The scent of a traditional Christmas Wassail Punch ~ Apples, Pears, Oranges, Lemons, Sugar, Clove, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and more.

The Feast of Fools was a Medieval holiday celebration that entailed much revelry and the election of a "Lord of Misrule", who encouraged disorder, role reversal, cross dressing, bawdy songs, wanton acts, and drinking to excess. Weee! What fun! To wash all this merry-making down, a drink from the Wassail bowl! The word 'Wassail' is an old English toast, meaning 'be thou hail' - and the punch, a mulled ale with delicious fruit, sugar and spices.

APPLE ~ Love, healing, fertility, good luck, happiness, immortality.

PEAR ~ Love, lust, longevity, luck.

ORANGE ~ Eternal love, marriage, fruitfulness.

LEMON ~ Energizing, uplifting, used to attract spirits.

SUGAR ~ Attracts love, luck, sweetness and riches, lust inducing.

CLOVE ~ Money attracting, deflects negative and hostile energies.

CINNAMON ~ Male sexual stimulation, passion, lust, healing, protection, energy, creativity, psychic powers.

NUTMEG ~ Strengthens clairvoyance, luck, money, health, fidelity.
