TEAKWOOD ~ Longevity, bonding, weathering all conditions, endurance.

This is another scent I need to have reviewed. Love the idea of tobacco, earth, and wood. Tell me all about this.

The woodiness is the most prevalent aspect of it when wet.  I feel like the presence of the tobacco is almost an astringent type of accent, more on the blond side of things.  There's a kind of spicy depth to it as it dries down, it strikes me as wholly masculine in that way.  Not to my particular taste, but it is one of those definitely for anyone who enjoys woody/earthy vibes.

I am so bummed out. SO bummed out!! Because I love this one, but then something in my skin starts to turn it maple-y sweet. Until that point, it's gorgeous, though. And I envy anyone whose chemistry doesn't make it go wonky. It's rich, earthy tobacco with a slight sweetness. I think it would also layer fabulously with something spicy. I'd say it's unisex, with a masculine edge. Any woman, though, who is comfortable with slightly masc scents could easily wear it. It's also very sexy, for any gender. Anyway, I hope everyone snatches this up while I go sit in a corner and pout about it.
