  1. I am so excited to see the new potions......waiting on the details on the different ingredients/properties....I'm going to wait until then to order.....see what I simply cannot live without.....my credit card is screaming from the pain of being whipped out so much lately.....
  2. I have not heard of anyone being raped from wearing it. However, that said, EW certainly CAN cause a full-on sexual response from men who are strangers, as it has been shown to raise their testosterone levels. That is why common sense should always be used when wearing it. If it is worn in public, you should always be aware that this can happen, and be prepared for such extreme reactions. Many ladies prefer to use it just to spice up their current love life, wearing it only with their partner, or in situations where they will be "safe" for lack of a better word. Edit: No offense Linnea, hun, but I just noticed from your profile that you are only 15..... a copulin concentrate such as EW would probably not be a wise choice for you. Young men are just learning to deal with their hormones as it is, and using something to further spike their testosterone levels could lead to risky situations. Just my 2 cents.....

    NOX

I have to agree with both Carrie an May on this one. Very nice and fruity, yet dark and resinous.....not "overdone" in the least....VERY nice! I also like the protection "intent" behind this one......it even smells warm and comforting.....good job!
  4. This scent is very intriguing. It morphs from the highly unusual to a very sweet, yet smoky, incensey scent. Even if you are not normally a fan of "typical" frankincense & myrrh scents, you should try it. It is anything but typical.....I think I need some more of this!

    Hecate's.....

I have personally tried the sugared amber......it is very nice....starts out sweet, and then the scent deepens as you wear it.

    Dark Seductions

I am really excited about this one......finally a floral blend that I can actually wear......not frilly and light, but deep dark florals....more in line with my personal tastes.....and my body chemistry actually does not corrupt this at all. That is VERY unusual.....
  7. Yes, everyone has their own preferences/methods, but I have found that the most effective method is to apply the scent over the EW application points. EW can be quite stinky without an appropriate cover. It should be noted, though, that the pungency of EW can vary from batch to batch. The smell of it also varies a bit with the age of a particular bottle or batch. I have, on occassion, worn it without a cover, just to see what the scent would morph into.....yeah, I know, I'm wierd....

    Medium

This is a very sultry, sexy scent on me. I was wearing Isis on one wrist and Medium on the other, so that I could compare the two as they dried down. There was one point, for about an hour or so, where they both smelled like they were the same perfume. Then, they differentiated themselves again. On drydown, they are both resinous, but Medium has a sharp spiciness, while Isis seems to have an almost creamy resinous quality (if that is possible).
  9. This is so fabulous! Not sugary sweet, but a hint of sweetness, riding just underneath the spicy resinous scents. Ooooooooooh, I think I am in love with this one!!!

    Dark Seductions

Oh wow. This one really is nice. Florals sometimes turn really wierd (some almost rancid) on me. But this one is different. After drydown, the floral fades to the background, and it turns kind of dark and mysterious on me. Very interesting.
  11. Cool.... ....I just got a fresh bottle myself.....oh, and if you don't get results at first, just remember that sometimes it takes "tweaking" to find your proper dosage.
  12. I can vouch for the fact that LP Red and Black both cover EW extremely well. So does the sugared honeycomb......
  13. I haven't ever smelled Angel, but anything that smells good should cover it fine. Yes, start out with just a few drops of EW if applying it straight. And, absolutely makes sure it air dries on your skin for a bit before applying the cover scent, which usually takes a good 10 min for it to dry down enough so that it can be effectively covered. I hope you had a wonderful birthday!!
  14. Well, this weekend, while my finacee was visiting, I used LP Red Saturday night, and LP Black last night. He liked them both, said that they both smelled very good....BUT he definitely preferred the red.....he said that it smelled "hot", and "very sexy". I won't repeat what else he said..... Not good to repeat in public..... Anyway, definitely have a winner here!
  15. I don't mind the questions at all......I wish someone had been able to help me 4 years ago.....at that time, there were only a few of us who were working with EW, and it took a lot of trial and error...... You just need to experiment with different cover scents, and see what works best for you. As a general rule, scents with heavy vanilla, musk, or amber notes work especially well for covering it. But, I have even covered it with Love's Baby Soft.....remember that one.....can't hardly find it anymore......it is like a little girl's perfume.....but, it does cover EW.....go figure..... Also, something that we have noticed is that older women (I turned 40 in Aug), and women who have been on birth control for extended periods usually have better luck with EW by using more. We're not experts, but, it is just a general observation. Trying to find the proper dosage for you sometimes takes a little work, but if you're willing to work with it, the results are definitely worth it!
  16. No lynching here, dear!! Forums are for the sharing of information.....that is why they are so wonderful.... I have consistently used this product for 4 years. Yes, it does stink. It is NOT to be used by itself, though. It is MEANT to be used with a cover scent. And, for the average lady, a few drops is all you need to apply. Let it dry down, and then apply your perfume. The Love Potions' perfumes seem to work very well as cover scents. And, as with most pheromones, it is not a concious scent like a perfume or cologne that causes the reaction. It triggers something in the subconcious brain, for lack of a better term, and it does raise men's testosterone levels. Over 4 years, when I have wanted to get a sexual reaction out of a tired/cranky/disinterested partner, EW has never failed. Not once. Like you, the first time I smelled it, I thought.....how could THIS work..... But, at the time I first tried it, I was in a marriage with a semi-impotent man, who was not only suffering from the physical effects of ED, but also had no desire for sex. We had not had sex in over a year..... I HAD TRIED EVERYTHING (lingerie, seduction, pampering, everything), to no avail. I was a little bit desperate. So, even though I was a bit skeptical, I bought one bottle and tried it, and it DOES work. It woke him up, so to speak. We later divorced anyway, due to other issues, but at least the sex life was improved. I have received results that were never obtainable with perfumes alone. If you want to read more about it, you can go to www.smartmones.com . There are extensive discussion of this product there. And, if you decide that you don't want it, send me your bottle..... Off topic.....I love this emoticon...... Can you tell? It reminds me of the look I have on my face most times...... LOLOLOLOL
  17. Thank you, and Happy Birthday (tomorrow).... You can find EW at www.love-scent.com. If you want to read more about pheromones, including EW, check out www.smartmones.com and go to the forum.
  18. Let's hope they're not real.....that would give new meaning to eeeeewwwwww....
  19. It is a strong copulin concentrate, worn by women to arouse men. Copulins are vaginal secretions produced by women which signal that they are ready to have sex. They are said to raise men's testosterone......they have never let me down.... EW really does need a good cover scent, because it smells like......well,..... The LP perfumes work very nicely to cover up the stank.....
  20. Well, if I want A-none, I usually use The Edge gel.....never have gotten brave enough to use Dirty.....been using EW for about 4 years now, though.....I almost never leave home without it.....I have even, on occassion, worn it with no cover.... So, I'm used to it by now. I'm going to be wearing it under the Red tomorrow......I'll let you know what my sweetie thinks of it..... We had a big long perfume/cologne discussion last night.....from what he said, I think he's really going to like LP Red!
  21. I have been wearing this all day, and I want to rub it over every inch of my body!!!!! It's like I can't get enough of it.....it smells soooooo good!! I can't wait to let my honey smell me tomorrow evening.....I think he's really going to like this one!!! Mara and Danna.....you should really put this in a soap.....do you know how absolutely fabulous that would be? I might try that myself, actually.....I buy translucent glycerin soap base (from Organic Creations), and add my own scents......
  22. Well, my sweetie knew that I had received some new perfumes, but he absolutely does not know that I use pheromones! So, when he came in, I told him to smell me.... First of all, the sugared honeycomb covered the Eeeeeew perfectly, no bleed-through, no sharp pungent notes that sometimes come through if EW is applied and doesn't dry down for a while before cover scent application. I applied the honeycomb IMMEDIATELY after the EW (those of you from Pherotalk will understand the significance of this stmt). My love liked the honeycomb, and his characterizations of it were that it was nice, but was very unusual, and didn't smell like a perfume. Did he get turned on? OOOOOOOH YEAH!! But, it wasn't as if he was conciously thinking.....that smell is turning me on.....he just got turned on, period. The joy of pheromones, and copulins especially. Most of the time, they don't know what hit them..... I think that the honeycomb will now be one of my favorite covers for EW......it blends VERY nicely! My darlin' may have his kids tonight, but if he is here, I'm testing the LP red with EW......if not tonight, tomorrow night, for sure! I'm on a mission!
  23. OK, I just put on another TON of Eeeeeew, and covered with sugared honeycomb. My 9 year old, no matter what perfume I wear, if I put EW on under it, he tells me I smell bad. I swear that child can smell a drop of EW a mile away, even when nobody else can. Well, I just went walking past his room, and when he came out, he said, Mommy, that smells soooooo good! Is it your perfume? And came over to sniff me. He loves it. My honey is on his way......the stage is set......teehee....I'm so evil.....
  24. Well, you can ask all you like......I'm not shy.... In general, we had discussed the "possibility" a while back, but neither one of us was really ready to start talking engagements and all that. Now, I'm going to risk everybody thinking I am a nut when I tell this story, but here goes. I already had a ring that I was just dying to wear....I've had it for several years, and it was my idea of my "dream" engagement ring. It had been lost for over 2 years, and since that time, my house had been torn apart looking for it. I figured it was gone forever. Well, I met my honey last year, on 11/11, which by the way, would have been my great-grandmother's birthday. She passed away in 1989, but she was a real card, and one of my favorite relatives. About 4 months after I met him, things were going really well, and I was cleaning some shot glasses and decorative coffee mugs that are way up on a shelf. I clean these glasses and cups about every 3 months or so. Well, when I took one of the mugs down, the ring was in it. No ring box. Just the ring. It wasn't in there 3 months before, and it was in the box the last time I saw it! I made the statement that it had to be a ghost, and we were wondering who it might be. My mother thought it might be my great grandmother because the shelf below where the ring was found is filled with little "nick-nacks" that she had in her house. Every time we would start talking about it possibly being her who found it, something else that had been lost would appear. I think she is inhabiting my house, and watching over me. It was as if she was presenting that ring, and telling me that he is the one. Anywhoooo, back to the proposal. On 11/11, we were "toasting" to my great-grandmother's birthday, and our one year anniversary, and we started talking about how wierd it was that the ring re-appeared. He told me he wanted to see it again. Well, while he was looking at it, he just casually took my hand, put it on there, and popped the question. I was appalled. We both know it is going to be a WHILE before it actually happens, because we both have young kids, and a lot of crap going on, but we are working on it. So, anything else you'd like to know, feel free to ask!!
