I wear this at work. A LOT. Recently I made a flirtacious comment to a coworker and *BOOM* off he went on a //gush// of flattery. Sex kitten? Earth Goddess? Worship little old me? You've been LAMMED.

So before anyone says 'you never warned me' - WARNING.

Okay, I'm up for a little danger and excitement!!! Warning taken!!! haha!

It's a light scent, like the others in the line. It has a warm smooth quality for me, but I wouldn't say it's really more one or the other, just a nice blend of both. Very subtle.

That is the same way it is for me....just very smooth and warm smelling....almost a "comfy" scent.....very light as well....I haven't found much of anything that it doesn't layer well with....

I love my Magnet boosted Tangy Ylang. The scent + the pheros is just pure happy for me! I loved my sandalwood & resins LAM & I loved the CE sample I got, but adding grapefruit to the blend just takes it to another level altogether

How would you describe the sandalwood & resins LAM... more sandalwood? or more resinous? That is the one I'm most interested in.

Scent of Eros is the JV Koles product, isn't it? If so, the source of the Alpha Nol and Cops would be the same in both products, we share the same mad scientist for those supplies. (Dr. Stone) Our balance of the ingredients might be different, the overall strength, and certainly the fragrance, but you should probably get a similar vibe.

Yes! It is JV Koles, and I remembered the Stone Labs connection. It is one of the things that interested me in the Love Potion products, because I knew how well Scent of Eros worked for me....so I figured if you were using a source like that, your products must be great. And I was right! And I love your little mad scientist emoticon!

I have used both......and prefer LAM, for two main reasons.....first of all, I don't really care for the scent of Scent of Eros.....it gives me a headache....Alter Ego did that to me as well.....

Alter Ego did the same thing to me. Gave me a headache and turned me into an evil grumpy bitchy person. Just GRRR all the time!

Yep, that's the whole point! Smell good, feel good, it's all good!

Luna my dear, I think with your few simple words you cut to the heart of my whole perfume addiction... smell good, feel good, ALL GOOD! I always say... I can have old grubby clothes, but if I have new yummy perfume it feels like a brand new outfit!

I'm interested in the effects of LAM, especially compared to Scent of Eros (Anol & Cops) from Love Scent. Have any of you out there tried both?

The first time I wore Scent of Eros, I had an *off the charts* good day. I mean the self effects from the Anol were insane. I remember emailing my man telling him "OMG, I am having the BEST DAY! I feel SO GOOD!" but not putting 2 and 2 together that it was the pheros. The way they affected my co-workers? I have never seen them act like that. Giggly and over the top friendly. We all went out to lunch at an Italian restaurant and there must have been 4-5 waiters at our table at any given time. We were literally the center of attention at this place. You would have thought we were food critics or something, with all of the personal attention that we got. I thought it was funny that my co workers even mentioned "geez, they NEVER talk to us like this!"

The next day, I went to a house party with my man and I didn't really know anyone there- some of them just barely acquaintances, most of them strangers. I could not believe how friendly everyone was toward me, acting like they were SO happy to see me again and the strangers were coming up and starting random conversations. This NEVER happens to me. My friend's sister, who has been very cold to me in the past (for reasons unbeknownst to me) was practically glued to my side all night.

But most of all, I just felt so good about myself. I am a worrier by nature and tend to get sucked down into the abyss of things which sometimes ruins my mood. But when I was wearing this combo of pheros, it was like I was just relaxed and happy (almost how I feel after a beer or two?!) without feeling 'buzzed'.

Anyhoo... just wondering about the phero effects of LAM- and if you could compare it to anything else.

LOVE this scent. Dolly was sweet enough to give me a sample with our last trade, so I tried it out. Wet, it is (to me) very heady cherry with a sweeeet almond extract type flavor, and some fully bloomed red roses. As soon as it hits my skin, the beautiful smokey incense starts to bloom. This continues to bloom until it is the PERFECT cherried nag champa scent. Like the satya nag champa in the blue box.

To me, this smells EXACTLY like these two little stores I used to frequent on Ventura Blvd in Tarzana,CA...the Love Boutique/Imagine Center. Smelling this perfume takes me back in time to a period of, um, discovery in my life! Lol! It is SEXY and SMOOTH and AMAZING....dare I say, a turn on to wear?

I cannot WAIT til my man can smell this on me. Love it gotta get a full bottle before they're all gone.

Nope, tried it again today using about half of what I used before (this is my third or fourth trial run) and unfortunately for some reason it makes me feel real mopey and low. Maybe because I'm real lovey dovey and sentimental and sensitive to begin with... it just exaggerates that? Who knows. I'm glad it doesn't affect everyone else this way. It's either the androsterone or the epi-androsterone...because I know I tolerate both Alpha and Beta Androstenol well.

Meh. I wish I loved it!

Hmm try it again using half the amount to gauge if you od'd. Which can be easy to do with unscented blends.

Hey ladies anyone wear this and feel kind of "blank" and "emotional"? It kinda makes me space out (I guess that would be the a-nol) but it also kinda makes me feel extra emotionally sensitive. I am an emotionally sensitive person anyway...but this seemed to magnify that quite a bit. Is it possible I OD'd?

I haven't tried it again for fear of ruining another happy day. Haha any feedback would be appreciated.

The former...just watch out because it works well on everybody, including the wearer.

Okay, thanks for the warning. I would be more able to avoid that effect (at least a little bit) by applying the pheros to areas away from my face, right?

My OCCO Gold (tested lightly once) and Neanderlicious is not getting much love from me. Would you like have them for GCs? I love them particularly OCCO Gold but it leaves a dirty scent on my skin after the fragrance disappear.

 

I like OCCO Purple. At drydown, it turns slightly powdery and musky on me. You might like it too.

I LOVE this scent. This and OCCO Gold could become my two go-to phero fragrances every day for the rest of my life! However, I know that TAH is hard to come by sometimes...so I'm not sure if this will be permanent. So, I'm looking for you ladies to help in finding something very similar in scent to Neanderlicious.

I'll tell you what I love about it so you can help me.

When it starts to dry down, and the middle notes come out (whatever they are), it is unbelievably good. Smoky, sweet, and still clean smelling. When the base notes start to emerge and combine with the middle notes, it is so SEXY and makes me just wanna huff myself over and over. I think maybe it's the violets combined with the honey and something else that smells a little spicy? Do you think I'd like OCCO Purple Shield?

I like that I don't smell the pure spiciness and muskiness of the base notes right at the very beginning (hence the term 'base notes'... LOL). I like that they take a while to emerge...so I probably wouldn't like something with musk or any of the spiciness that is IN YOUR FACE right when you put it on.

I also don't like anything with "dirty" amber (like Sugared Amber), or anything that turns into baby powder or strong powdery scents... unless it is very "incensey" like true nag champa. In other words, I don't want to smell like Babies R Us, but I wouldn't mind smelling like an adult toy store, in fact I kinda like it. haha

Meanwhile, I'm stocking up on Neanderlicious as much as I can.

I love this perfume in the bottle. It's not BAD on my skin, but not one of my faves either. When it dries down it is much more 'powder' than honey. My boyfriend commented 'are you wearing baby powder?' um, no.

I am a total honey ho but I think this one might morph on me too much. I'll wear it when I'm not in the mood for honey because it's pretty, fresh and light.

IMO-I need to stick with the dirtier honey scents.

OCCO Gold Shield smells AMAZING.

Clean, sweet, deep, thick, rich honey. When it's wet, you can definitely smell a hint of the EoW copulins..but it doesn't take long at all to dry down into a fabulous $exy honey. It is amazing how well the copulins are covered by the honey scent. And there must be a TON of cops, because honey is fabulous at covering them...and if I can still smell them when it's wet.. whooo eee! I can't even smell the cops in PG or MRF, so I know this is super uber strong.

I put some on the pulse points on my neck and I keep getting these SUPER yummy whiffs of clean deep tangy honey goodness.

I will be stocking up on this for sure!

Edit: Honestly, I think I would be okay with getting every kind of phero added into this scent and just layering it with everything else. It is THAT GOOD.

BTW, Poopie is something my son likes very much .... hahaha! My daughter's favourite is "play dough".

HAHAHAHA your kids are a crack up. Play Dough? LOL!!! I love it!

I don't know why. They have made up names for the most of the full bottles, poopie, butterfly, baby, etc.

Haha that is too cute. I would love to hear their answers. I wonder if (besides the obvious name of Poopie), the names have something to do with how the pheros make them "feel" when they are exposed to them. I'm probably reading too deep into it. But when I was little my mom had a perfume that I nicknamed "delicious" because it literally gave me the same feeling inside as when I ate something really delicious. It did not, however, smell good to me, or of food. It was just named because of the feeling it gave me. Our brains are amazing things!

As for special instructions to the mail carrier, I wrote your instructions on the envelope. Whether the mail carrier abides by the instructions is beyond our control, but you could leave a note for your mail carrier...either a letter with the bldg manager, or taped to the inside of your mailbox. You've probably already done this, but I did this when I used to live in a big apt complex. Left the carriers notes, and then everything was delivered to the manager's office, and she would call me when they arrived. The mail carriers preferred it to dragging them up the stairs anyway. I also always put OK TO TO LEAVE WITH BLDG MANAGER on the special instructions of all my orders.

 

And on another subject, it looks like the post office now isn't counting Saturday when it comes to express packages. It's a 2 business day guarantee.

Hi there-

If I order something worth less than $100, how can I let you guys know to waive the signature confirmation on Express mail? And for it to be delivered to the apartment office when the signature is waived, so I can just pick it up on my way home?

Even though the people in my apartment complex office have the authority to sign for me, the silly mail carrier keeps trying to deliver to my actual apartment when I'm not there. He then returns it to a post office that is only open from 8-5 Monday thru Friday, so I always have to take time off work to go pick up the package.

What do you suggest I do in this case? ?

HAHA I think only one other time in the history of "us" without pheros has it happened 5 times in one night. But that was like right in the very beginning, when we first met. Usually it's 1 or 2 if we are so inclined.

I know what you mean, that metallic thing. Have you ever tried Eternal Chain? I don't get that metallic cat pee thing at all ...and I know there isn't anything else but EST in there.

I like the smell of Est too.. its really light and "clean" smelling to me.
