Man, I might have to wait until October before I make my sugareds purchase as I have already spent too much money this month, I keep seeing more I want and will be away for a while!

Well, I was really looking forward to this but when I tested it I think it may have given me a horrible headache. I'm sort of afraid to test it again but it makes me kind of sad if it doesn't work out. This reminds me of LP summer solstice 2009 (LP purple) with it's creamy fruit thing. I will try it again when I can risk getting a headache.

Sugared dogwood blossoms is so cute. I always thought dogwood blossoms smelled stinky though... maybe the perfume isn't stinky! lol

Hmm... Maybe it's really Callery pear trees that stink... they look similar.

How different is this from the original?

ElizabethOSP has some up for trade Beach Goddess. This stuff is really yummy and I love the edge to it. It's super sweet like baby chicks but I think the patchouli balances it out for me more so.

No gun-toting rose here! Sometimes rose will do that on my skin but this one is really soft. The lavender doesn't tote around any weapons either. It's equally gentle and relaxing, how lavender should be (the straight-up EO is way too strong for me). The flowers are surrounded by pillowy gourmand notes that don't read "dessert" as much as "sweet escape" and while babies tend to scare me, this baby smell note doesn't remind me of actual babies at least. There must be some light musk in there, no sour milk or anything like that. Actually this is very much like New's gourmand cousin, with the floral, clean and relaxing aspects surrounded by clouds of marshmallow and a hint of chocolate. So glad to have risked a bottle!

Good to know. I was a little concerned about the rose.

I may just send a picture I used some silly filters from my ipod on. They aren't that great and you can cut off the lower half of my face of the black and white one and tweak them both however you want i you decide on one. I don't really want to show my whole face. Should I bother?

I'm afraid I may be just slightly allergic but this is so nice. So fresh. Feel like I'm outside with billowy sheets on a line blowing in the wind. Not too "LAUNDRY" though.

update: Okay,I'm not super allergic to it thank goodness!

This is more of an upbeat relaxing scent.
