Everyone has petty much hit on everything I was gonna say. Once you get out there and start, your jitters will go away! I dont perform any arts, but I do A LOT of public speaking, particulary with very large groups of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc, so they can be an intimidating bunch. And everytime, no matter if I've done it 100 times, I ALWAYS get nervous, but once I get started, I get comfortable, and its a breeze. I usually like to use a bit of humor/sarcasm periodically during my lecture/speech...because I feel awesome when I make people laugh Not that you can throw a joke out there since you'll be singing! But once you get started, it'll breeze by, and you'll feel AWESOME! Another thing is to dress your best, with awesome hair/makeup, because when you know you LOOK amazing you're more confident too! You're gonna blow em away!!

I got this as a sample a few weeks ago, and when I opened the package, I smelled this immediately! My nose has a difficult time picking up different scents at one time...but as soon as I smelled this, Beccah's 'hippie orgy' description definitely came to mind...imagine a small, aluminum camper/RV, incense burning inside, and 2 honey-covered hippies spreadin the love, man!! lol. The smell was sweet, tangy, and incensy...I couldnt smell the cops...but then too, natural honey has always had that sour twang to me, so it definitely camoflauged it. Its different than a lot of scents I've tried, but I dont think honey is a scent I favor. This is a looong lasting scent on me too. The last few LPs i tried lasted a while on me, but this one is still tickin, after 7hours! I love being able to smell the LPs and trying to pinpoint the different notes. I pegged the honey and musk but is the 'civet' what gives the incense-like smell?

Hi pinknika ! I prefer the sprays to oils, but I still like to use both, so I bought a few little 'perfume making supplies' just to make a spray with my sample. Mara also sells the supplies, and the alcohol needed if you want to make a spray, though, I think her kits are set up to be used with a full bottle of LP oil (correct me if I'm wrong vets!). Heres the link for the kit at the bottom of the page http://www.lovepotionperfume.com/store/Beta_Testing.html If you want to try it with your sample before getting a full size LP, All you would need is a small pipette, perfumers alcohol (or 190-proof everclear vodka (illegal in some states), you can use regular vodka, but it makes the perfume a little cloudy and youll have to give it a good shake before use), and a small perfume atomizer. Mara recommends using a 33.3% to 66.6% (1:2) ratio of oil to alcohol. When I made my mini spray, I used 0.5ml of my sample to 1ml of alcohol. Like you, I usually get compliments to my scents, but oils usually need people to be a little closer, which is why I made a spray. I LOVED my spray Darling Clementine . I even used a few small dabs of the oil with the spray just to have some staying power. Im new here too, but everyone is friendly, so make yourself known, and browse the boards. I've found a lot of info, and fun topics to participate in. And also, when using pheros, you also have to make sure your body lanuage is matching your pheromone signal. If you have on a social pheromone, but you look closed, and standoffish, people who have been hit by your 'mones may not think it was from you. I'm super new to pheros, and have gotten a few samples from LP, but you should try making a spray from your DC (even a teeny one like I did, and you'll still have the oil left if you dont like the spray). I've only used it twice, but both times were very interesting. A breif review is above, and a full overview is in my pherotruth journal. I hope this helps! It was so weird! I keep thinking it was a new policy...tempted to go back unpheroed just to see. Lol. I had a guy stad behind me in liine (I had a huge buggy of groceries, he had 3 items) and I told him to go ahead of me, but he insisted he would wait. He then proceeded to make conversation about how good a frozen dinner he saw in my basket was. I'm definitely going to try it when I go out, and PPotion is on my list to get!

I did a review for this on another forum, and thought I should def review it here. This was one of the samples I received, and turned it into a mini spray 2:1 alcohol to oil. It smells awesome, I dont do cakey scents, and after a while I get tired of constantly smelling it. But It still smells awesome. Slightly orangey at first, but only the cake smell remains after it dries. I had to get some items for a babyshower this weekend and I went to a supermarket, and EVERY SINGLE associate I got within 2 feet of asked 'Can I help you with anything?' Now this may be the store's new policy to ask every person they see (I didn't notice them asking other people, nor do I remember every having ANYONE ask if I needed help before, and I go to this store regularly), but I spoke with at least 7 associates in the time I was in the store. After the 4th or so associate, I prepared my self for them to ask if I needed help...and like clockwork, they asked. It started getting annoying with the associates asking, but I'm anxious to use this in other places! A little bummed its sold out, BUT I may just have to invest in the UNPopularity Potion!

It somewhat reminds me of the frangrance Channel Chance (which is 1 of my fav 'grown up' frangrances), but there's a creamy/vanilla-like smell that Chance doesn't have. So far, I'm in love!

Ive found several social/comfort/trust blends here, as I originally became interested because of my job (Aside from becoming more 'open,' being a younger, and seemingly 'intimidating' educator and pharmacist can hinder students and patients from seeking help if they need it). Hopefully I can find my personal LP gems as many of you have.

Thanks everyone! I made sure to get samples with phero blends I'd be most interested in, and if the scent agreed with me, a total plus, if not I'm excited about the unscented blends here, or the plethora of scents I can boost. Being new, I'm curious about everything. I'd much rather prefer wearing already made blends, but the geek in me is also curious about what can occur with the single molecules too. I totally have my eye on some of the unscented blends here. And I've seen the mad scientist section too!! Thanks for the information!! Oh, which scents do you all recommend that have astrong orange/satsuma/mango/fruity smell? With little cakey-foody-sugar qualities? Feelin Groovy is one I enjoy, but it turns to a cherry/floral scent that doesn't agree with my nose.

When you say b-nols...are you refering to b- androstEnol or b-androstAnol? I've come across confusing info at the other forum...there's just so much info out there!

lol. Itty Bitties. How cute. Thank you! I am slowly smelling each scent...and discerning whch notes I like, and which notes not so much...smelling these babies takes a lot! lol. They tend to smell different after a while on the skin. My Love Potion addiction has officially begun! I reviewed my experience with LPMP so far on pherothruth. I wasn't sure of where the review should go on this forum since I dont have a journal. Should I make a general thread?
