  1. It *did* have me grinning for days! Lol! And Shen Tao really does last and last. You get a lot of bang for a little bit of perfume. I can sometimes still smell it when I wake up the next day. I'm so glad I scored a bottle in the sale. It's a happy scent for me. :D

Oh yes, She Tao is really long lasting, on me, too. But at the same time not overly strong. May be, the musk helps the scent to last longer. I love those sweet floral/fruity and musky scents.

  2. Oh really? I didn't know that. Thank you Luna. I have Shen Tao, Empress of Persica and Mistress Christmas. I find Shen Tao much lighter and muskier than Empress, which is deeper, like very ripe peaches. I like both, but I suppose that Hotter than Hell would have some spicy edge. May be, I'll try to layer Mistress Christmas with those two peach scents (one after the other) to find out with which one it works better towards the idea of a more spicy peach scent.

  3. Joc, when I'm reading your beautiful review, I ask myself why I didn't get a bottle while it was still available? This seems to be a rich peach scent, warm and spicy. And I love the label. Hope, there'll be a rebrew some day.

  4. I almost forgot: have you tried Caramel Sutra? It's also a quite strong gourmand scent without patchouli. It has sugar, vanilla, chocolate, honeycomb (and just a bit of musk).

Or Carolyn's Man Nip: pumpkin, lavender, vanilla, butter/cream, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey, sugar, raspberry.
