1st thought. They do not want the type of intimacy that phero blend exhibits. Gotcha is powerful in a specific direction. How old are they?

IMO, Gotcha is an intense & intimate phero blend. It's not screaming DO ME NOW, but it's intimate all the same. For the most part, its a blend that will get an easily recognized response. You got that, just the reverse of the desired. That can happen with Gotcha if your target is not there yet. For me, it's too much as a general social or first date blend. eta.. it can be a date blend but....

What you describe sounds like they became entranced with you, a combo of you & the intensity of Gotcha. They may not be fully ready to get intimate in that way. My use of "intimate" is not nesscessarely referring to Sex. I mean more of an emotional/bonding attachment. Shelve the Gotcha for now. Are there other blends you have? A social sexy like HEART & SOUL-which would be a gentle departure from Gotcha. Maybe LACE. I don't know your age but if your 33+ you might want to add a TINY little circle of cops, Very little, just around your belly button let it dry then dress wear your more social or social/seXY phero as normal. keeping the attraction going but dialing back on the vulnerable intimacy.

Other social sexys, SS4W, COUGAR.

LFM is a strong effective blend, has a more Queen Bee vibe less vulnerable than Gotcha.

If you think it's the Uber Feminine vibe that scared them off you could go alpha like Leather or Dom. You said Cougar worked, go with that & when you can try out something else do it.

You will likely be able to use your Gotcha when you've found the right guy/time.

And it was way past a first date I guess I'm confused about gotcha...i thought it was like a meld of perfect match and bang to use an example of two I know and that have worked well for me. It's possible that it did help them tap extra into those feelings for you, but it freaked them out so they pulled away. I've had that experience with Gotcha before, including once with a man with a girlfriend (I wasn't trying to get with him, haha, but I know him)--there's some attraction on his part, and one night I was wearing this when a group of us were out (without his gf) and we had an extra open conversation that was great in that it was more personal and candid, but I think he freaked out a bit about how comfortable he got. The next few times I saw him, he still chatted with me but kept an obvious physical distance that was unusual for him. Over time, he relaxed a bit and was willing to stand closer to me again.

I'm so confused. I've used this twice with guys who were really into me prior, hoping to "seal" the connection. Both times, they pulled away after encountering me wearing this. They were great after I wore cougar artoons them. Great after portmanteau...i don't get it. Both guys, right after my whichever with them wearing this became distant and unsure. Any thoughts?

What could I be amping in this that is giving me a "bug spray" type scent? I want to love this. Possibly will try it at a different TOM, think I'm a bit PMS-y and maybe that is causing it? I can't see anything in it that would cause me to perceive it like that...

I searched and didn't find anything on this, so...does anyone have any experience or opinion on whether the pheros/blends are less effective or are effective on someone who smokes? Because their sense of smell is blunted in general...just wonder if the pheros are picked up at a different level than just the "scent" or if one would need to use more, etc. Thoughts, opinions, experiences? Okay, going to class reunion tomorrow, where I will see the guy I was dating and was crazy about, but we decided to back off and be friends for now because I thought he needed to date more after his divorce and told him to go rebound with someone else then come back and find me. So he is. But I still want him to see me and remember he wants to come back to me, lol. :-) So...do I wear portmanteau which he loved the smell of, with a dose of cops for good measure (scent memory from our past dating). Okay, I know I have seen this somewhere, but have searched and searched the forums and cannot find it now. People were talking about a "super cougar" or something, which was Cougar boosted with ?? (thinking stone cougar?) That is the part I am not knowing. Thanks for any help!

I do 2 to 1 , alcohol to perfume. It doesn't seem to dry my hair - I find I use 3 spritzes AT MOST - it's still quite potent - and I suppose I'm getting alcohol on different bits of hair each time, so it's not as if a few particular strands are getting destroyed

 

Here is Darbla's hair mist that is actually GOOD for your hair -- it's less strongly scented, I find, but it was actually a bit too HEAVY for my hair, in the summer anyway, when I used the amount I wanted to get the amount of SCENT I wanted. Also, being extremely scent-fickle, I made too much and didn't come close to using it all up. ...although, it'd probably do well as a very light skin moisturizer as well...

As far as sprays go, are those the instructions for making the sprays for the hair that I have read about somewhere on here? Wouldn't the alcohol be drying to the hair? Thanks, ladies!

Love the smell of this...was afraid it would be too masculine for me, because things like the unisex scents from Calvin Kline, etc. I am not crazy about, but this mellows beautifully on my skin. As far as pheromone effects, SO was very attentive, more cuddly than overtly "I want you now" like he is from other pheros. However, I found myself MUCH more emotional and teary. Like everything was bringing tears to my eyes. This is not normal for me. Anyone else have this experience??

I like this perfume, but it seems to disappear on me after a few hours. Almost all of the other scents I have I can still smell even the next day, but after 4 hours or so, can't seem to detect this on me anymore

I ADORE this scent! It mellows to a yummy, deep, complex scent, that smells even better the next day! I am not very good at describing the scents, sorry, but I LOVE it!

Oh, and as far as the fragrance, I am so glad I tried this more than once. Too much vanilla or something for me initially when it is wet, but the drydown is a divine mix of musky vanilla and cinnamon combo which I love...

Okay, I will never, EVER be without this again. I had on my LP red boosted with BI the other night, and the sweet young thing I have been flirting with for months couldn't keep his hands off of me! FINALLY, lol! He was utterly captivated, to my delight. Then, cab dropped me off at my house and he left in the cab to go home. 5 minutes later, my doorbell rang, and there he was. He just wasn't ready to leave me yet. It was a rough next day at work, but SO totally worth it LOVING the LP red!!!

Have you tried SS4W with Cops? The Detective and the Dame also didn't do that much for me, but I recently purchased Tyvey's latest PE boosted with SS4W and COPS and it is amazing!

 

I still have to test its sexual effects on my boyfriend, but so far when I wear this phero blend he only pays attention to me..like if no one else exists, I swear....I guess if BI and Pherogirl (which I think are great, by the way) worked for you, a Copulins boost will surely work! However I don't know about the unscented SS4W application method, so maybe someone else on the forum can point you in the right direction...

rnnomandie I'm not sure which thread it was on, but a few of us have observed that -- for us, and unusually among pheros -- more is more with this blend.

 

(compare to, for example, popularity potion which I and at least a few others have found we need to go VERY easy on or use very diluted for best results)

 

My sweet spot with most pheros is a small amount of 1x, but with ss4w, what has worked the best for me (effect on both self + others) is Original MRF which had 2x SS4W, and my homemade sprays of ss4w (which are equivalent of 1x) haven't done much for me when I've worn just a spray or two.

Yeah, and I started out with less, building when I didn't see results. That's when I started mixing the spray and oil, too. Tried them independently at first, then layered to see results.

Love your descriptions of the difference between the two. I'll keep trying it. Maybe I am just not noticing. Maybe also because of where I am in my cycle? Did I read somewhere on these boards that that can make a difference?

I usually use a stripe of the oil down each side of my neck, and a spray to the chest and the hair. Have tried adding someoil to the chest area, too. I just haven't noticed any unusual behavior, but maybe I am just missing it? I just get such blatant reactions with things like Pherogirl and BI...guess I was thinking it would be more along that line.
