Which pheros put a little pep in your step for getting a more intense workout? I mean in the gym, not bed. :D Are there any that give you a little energy boost that could augment a good exercise session? I'm thinking probably the sexier ones might, because anything that raises some good hormone levels generally make you feel more revved up. Also maybe the 'Dominance' phero if it makes you feel more aggressive?

 

I'm not worried about affecting men. I walk/run outside with another woman sometimes, but most of the time I'm on my own. This is purely for self-effects.

I have been using Dominance for my workouts for a while now. It really gives me a kick in the butt and makes me not wimp out or blow it off altogether. Helps me push my limits.

And I just read in another thread that copulins were originally developed to raise men's testosterone levels in the gym, to try to get steroid-like effects with working out (though it failed in that regard). Though it failed in that regard, apparently other people have had the same idea.

I have had success using a nol during my workouts. I don't know if it gives me an energy boost so much as it makes me feel really happy to be on the treadmill :lol:

 

ETA: Dolly's comment is making me consider using my Leather though. I'll give it a go tonight.

Huh...i was randomly on another thread and noticed that I had commented on working out with Leather. I didn't even remember! I guess the effects didn't blow me away then. That said, I wore it for last night's workout. I felt kick ass, but it just didn't rock my workd. and I ended up with admirers. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when i work out hard core, i feel absolutely disgusting and don't want to waste my oxygen on a dude trying to chat me up!
