  1. I just recently received a bunch of new samples that I purchased and I've fallen completely in love with Tropique and LAM. I love the way they smell and love the way I feel when I wear them. Having said that, in the past I like it when I walk in an elevator and people comment that I smell good or co-workers would say, I knew you were already here because I could smell how great you smell. Because I'm new to pheromones and cops I'm nervous to put very much on. How much can I wear?? I've read that you shouldn't put cops near your face, is that because cops normally smells bad and that wouldn't apply to these two because they smell wonderful or is there another reason??? I want to bathe in this stuff!!!! By the way you guys have created such a great forum here!!
  2. Hello ladies, I'm brand new here and have been reading the forums voraciously, and am literally practically trembling with excitement and anticipation about entering this fabulous brand-new world! I'm a long time fragrance/perfume lover and addict, but am new to using cops and pheromones. I'm 50 and married. I've been compiling a list of samples and even a FB or two...sounds like I MUST have Love Potion original and Red! My DH is somewhat anosmic due to a many many years ago addiction to a certain sniffed illegal drug. Clean and sober for about 20 years now, so that's all good, just the lingering effects of a weak sense of smell. I wear fragrance every single day for myself and can't imagine not wearing it. He *can* smell, just not that well. I, on the other hand have an extremely sensitive nose and am good at picking out notes in perfumes, wines, etc. So. Besides some fabulous new perfumes that just plain smell delicious for me, I'm very interested in trying some Pheros and cops. We are currently living in the rented finished basement apartment of my in-laws' home. Yes. It is as sucky as it sounds, and thank god we're moving in two months. There's been a lot of stress we've both been under lately due to that, as well as the greater fact that hubby recently fought, won, and kicked cancer's butt! ) We did an intensive all-natural therapy that was very demanding and time consuming. I even cut back my work hours to half time so I could help him with juicing and food prep for the cancer treatment. It's been a stressful year and a half in many ways (but thank god he has beat this thing and is now cancer free-SO ate full and happy), and we kind of "forgot" about our...ahem...physical relationship. We've been distracted, stressed out, and just too tired. Things are finally getting back to more normal, and I want "us" back! We are doing great out of the bedroom, we have a great, loving relationship and very good communication, but the spice and sexy has kind of sputtered out. I have put on some weight, he has too. I have lost about half of it and have about 20 lbs to go, and don't have as much body confidence as I used to, which is a huge mood-killer for me, as I used to be very confident and initiated "playtime" a lot, which he loved and was very in to, and responsive and receptive to. What I am looking for, is something to "wake up" our sexual desire for each other, break through some shyness and rustiness on both our parts, and get us back in the groove. I'd also really like it if he was more of the initiator more often. I'm usually the one who starts things--its always been that way-it's not recent. I'd like him to be more "man" to my "woman" if that makes sense. ? Is it also possible to inspire him to feel extra turned on by me and "present"? Like, slow down and want to please *me*? LOL I could use a little boost of "feel good" and some sexual female confidence for myself, too. We talk about all this, and agree, and hug and cuddle and laugh and say we really need to...(you know..I don't want to use inappropriate words on the forum)...more. But we don't. I KNOW for a fact that we both want to, because when I can't stand it anymore (my sex drive has always been a bit higher than his) and I jump him, lol, it's awesome and we are both like, "WOW, why don't we do that WAY More often?!?!" I've read good things about LAM (still have to look up what that stands for!) and have that on my list, and maybe Compromising Positions. Our kids are grown and out of the house, so no worries there, lol! As he doesn't have a great sense of smell, it's rare that he comments on my perfumes, but the ONE he consistently notices and comments on positively is a Dragon's Blood oil perfume I have and wear sometimes. He husk it's "spicy". I tend to go for things like Egyptian Musk, Vanilla, Fruity, Dragon's Blood, some gourmand, Amber, Patchouli, and Woods, and am not much of a floral girl. As for my style I'm kind of a boho hippie chick, lol. I know he also likes cinnamon (don't they all? lol) If anyone has any suggestions, I'd so very much appreciate them. After gong through such a rough period and coming out victoriously cancer free on the other side, I want so much to settle back into our comfy, normal, sexy, fun, lovey selves. Everything else is there, it's just that our sex life just kind of went pppffftt! ...WE WANT IT BACK! Thank you so much for reading this and for your help and wonderful giving hearts. I love how this is such a friendly community, and I have learned so much from all of you already! Thanks in advance, and hugs.
  3. TMI Warning ahead of my question..................Queasy stomachs stop here. Hi Ladies, I was wondering if anyone out there could guide me on how much phero/cops to apply. I am 30 years old, but I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Luckly I had my kids in my early 20's, but now due to the high testosterone levels from the PCOS I am now completely infertile and have nonovulatory cycles. I have never used birth control. I find that my hubby has no reaction to pheros/cops when I use them lightly (ie a couple of UN phero on swipes on the wrist and forearm, line in the cleevage and down torso, line of back and side of neck. Last night I got a little fusterated and propbably OD'd. I applied UN Bang and slathered (so that my skin was wet w/the oil)rather than made a line all over my forearms, slathered in between the cleevage, and upper chest and neck. Covered w/generous amount of phero girl. That did the trick...hubby never had a chance and TMI I can barely walk this morning. Do some of the ladies out there w/PCOS also find that they need to dose pheros and cops heavily for them to work? Any help/experiences would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Don't shoot me...LOL! I am really curious though. I have read that cops is not supposed to be sprayed directly into your hair. I have smelled cops in products before and it smells strong, but not bad. Kind of a cheesy, musky, sweet hint of something. So... Has anyone ever deliberately/accidentally sprayed cops in their hair? What happened when you did? If it smelled bad - was the bad smell intensified by being sprayed in hair? How long did it take to wear off/wash off? Did it affect the hits you got? Like did you get more hits from having cops in your hair? I am just curious....I
  5. In looking forward the upcoming summer months (getting excited), it occurred to me that the pheros/cops may be impacted by some activities associated with summer. I couldn't find anything posted already, so hoping this is the first time it's been asked. Apologies if this is a duplicate topic. Wanted to get your input please: Are pheros affected by swimming? Mind you, I'm not someone who does laps or anything extensive, but will take a quick dip int the water to cool off. Does it matter if in fresh water or salt water? (ie, lake or ocean) I saw someone post about citrus (I think) causing photo-sensitivity. Do any of the other ingredients need special considerations with regards to sun and water? Any tips on things to consider if not going to be in the water, but may be outside for several hours (hence, sweating)? Does deliver and/or base need to be considered? ie, roll-on, spray ... oil, alcohol, silicone Many thanks!
  6. Hi, all. Merry Christmas. And nothing says Christmas like cops questions, don't you think? I didn't find exactly this question when I looked through the boards, so I'm assuming this is a new one. If it's not then I apologise to the mods/admins. Now, there's lots of helpful info on here about where you should and *should not* wear cops. Away from the face/hair and down on the torso seem to be the best bet. In addition, Mara noted (and others joined in agreement) that places on the body that produce their own personal scents (behind the ears) should not have cops (or pheros?) applied there. So, erm, this leads me to a somewhat delicate question. If: 1) Cops emulate a fertile woman's natural sexy musk and 2) Keeping cops away from face, hair, wrists, etc. in favour of the torso is good Then, erm, how low can you go if you get to the torso and keep on heading south? I imagine putting cops (and possibly pheros) too close to one of the main places where one's own sexy smells originate could be bad, based on logical inference from what I've read on here. Is that correct? And if so then how close is too close generally (allowing for the natural variations in body chemistry and so on). It seems sensible to have the DTF aura emanating from approximately the region it would naturally but this also could be risky. Experienced cops-users, care to share your hard-won wisdom?
  7. I do not wear a boatload of cops. I am not a slatherer of the test vials. I choose appropriate situations. But for some reason whenever I wear a smidge of cops blended in a product women get crazy on me... well some. Yesterday I had two reactions to LFN. One woman got horney and started babbling about her sex life with her husband and ex boyfriends to all sundry. Some even commented on her facial expressions as to how lost in her sexual reveries she was. A few women were curt no matter how nice I was to them. And some women, which I don't know how to deal with, were outright hostile. One even injured me. Now I did have a share of women who fawned over me - just like the men. All the men. I was the pied piper of all things male regardless of age, ethnicity, and physical ability, but the women who were negatively affected - were really negatively affected. What can I do to kind of mitigate/lessen some female hostility besides getting a conceal to carry?
