  1. This blend has taught me a few things about true love and which relationships are right for me. If I don't get along with someone while I'm on Perfect Match, it means that at the core of our personalities, we're incompatible :P Because when I'm on this, I'm less filtered, less altered or held-back for those around me. Beta-androstenol absolutely brings out the true inner selves we are.

It's like TMI or True Confessions with an added ambiance of "nesting" to help see what a long-term, established, stable relationship with someone will feel like.

  2. I feel really friendly when I wear Popularity Potion :Emoticons04283: I don't normally ask out guys or initiate conversation - I'm kind of nerdy and quiet - so this pheromone blend really gets me to socialize without feeling incongruent with my natural personality. I was trying to chat up an equally unassuming barista today, and it went really well for both of us. The mood was near immediately very entertaining. Definitely something of a safeguard or an extra boost in the ambiance for me to help things feel like they're going well :P

  3. None human hits, I got all the animals to hang out with me tho. All of them.

Not just my cat, which doesn't count. but my roomies skittish cat and two lap dogs followed me around room to room and wait outside the bathroom door as well. None of them came to me directly.

I can't say for sure if it was a hit but a lady at the store kept hovering close to me at self check out but...I felt it wasnt one and she might just have wanted my credit card info...Idk lol.

Today there's a very faint cloud of "sour" following me around of the not foodie variety :o

Not sure if ill reach for this one again soon. Maybe if its a note in perfume but I'm still not sure how to use this just yet.

Haha, if it works that well on animals, I'd definitely give this a try! I want to feel like Snow White in the forest sometimes :P

I don't wear cops by themselves, either. I have the Sheer Essence dilution, so that's okay, but at full strength, I'm predicting I might prefer them scented.

    Interesting review :)

  4. Budding Romance reminds me of the shampoo smell in female locker room showers after busy mornings in high school. I smell freshly showered and fruity with Cassis, equally floral with Gardenia, and the Champa Flower adds a reminiscent vibe - teenagers first starting to experiment with incense lol I think it's the combination of all these notes which provides a whiff of a typical youthful day, exuding the adolescent vibe, and not ingredients individually. Pretty genius :)

  5. Sweet and Spicy Indian Amber in this reminds me a little bit of the ginger milk tea I had in Chennai :) I could not get enough of that stuff.

The honey doesn't stand out. I think I'm just really surprised with this Amber and it's covering a lot of the other notes.

Coconut enlivens the party a touch to become a perfect "sweet dreams" scent for me.

  6. First few minutes makes it very clear Betrothal Potion is a watery floral. I amped Sweet Dill and Lotus upon application and after a couple of hours, Peach came through and became my favorite combination. But then Peach went on break, so next surfaced a soft duo of sweet pea and pansy. I really like those soft florals

My first time with more than a few forals in this. What a sophisticated blend, I have been so pleased and excited the last few hours :emot177:

  7. This... is new to me. Apparently, I love roses! Irish Rose may be the perfume to change my entire outlook on rose scents from now on. I feel like I tapped into some sort of divinity.

Like the rest of fragrances I fall in love with at first whiff, I know this is going to be a full bottle. I was surprised I couldn't get enough just even from a dab on my thumb, as I usually have to give myself a few runs to actually like a floral note. They're really heady for me, used to anyway.

Linden Blossom smells sunny, dewy, and sweet, and Lime is perfectly background =D Kumquat is very interesting! I just looked up a YouTube video of the fruit, never had it before. It's a fantastic unique citrus note!

Quite a range Irish Rose is, smells exactly how Wendylynne described, green stems and everything. I can even pick out the white sugar coming across as those flower food packets :^^: I think Cedar is what provides the fresh floral cooler experience with some grounding added from Oak, as if I was simultaneously also outdoors on a still, sunny day.

Successful rose fragrance for me

  8. Coming back to this after 7 months, I get a lot less Cedar upfront and early, which I appreciate. In exchange, I get a lot more Earth and Water accords and find out that I especially like Earth note

Another lovely improvement is sweet sandalwood (or is it Balsam?) I do get a feel for the Midway and it indeed smells exciting.

I also discovered Fair Ground's utility to keep me grounded. (I should have figured by the name ) Never experienced such an aromatherapy effect before.. I could definitely use more of that protection and structure. I'm intrigued now to go back and snag an Earth Elemental trial vial.

  9. If it's not banned where you work, would it be alright to ask them if they're bothered? Last winter, no one could smell me even when I would ask. The sillage stayed very close to my skin, probably due to the cold. Since then, however, I've been applying more and more oil yet haven't asked any company recently of their perception. I, too, hope I can keep slathering without bother. I don't wear fragrance for others, but on the other hand, the pheromones do still get out there =)

  10. Pretty name, OceanJewel! Welcome.

    Thank you!

Gotcha was at the top of my list based on the description. I may have missed it, but what effect does the allo-pregnanolone have?

I think I've read on other pheromone forums that allo-pregnanolone affects males in a sort of 'blissful sunny' way. Relaxing and happy =) Totally correspondent with Gotcha.

  11. As I predicted, Sex & Violins has become my casual 'go to'. If I am dreading any task that is arduous or involves working with others, I know all it will take is slathering Sex & Violins and I'm good to go. I'm working on increasing my extroverted-ness, and Dominance pheromone blend really helps me speak my mind without over-thinking. I'm really glad I got to finally try it!

I'm also really falling in love with the violin wood, resins, musk, and especially cassis. I think Cassis gives this fragrance a current of sweetness, giving a sense of life and blood to the violins  Weird and potentially macabre interpretation, I know! But I think with this being a strong, dark scent, I can be forgiven

  12. Oh man, this is a :hearts0425: for me. My all-time favorite purchase in a chocolatier is chocolate-covered cherries. Pairing my favorite decadence with black resins and black coffee? That's just magic.

This will be my go-to at work :bday1029: I get to start my day right with coffee, then later stay socially perked up throughout the afternoon by the deep and dark sweets.

  13. I favor Popularity Potion among my unscented pheromones, because Androstanone is the second most abundant ingredient. It's a friendly aggression-buffer, so I'm able to feel social even as an introvert, less pressure to suddenly 180° from how I'm normally oriented throughout the day. Heck, I'll even roll this on just to go grocery shopping if I've been cooped up in the house all day. I won't feel "crowd shock" when I step outside.

The interesting result is that Pop Potion slips me into feeling more comfortable, thus becoming outgoing, outspoken, and just silly, and I'm well received! :D I can connect with all genders and ages, even children (though I've taken heed to not purposely wear pheromones around children). It's a party blend for when I want to be raucous with less emphasis on the dating signal. Definitely a conversation-starter.

  14. Kittenish is what I wish my childhood smelled like: Friday night magical movie nights, or quiet & cozy crafty weeknights. If Rachel McAdams' romance films were a fragrance, peachy-keen Kittenish would be it. FB staple for me immediately.

  15. This is so subtle and beautiful! At first it reminds me of a sweeter version of Love Potion 9, but on me it morphs into this soft, sweet, sexy, creamy baby-like smell. Not really baby powder (because it's more creamy than powdery) but that type of scent, with a dash of more grown-up elegance to it. It's one of those scents I never seem to stop sniffing at throughout the day. I can see the hint of androgynous-ness to this at the start, but it feels like a lovely soft feminine scent to me once it settles in.

Your review brings to mind the impression that I couldn't put a name on initially. I actually think Kitten Heels smells like a newborn baby! It's a timeless scent everyone envies and brings the associations: adoration, innocence, and vulnerability.

I received a sample about 5 years after its production, so the notes have most definitely rounded out. I get a very sheer veil of Black Rose, with Verbena to support and give ambiance. I personally like Lotus, so I was able to enjoy it while wet. Everything else blended into a very balanced background.

  16. Oh my.

My first whiff brought a smile to my face in amazement of the spot-on rendition of violin wood! I was instantly pulled back into orchestral rooms I sat in year-round, full of rosin we prepared our bows with momentarily before rehearsal.

Dominance Potion is actually not a bad idea for concerts, either :smiley-music002:

I'm not sure how strong musk is in Sex & Violins, but I think there was also in another scent a musk note I reacted strongly to in a negative way. And it's not because it smelled weird or off, but because of the exact opposite. I receive the undisguised direct sexual suggestion from it. This musk smells too true to the real thing, and I want to barf.

As a first trial, I think I applied too little and then applied too much. I don't doubt that I'll find Sex & Violins to be one of my favorite and reliable scents soon enough, because it's not like it's an incongruent scent. In fact, it's more bona fide than I have built myself up to be able to handle lol

I completely forgot to try Sex & Violins with cops. I only have Sheer Essence, but that might merge my perception of animalic musk with a "musk" I'm already familiar with.

  17. Luna's description really does it for me. I can 100% envision Dance with Desire's story evocation! And I feel like I understand the note's pairings better!

"Jack's family insisted he learn how to dance for his brother's wedding and despite his protests, the private lessons with his curvaceous vivacious instructor are proving to be of overwhelming interest! Isabel shows him that all women love men with great rhythm and in her arms he can learn an altogether enthralling brand of sensuality. But for all their intimacy on the dance floor, Isabel rebuffs Mark's attempts at romance. Can he convince her of his dedication both in desire and in dance?"

Tuberose stays pretty central with eager cocoa butter as its sidekick. That is the main sticking point for me, and is my first encounter with Tuberose. I really like this floral!

Vanilla is imperceptible to me, but I know it's a soft and slightly sweet base, and I don't think I've ever been able to pinpoint musk in anything except for this perfume. I can perceive the wearable factor, giving Dance with Desire a human element so I don't merely smell like a gift shop. ETA: On second wearing, I think I realize the magnetizing factor for me: cocoa butter + musk = :Sexy:

I am enjoying this chocolate and romance

  18. Creamy, fruity, floral. I already know I'm a magnolia note aficionado, so nothing can go wrong with that lol

I don't think I could ask for a better delectable feminine scent. Leilani treats me to a serene solitudinous experience of some island. It's not loud with either floral or fruit. I have an entire beach to myself with one other person. Very balanced.

I also normally experience coconut-fatigue because I use coconut oil in most of my cooking and it's in a lot of sunscreen and hair products, but I don't smell a connection between coconut and coconut cream in Leilani.

I'm going to run out of my trial very soon :hammock-1:

  19. I was upset last night, but also feeling unconfident about voicing to the people to whom it would matter why and what we could do about it. Slathered some LP Carnival enhanced with Audacious, and within 15 minutes I was communicating very successfully! Sure, my emotions were all over the place as I did so, but the important thing is that I didn't suppress any details and I feel so accomplished :darkqueen135:

  20. Roses can sometimes run sharp on me. Not this time. Irish Rose comes off cool and refreshing, like when you've opened the rose cooler at a florist. You get the scent of chilled roses ahead of you, whilst the freshly clipped greens and fillers are behind the counter with the arrangers. I do not get any cedar, or if there is, the scent is so faint that it only adds to the freshness. The mush is very light, very soft. Thete's a sweetness here as well, not overly sweet, a "just right" sweetness. It reminds me of the first warmth of the day after a good rain shower, when the roses have just been touched by the sun. Again, clean, fresh, a blush rose.

Your review has influenced me to try a vial. I want to experience exactly this ^ Maybe I'll finally have found a rose scent that works for me :)

  21. I wore just a dab of UN La Femme Mystere just for selfies sometime before bed yesterday. I wanted to feel glorious! It worked. But, I could hardly sleep because I forgot there was a rather high concentration of DHEAS in the solution :arf: Still, I enjoy knowing that this blend works for me, and it's good to periodically remind myself of how a pheromone blend feels so that I don't have to trial it in an actual social situation.

  22. I'd say it might depend on the situation. I mean if someone is really bugging you a firm "NO" should be enough. You really should not need anything else. If it's that bad and they won't stop that's another issue. I do see why you wouldn't want to wear cops or sexy blends in that setting. Anyway..

The 3 B's (as I call them) B2.2, Teddy BB & Balm Bomb are intended (in the case of female use) to relax us. They have somewhat different effects. On me, B2.2 is the heavyweight, if you are feeling anxious or just REALLY need to clam down its helpful, Though I tend to use it more for at home use (that's best for me). B2,2 is also a same sex attractant for men to use, I believe, that was its original purpose. Teddy BB is for men to wear for women, and for women to wear as well. It promotes a relaxed easygoing vibe. Also, it's helpful for some with PMS. Balm Bomb is, I think made for women. it's great for relaxing and also eases the PMS. I'd say if you want to try a cool easy going vibe try Teddy. And if it doesn't effect the pests, you still have something good for you to relax with.

The other option might be to try Girl/Girl you can get a trial of Bosom Bows to see. But, as I said earlier NO should be enough. Play them some Meagan Trainor (sp?) whatever. But, no means no. There's also pepper spray :666:

You're right, No means No, and pheromones don't have to play a part in helping that. I'm certainly not going to encourage any sexual responses - by not wearing sexual blends - but I shouldn't have to resort to purely biological persuasion. I've put my foot down in this regard to my male friends, and have saved myself a lot of misery. So, thank you for that!

If I'm understanding what you're saying, I can use Teddy BB more for promoting platonic friendship, not so much for discouraging romantic attraction. I've never experienced a large dose of Androstadienone, but I can hypothesize that I might be feeling less anxious/vulnerable about speaking my mind on friendship-interaction boundaries, and therefore some of my intention can be well supported pheromone-wise.
