Sugared Iced Tea

 

In vial: gorgeous sweetly honeyed tea! There's a hint of camomile and lemon in there.

On skin: oh wow, this is delightful! So many green/white tea scents are much too astringent-not so with this one. This has the bite of green and white tea, but it also has a wonderful sugary honey-lemon scent to it, as well as black tea and a touch of earl grey bergamot too. This is delicious! It's not as icy as I expected, but the sugar notes in here are not cloying (in fact, this isn’t very sweet for now), the honey note is like honeycomb, the citrus notes are nice and tangy. This smells like a refreshing cup of honeyed lemon tea on a summer's day. The scent sweetens as a lovely sugar cane like note surfaces and mingles gorgeously with the honey and tea, and the scent becomes smoother and more delicious. at the end there's a wonderful smooth, warm balmy scent of honey and herbs with sugared tea. I swear there's something else to it, richer and warmer than mere sugar and honey-maybe amber, or another resin, or musk. This is mellow and laid back and very soothing-and it has lots of throw! I love this one.

I wore a sample of this to a restaurant with the family and our waitress stopped by at our table and was like "Who is it that smells soooo good?!" I was the only one wearing perfume so everyone pointed at me. Unfortunately the rest of my family thought it smelled either like baby powder or Dove soap. o.0;

I just got my first order today, and Sugared Iced Tea is the stand out scent!

This is amazingly spot on! It smells just like a strongly brewed batch of iced tea! I smell some lemon in it too and it is just delicious! I smell more of the black tea, very similar to sun tea imo.

 

If you like the smell of iced tea I definitely suggest this one as it smells just like it claims!

This is the other sample that I got today, and I seem to be having one of those 'it smells very different on me than in the bottle' reactions. In the vial I get lemon and chamomile and tea notes; on my wrist, it smells more floral/herbal-soap-and-baby-powder, like the poster whose family thought of Dove. I'll have to try it again later, because I looooooove tea...

Of course it does smell like tea (and on me I get only the black tea), but in a very clean, "modern" way. Sadly on me the lemon overpowers and makes this kind of soapy...seems I amp citrus unless it's sweet pink grapefruit :'(
