LOL Calii, I put on my LP Red Lace and went out last night and when I turned around, there was a man sniffing my hair. Like IN my hair. As for EoW, the smell has grown on me. Where initially it smelled like the inside of a belly button, now it's more like a vinegar. If there's a "gross" smell to it, I don't notice it out of the bottle anymore. Although... if I apply it to my wrists and later in the day, wash my hands and get it wet again, it does sort of remind me of a wet dog.

Took PP out for a spin today and one of my co-workers (who is generally kind of obnoxious) was actually pleasant today. Thankfully. Another male co-worker who mostly keeps to himself initiated conversation with me a couple of times throughout the day. This is big for him because he usually only speaks when spoken to, then puts on headphones and tunes everyone out. People were also more touchy today. I helped two customers locate the items they were looking for and both of them put their hands on my shoulder and thanked me. And my last customer of the day literally talked to me for half an hour. This may not have had anything to do with the popularity potion because he talked the entire time about conspiracy theories and when he pulled his money out of a clear plastic bag to pay, every single bill was wadded up and smelled like fish. So there you have it.

Thank you for your help, Dolly! I had such great results with the LP Red Lace that I went on sort of an "Ooo, well let's see what THIS one can do!" kind of buying spree. It still may just be that I need to take it out more and experiment with different amounts.

I've ordered LFM in 60/40 alcohol/dpg and have tested it a few times with no noticeable effects. I anticipated loving this one a lot and was extremely excited about its arrival. Would another combination be more effective? Everything else I have in oil and those roll on bottles. LP Red Lace gets the most pronounced effects, but the scent is so strong I am in danger of becoming "Perfume Girl". I want to roll on enough that the pheros work, but not so much that people are covering their noses as they walk past, and apparently it's a very fine line. *Also, don't get me wrong, I ADORE LP Red Lace and the scent is gorgeous - it's just a little dab'll do ya on that one or it's too much. So can someone give me some advice on how to order? What are the best/most effective alcohol/dpg ratios? How does it compare to alcohol/silicone? Alcohol/oil?

I have the same concentration and used four sprays and got nothing. :/

Okay, I feel like I'm gushing but I can't get over how ridiculously effective this stuff is. Wore it again tonight and went to a friend's birthday party. I approached the bar to buy the birthday boy a beer and when I asked "Does the line start here?" two men stepped out of the way and said I could go ahead. I was like "Oh, no I'm not trying to cut. I just wanted to make sure I was in the right place." And the person I was 'cutting' in front of said for a pretty girl it was his pleasure. All of the women in our little group said I smelled so good, and the guys kept telling me how pretty I was and buying me drinks and hugging me. I've been in a hoodie and jeans all day and did not change for the party. I'm no monster, but I wasn't looking my very best tonight, that's for damn sure. This stuff *is* magic.

I got four pheroblends as oil concentrates: LAM Cougar LP Red Lace OCCO SLF I have taken all of them out for a spin individually, and now consider LP Red Lace an indispensable part of my arsenal. The others, I need to experiment with more in different settings. I am anticipating great things and am so excited! What I'd like to do now is expand my collection of social blends in order to make people feel naturally more at ease in my presence. I don't even know where to start. I also don't know if the spray would be a more effective means of diffusion in an environment where I come in contact with a lot of people, but only for a brief amount of time. Any hints, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance!

Wore this last night and got to hang out with a guy friend. I held out my wrist for him to smell. He smelled me and said "sandalwood?" I just said it was a new perfume and did he like it. He said yes, very much. He said he had the urge to bite me. Later in the evening, we were having coffee and in a quiet moment he said "You look really good tonight" - I was in a sweatshirt and yoga pants. I asked if I didn't look good other nights, he said "Yes, but you look extra attractive tonight." Sigh, he tried to cuddle later. It got weird. Then he went home. That was it, a play-by-play of the evening.

Indigo, thanks for posting this! I've just recently started researching this - there are no women's studies programs at the university I attend, so I'm trying to soak up as much as I can on my own. The history of the movements has been of much interest to me. I started with Wollstonecraft's Vindication, and picked up Simone de Beauvoir's Second Sex (and then fell in love with her and read Ethics, The Mandarins, and Diedre Bair's biography of her). I have Gloria Steinem's Outrageous Acts, and Naomi Wolf's Fire with Fire. Oh, and Friedman's Feminine Mystique! I also have Manifesta which has been a fun and informative read. It has been a fascinating journey. I have been trying to read more about the dethroning of the feminine forms of divinity that you touched on, Indigo. I'd really love to get a hold of more literature on that specific aspect of it, if anyone has any recommendations.

I want to talk about this "out of my league" stuff. Is there any such thing? I dated a guy who was gorgeous and I consider myself to be only average-looking, but we were together for five years. If it works, it works. (Obviously in the end it didn't, but that had nothing to do with looks). Are women the only ones using this language? I had a "friend" once tell me that she had never been "the hot one" before. Meaning that of the two of us, she was the more attractive. I was like "Sweetie, you still aren't." It wasn't that she was not physically adorable - she was. But she was also, as you can see, a huge bitch. Personality plays such a big role in attractiveness. And if the personalities you ladies exhibit on this board are anything to go by, you're all stunning.
