Mmm, I get the wine, and the honey... maybe some cherry. The sandalwood comes out after it dries down. It's very interesting, but not really me, I don't think. I can't see myself actually wearing this, although I do like the scent...

This does evoke a bit of a candle-vibe with me. I don't get as much apple as I wanted, and it is kind of soft and spicy at the same time. It's nice, and I like it... not sure that I would actually pick it up enough to wear, though.

this is a very clean scent, and it's nice when it's wet. After it dies though, I can hardly smell anything...

I ended up selling a few things, and made this very order today! (minus the Sensual Harmony)

This has long been a favorite of mine. I love the sweet juiciness of the berry that I get when it's wet. It dries down to a nice almost powdery musk, which manages to stick around for awhile... I don't have a bottle, but I definitely am enjoying my sample vial!

I tried this last night, I was intrigued by Lady V's enthusiasm... I liked the scent, it was all creamy honey on me. BUT... it turned red where I applied it within minutes, and was itchy and almost... burned. So I don't know what it was that triggered it, but this one and I will have part ways...

MDC, that is a conundrum! I guess everybody has their own 'method' to their madness. I know I'll probably want to have some pheros blended into scents, mostly 'cause I think it's fun trying to pair them up. But the whole UN thing has me kind of intrigued, just because of the versatility. I'll probably do both, too. Grr... I was all excited last night thinking that I could pair Cougar with Tangy Ylang, (because of BF's dislike of grapefruit), until I remembered that grapefruit is the tangy part of the Tangy Ylang. D'oh! Now I've got to figure something else out...

 

Lady V, I'm 39 years old, and I still carry a backpack. Like a high school student's backpack. It's got everything you could ever possibly need during the course of a day. Pens, paper, books, makeup, lip balm, essential oils, bandaids, fingernail clippers, hair elastics, eye drops, Advil, tampons, dog treats - I don't even have a dog - gum, mouthwash, my journal, extra t-shirts, lighter etc... I hate being unprepared. Knowing this about myself, I've already tried to figure out what the safest mode of transport will be for my scents & pheros, because I know quite a few of them will wind up living permenently in my backpack. I need a nice little condo for them inside my backpack, preferably a padded condo, so they don't smash! I'm open to suggestions... ;-)

Right now, I'm carrying mine in an Altoid case. I have two, actually, a small one for BPAL-sized imps (vials), and a regular Altoid case for my LPs. I've thought about getting one of those cute cigarette cases on Etsy, that might work too...

just wanted to add my "Welcome" in - and I agree about the "big gift" orders, I love those!... I make a list throughout the month, and make myself stick to a firm One-Order-a-Month rule, lol

(of course that doesn't apply to Trading Post orders)

I really liked this one the first time I tried it, I think it was more orange-y. Yesterday it was definitely more cake. Still nice, but not really what I want to smell like...

Yes, this one is like a "lite" version of LP Silver to me... I love it, but I'm not sure that I need a bottle, since I have a bottle of LP Silver. Although it's tempting to get a bottle boosted with Lace... hmmm

I tried this today, and I liked it at first. It was very PINK - super sweet berries at first. As it dried down, I could smell the "embers", that was nice too. But about 90 mins in, it turned to a flat, dusty scent. Kind of similar to what happened with Spinnerette on me.

I'm glad I tried it, but it will need to find a better home
