So - I switched to oil with the last order and here in the Gulf Coast heat, I'm finding the oil bases diffuse slower and last a lot longer.

 

My thoughts? Immediate release needs? Silicon or alcohol spray.

 

Longer (albeit slower) diffusion? Oil all the way. :-)

I also live on the golf coast,if you do't mind me asking maybe we are neighbors.I lve about 20 mintutes from the skyway on the southside?

You will love it! I cannot emphasize strongly enough how absolutely gorgeous this scent is.....those of you who didn't get in on the list.....the legacy sets are gone, but Mara still has some of the phero-enhanced bottles (I think).....you should email her while they are still available!

I will have to agree with dolly I never smelled something so beautiful and amazing scent

BTW... LAM/BAM with the following scents are fantastic Pink Amber. spicy brown sugar original, and I am waiting to smell the orchid rose... Though I am not a rose scent person, someone told me this is not the grandma/cloying type rose

 

if it doesn't work for me then I will trade away. but I suspect it shall be fine.

Hehehe... I posted a while back about woozy floozy and initially not noticing much in terms of self effects. Well lets just say I have no such problem with Ail's Heart & Soul I gave my colleagues the shock of their lives yesterday...

 

I normally wear 2 UN-phero's + LAM applied to several areas and an LP scent to cover but since I wanted to test H&S for effects I applied that as my only phero covered with Bodypaint. I blame having had 4 nightshifts in a row but I applied the H&S to ALL the areas I normally apply phero's so basically I was more than slathered in it

 

Boy did I have self effects! Talk about being all cute and cuddly, warm and bloody fuzzy feeling! Adding the snuggly vanilla creaminess of Bodypaint probably didn't help but OMG did Rosebud have a personality change or what?

 

Long story short...we had a trauma come in, road traffic accident where one of the passengers was an 8 1/2 months pregnant lady who had sustained pelvic fractures. Now going through childbirth with a broken pelvis isn't a very good idea so she had to have a C-section before repairing the pelvis. And this is where it gets funny... Baby comes out (healthy baby girl) and suddenly Rosebud (as soon as the midwife/scrub nurse has checked the baby over and cleaned her off) elbowed the midwife/scrub nurse out of her way, and grabs the baby! Not only am I standing there snuggling a baby wrapped in a blanket, I'm cooing and talking baby talk to it too! And to top it all off...I decline assisting in the pelvic repair (there was 3 of us but only 2 needed to do it) because I'm too busy cuddling the li'll baby...The looks on my (male) colleagues faces were just priceless...they were absolutely astonished So I let my colleagues do it and give a lame excuse that I want to make sure the li'll one is ok and that I should go back to A&E and give the father an update (even though a nurse could have done that). This is an absolute WORLD FIRST! Rosebud NEVER declines assisiting in surgery! Up until now that is...it appears Ail's Heart & Soul in high doses makes me very cute & cuddly... Now I have been wanting my colleagues to view me more like a woman than the "one of the boys" tomboy I tend to come across as but maybe this was going a li'll bit overboard...

You know the ones that look like a giant salt crystal? That's straight aluminum salt - the ingredient that's the most dangerous part of antiperspirants. It's sold as a "natural" alternative to commercial anti-perspirants, and it is natural, but it's also way more poisonous than the commercial ones. One must be wary about things presented as "safe", only because they are "natural".

The choice of base (to ME) has a lot to do with HOW you wear it.

 

Personally, I prefer the OIL base. The way I personally wear scents, the oil is the longest lasting, even with the pheros. (And the scientists/gurus have relaxed my initial fears about absorption into my skin, so...) And I know I have said this a bazillion times, so bear with me, but with oil based perfumes, and pheros, the best way to wear them is at the hottest parts of your body.

 

I roll my perfumes, and pheros, from my navel to my cleavage several times. Then I smush them around my torso with my wrists, then rub my wrists on the back of my neck. I put my shirt and bra on BEFORE the oil is completely absorbed/dry, so a little bit ends up on my clothes.

 

This way, I get a fabulous CLOUD of scent around me every time my body heats up a little during the day, and the scent lasts on my clothes forever, without any staining.

 

If you wear scents on your wrists and hands - there's not much heat there. The diffusion is better with alcohol based products. But if you wear scents where your core temp rises and falls with your emotions - that's a key thing - you diffuse when it's NATURAL to diffuse. You diffuse when it MEANS something.

 

Personally, I would rather the guy who gets me all hot and bothered get the benefit of my chemical messages, rather than just EVERYONE.

I ordered yesterday woozy floozy with the silicone base,and I really wanted the oil,but I was so happy to be ordering I forgot about that drop down menu,should I e-mail tight away.I do live it a

hot climate,but I have been wanting to order this for a while I guess I just got to excited.
