HEY EVERYONE! -  I AM JUST PUTTING THIS UP AS A PREVIEW OF THE RULES SO YOU CAN READ AND STUDY WITHOUT STRESS.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT NOTHING PURCHASED BEFORE THE SALE STARTS WILL COUNT TOWARDS FREEBIES IN THE SALE.

 

ALL SALE ORDERS THIS YEAR WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU ASK FOR AN INVOICE VIA EMAIL. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FORUM NAME IN ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

 

THIS YEAR THE FREEBIE ITEMS WILL BE CATEGORIZED VIA A POINT SYSTEM LIKE LAST YEAR. THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUS YEARS, SO PLEASE READ EVEN IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH OUR YEARLY BLOWOUTS!

Welcome to Our Yearly BUY SOME, GET SOME FREE SALE!

 

You can buy anything we offer, including things on our Etsy, including things in our retail store, and when you reach each level of dollars spent, you get to choose free items from the list below. (Yes, you can purchase the items on this list or ask for them as freebies. but if they are on this list, please post here to reserve them!)

The awards are at $60 increments.

THIS YEAR THE FREEBIE ITEMS WILL BE CATEGORIZED VIA A POINT SYSTEM.
ROUGHLY: FOR EACH TWO BOTTLES PURCHASED, choose ONE Free Bottle OR FIVE Free Trial Vials from the lists, which contain lots and lots of scents to choose from!  (I say ROUGHLY, because some bottles will be listed at only 2 points, while others may be 6 points.) There are also bonuses of additional free merchandise at certain levels.... See formula section in BLUE below.

***This year's sale will run until the end of August 2024***

YOU WILL HAVE 5 DAYS TO RESERVE YOUR BOTTLES ON THIS THREAD AND ASK FOR AN INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT ASK FOR AN INVOICE AFTER 5 DAYS, YOUR BOTTLES WILL BE RELEASED. ONCE I HAVE SENT YOU AN INVOICE, YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO PAY IT. That's a week per transaction, please plan to complete your order within that week. It might take me a few days to get your invoice to you if we're super busy. Your 48 hours starts when you get your invoice from me. Don't stress if you don't get it right away! Seriously!

 

As the items listed here are limited in number, you MUST reserve your bottle in this thread. DO NOT use the cart to check yourself out! You MUST send me an email to request an invoice or your order will not be eligible for the sale. You will be able to pay the invoice via PayPal or Square or by phone with a credit/debit card.

 

Make your reservations carefully, and when you are ready to check out, send us an email with your total list of everything you want. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FORUM NAME AND LOCATION IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA.

***WHEN YOU SEND YOUR EMAIL - please list everything you want. You cannot say, "Just send me an invoice for the stuff I reserved", because the sale thread might be 20 pages long so you have to help me!

***WHEN YOU GET YOUR INVOICE - please make sure it is correct BEFORE you pay it. It can be altered up until the time you pay, so please alert me if I have made any errors, thanks.

*** MAKE SURE TO CANCEL ANYTHING YOU DECIDE YOU DO NOT WANT, ON THIS THREAD. If you ask for an invoice but still have items reserved that you didn't mention in your email to me, I will cancel those outstanding reservations unless you tell me otherwise.

RULES OF SALE - REQUIRED READING!!

*Please take the time to carefully read these notes and follow the rules of the sale.

*We're rounding to the nearest dollar on totals...with a leeway of ONE dollar only. (You can call $59.90 a $60 order, but not $54.95, for example.)

*You may NOT add together separate (already shipped) orders to calculate your Freebie total, but you CAN add together any items no matter which site, including our store, as long as they are billed and shipped all at once.

 

*We will calculate the highest discount for all items chosen but there will be no combining of assorted discounts or other offers.

 

*ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED it is COMPLETE, if you would like to make another order during the sale, that's great, but you start your count over from ZERO. We do not combine the totals on multiple shipped or billed orders, as shipping and processing fees apply to each individual order and it adds up quickly.

 

* INT'L POSTAGE COSTS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS FREE MERCHANDISE - we are offering free shipping in the USA, and actual cost internationally. We do not make any profit on postage.

***Orders made before the sale started will NOT be counted, and after the sale is over all items will return to regular price.*** (Exception is the false start from Thursday night!)

* Please cancel reservations in a timely manner if you decide you do not want something so others may have a chance at it.

*YES! You can have your freebies turned into sprays for an additional $15.00.

* YES! You can have your freebies Phero'd for an additional $40.00.

* Keep in mind that when you add those options, it also ups the amount of dollars spent that count towards freebies too.

 

* Please understand that things get mega crazed during the sales. We do our best to keep accurate numbers but there's always the possibility that something you reserved may get oversold. It's a good idea to have a backup choice in mind just in case.

Roughly, 1 free bottle (or 5 free samples) for each $60 spent + bonuses at certain levels so that your discount percentage goes up the more you spend...

P.S. This is how to read the numbers of available bottles: 1/2 means there's one left out of a total of two bottles. 3/12 means there are three left and the original number was 12. It's a countdown. Older members will recognize this from previous sales. A strikethrough means the item is sold out.

YES! Ordering PEs counts towards Freebies!

Please ask for an invoice and pay everything at once. It saves us from multiple processing fees.

Apologies for being an idiot. I've read everything, and I'm still not quite sure how this works. I hope I don't get the sphynx kitteh, but will humbly accept if yes. (Have never participated before).

 

Is this the process to participate in the forum sale?

• I scour the website and Etsy site and make a list of what I want to buy but do NOT add anything to a cart on Etsy or the website.
• Add the prices up pre-shipping to get the total.
• Go through the Sale post here and choose my freebies based on spend/points.
• Post a reply to the forum with what I want to reserve as freebies.
• Email the list of what I want to buy and what I request as freebies.
• Receive an invoice over email for everything I want to buy / get as freebies, and pay it -- all avoiding the website or Etsy.

@QuantQuill lol, it's not QUITE as dreadful as that, but I admit it's close.

 

* All the items on the sale list have their own threads in this forum, including an ingredient list and reviews.

* There's no need to go to Etsy, there's nothing over there now that isn't on the main site or here. (Other than some Threebies for men).

* If you throw a bunch of stuff at me that you want, I will work out the best deal for you and let you know if your freebies line up with your buys, etc. I'll do the math for you in a PayPal invoice.

* If there's anything you are looking for in the physical store (any kind of new age supplies, crystals, bath and body, Boho clothing, etc.) let me know and my staff will pull those items for your to consider, we'll post pix for you so you can choose.
