilla against me...The champagne is lovely, the rose, the grapefruit, the berries, everything is harmonious and sparkling on my skin, until the Pitahaya steals the show and ruins everything for me.
  20. Yummy review, Invi! I love carrot cake, and the lemony cream cheese frosting you smell in this makes it more interesting.... Is the cinnamon very spicy in this?
  21. Hi Arianna! My vote goes for Closer +3, I think it is perfect for this kind of event, and with the gothic-sexy vibe...
  22. Naughty bananas! I'm testing this one on mine tonight too, Katz...
  23. LoL! Mr. Gaby! TGIF, it's a wand polishing day Syn...
  24. Hey Syn! I agree with everything MissDarlynCherie and BlueBear said...I don't think this blend makes you come off as intimidating, more ladylike and sophisticated yes, yes, yes...add Cops and then it's totally Jessica Rabbit, hehe... IMO congruence with your personality is key, like our dear Dolly aka 'Cops Guru' always says that she could never wear something Lacey but something Dom definitely complements and enhances her own personality...so if LFM suits you go for it, and stay away from the Dom ones...
  25. Hi Shehoss! IMO maybe the fragrance didn't work for you, but that doesn't necessarily mean the phero blend itself didn't work...I'm still experimenting with UN LFM, but I know that when you OD on certain pheros you may experience this 'ghosting' effect, so If you already feel that something changed for you at 42 making you feel invisible and then if you ODed, this may worsen the invisibility effect... I'm still learning a lot from pheros, but since LFM is heavy on the Estratetraenol and if you ODed then maybe you are giving off a ''needy'' vibe to men and that may explain why they ignored you at the dance event...If something suddenly changed for you 2 years ago, maybe you just need a Cops boost that levels your fertile phero signature to where it was a while ago...I'm not the most experienced phero user but I think you should experiment with the dosage and areas of application are important too, UN LFM has worked for me only when I apply it on the shoulders and some ladies here apply it on the back of their necks... I hope you don't give up just yet! Let us know if you find your LFM sweet spot... And about the nasty remarks on the fragrance, just layer it with something else but keep on experimenting with the phero blend. My bf has told me a couple of times he doesn't like a scent, but I just do some perfume layering and voila! Until now he has ended up liking them too...
