  1. I never thought orange and a caramel scent would smell sooo good! Bright, tangy orange perfectly balanced with gooey, rich caramel. During wear the amber gives a smoky quality with a hint of spice. This is delicious and so fun to wear!

  2. Ok, so I'm in 2 minds with Seaside Sizzle. Yesterday I wore this perfume. Oh, I did love this when first applied. Rich, creamy, dripping honey. Sexy and delicious. After wear, the floral became soapy to my nose. Not dislike, but not "me". Then finally I got wafts of sexy, delicious honey. I thought I'd give the perfume another try today. Yes, wet it's gloriously the same. Drydown produced a slight floral, but was mostly creamy honey that became smuttier as the hours past.

Today was hotter, and I'd been outside sweating more than yesterday, so I wonder if that's why I had different results. Hmmm, will definitely try again!

  3. Parasol is such a pretty fragrance. Delicate florals on a smooth, creamy base. Even at the soapy stage I enjoy it (I'm not one for "clean" scents). It's like a luxe soap that delightfully lingers on the skin.

  4. On me, Garden in the Rain begins earthy and "green" then quickly blooms into bright and zesty florals, grounded nicely with those earthy notes. These surprisingly don't overpower the beautiful floral notes, they successfully compliment giving depth. I find this fragrance feminine and sensual. I am so happy that it lasts for a long time.

  5. On me, Summer Crush is a tangy fruit punch, complete with strawberry garnish. The rose isn't heavy in this blend, more like smooth, subtle rose petals. It's juicy and refreshing. So Summery.

  6. I can't wear more than 3 sprays of TH or I can get bitchy.

And how funny Rose, I have the same issue with some drugs. Stuff that's supposed to help me sleep make me wired and stuff that says it'll keep me awake often makes me drowsy. Except Nytol. It's the only one that does what it says on the bottle.

It IS odd, eggers, but my mom knew a woman who sleepy from stimulants and wired from sedatives. We are not the majority, but it happens for sure. My entire system seems to be all kinds of wonky! :/

Apparently this is quite common in those with ADD and ADHD

  7. On me, Kissed by the Sun is bright, tart and juicy. I find it an uplifting fragrance. A ray of sunshine in a bottle. Unfortunately this perfume doesn't last long on me, but I thoroughly enjoy it while it does

  8. When first applied, this is all sandalwood on me. As much as I enjoy the smell of sandalwood, it can sometimes be nauseating for me. This version of Bosom Bows definitely is not. I don't get any woodsy sharpness, just a smooth, rounded blend. After drydown, I notice the vanilla more which just adds to the appeal. I also get a subtle gourmand spice. This is rich, boozy, sweet sandalwood. It's warm and comforting. I adore this perfume.

  9. On me, this fragrance is sweet syrup-y berries blended beautifully with rich, dark resins. It's so smooth, not sharp or headache inducing like some resins can be on me. After wear, the perfume softens to a beautiful, powdery berry sugar. Pillowy soft that at this stage lasts and lasts. The Teddy BB makes this a very chill scent for me. Not sleepy as much as it relaxes me.

  10. Totem Raccoon on me is caramel apple dipped in melted chocolate and covered in crushed nuts. Yes, it's gooey and messy, but oh-so delicious! After wear time, I still get the faint wafts of apple, but now it's more of a baked apple than the fresh, with rich chewy amber. So good!

  11. On me, Totem Horse this is hay and sweet, rich, yet creamy coffee. It's such a velvety smooth blend. I envision stroking the soft, shiny fur of a horse while he munches on hay.

  12. Ok, so this perfume does have watermelon in its notes. I'm joining the masses here by saying that the watermelon is very forward when first applied, but disappears fairly quickly. I don't mind at all, because I'm not a fan of that first stage. I adore the next stage. Spun sugar that just melts in the mouth. It has warmth, but is so close to the skin that I'm finding it Summer appropriate. It's unfortunate that Cotton Candy Clouds doesn't last too long on me during the day. What I do find, however, is that when I am unwinding at the end of the day, I notice the fragrance more. It's like when I am relaxed, I am more open to enjoying the sweet, creamy goodness. Very relaxing and comforting.

  13. Thanks Luna. From some of the reviews, it sounded similar to Tom Ford Velvet Orchid which I love, but never bought a full bottle because of the price. Both of the perfumes you mentioned need to be in my next order :)

  14. I just can't help myself, MR. I hope there's no "Oh no, it's her again" groans, lol! I'm glad you're loving the journey into all things LP, too :hearts0425:
