I wish I liked the scent though but these ones with nuts or something in them...? Just turns into this weird... kind of BO scent on my skin. =\

I am so keeping my bottle for intent and I know I will use it when I need it.. but it will not be one of those I slather on nor for more casual use.

There's something in this that doesn't like my skin.. or my skin doesn't like it, but wow is this potion ever... well, potent!

It works so amazingly well that I don't really care about the scent! Like others have said, this stuff is a huge pick-me-up. I was tired, cranky, having one of the worst days ever... I applied some of this on with just a "well, just do whatever because today sucks" intent going... and before long I had a gigantic smile plastered on my face. Had 4 hrs sleep and still woke up with a giant smile on my face. That's some powerful stuff.

QG described this almost perfectly. This is one watery scent I can say seems more masculine to me. It's like a nice day by the coast. I get something crisp, linen and water, but no sweetness, and it's not "cold" either.

That said, it's more masculine, but TOTALLY still wearable for women if you go for this kind of scent (which I do).

I did not want any of the love ones, I just wanted the ones that would help me most in this juncture of my life....I think so many folks have bad mojo right now and needed some good stuff to get them thru.....

I think I feel similarly, I'm single but didn't feel any need to pick up any love ones. Just the ones I think will be "handy" to have around. I did pick up the money one for money emergencies.

As soon as I applied ATO Silver I immediately thought of LP Silver. Which makes sense since both are in the "silver" family of scents. Also means I LOVE this.

It's floral, but not green, it has this crispness to it. It "feels" cool, and while it is fragrant florals, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a lot of perfume. I think the closest I can come up with is that this smells like very high end luxurious bath products? And having just showered and applied this, I can definitely say I feel like this is a "clean" feeling fragrance.

Ok, I think I am going to have to fold and brew more Whisker Wishes. The requests are still coming in for it hot and heavy even though we've discussed it being sold out on the forum.

 

So, here's the deal, I am brewing more today, but one of the peaches I used will be different. This one is a little more sour than the one I used up, which I cannot replace. The intent and empowerment will be the same, but the scent will be a tiny bit different.

I quite like this scent. Very very unisex. It's airy, light, crisp and very fresh smelling. Very uplifting. There's some green crisp scents I can't wear just because it leans a little too much to the masculine side for me, but this one is right on the border. One of the things I find with greeny women's fragrances is they tend to be a bit flowery, which is fine, but sometimes I want something that is green without that "women's office fragrance" feel to it, and this would fit the bill.

Whisker Wishes better not run out!

Maiea & Cheezy ~ Get a job is empowered for employment success, and is a very office friendly blend. It's fine to wear it to an existing job, and will also work as a Road Opener in this respect.

PERFECT, thank you. I'm actually at a place in my career where I'm quite happy, but a pay grade raise is ALWAYS welcome. lol.

Mara - quick Q about the Get a Job potion - can we wear it even if we are not job hunting? I love the description of it being an office friendly green scent, plus it has SWS which is a phero I quite like.

Would it be a work appropriate potion - as in even if I don't need to get a job, will it help garner more work place cooperation and etc?

I know what you mean! I've been using some other LP's a bit more lately (Nymph, Temperance, Canary Faery) because it's been so hot and I see those as very "cooling" kind of scents. But this weekend I did reach for the Snake perfume again and yeah, the scent's melded a bit more since! I'm not yet finished a bottle, lol, but I think there's a good dent in it. Admittedly also scared of using it up, I only got 2 bottles of the PE! eek.

Note: I find the Snake perfume very green and fresh, but not "cooling" - to me it's a bit like walking into a lush garden.

Yea.. really. ok I'll just grab 2, 4, 10. ah well it is a good deal. I consoled myself with some Xmas shopping to I was productive.. that's it!

 

MAIEA, I know.. hoping they are up this weekend. I don't know how Mara is doing this sale, brewing ect.. I hope she has some super house elves.

I think I've noticed this. Sometimes I notice a couple of my male friends act "closer" to me and I KNOW I'm not wearing any pheros, which I always thought was odd, but now makes sensewiththis thread. I've only exposed them well to Treasured Hearts though. lol.

My deadline's this Saturday and hoping to get a peek at any NR's. *crosses fingers*

Okay I just put All Hallows eve on reserve from the sale, I'm trying to decise what I really want since my budget is non-existent this month. I've always wanted Lap of Luxury so I'll prob grab that... STILL on the fence with another $10 bottle (Prophetic Pie). Kind of tempted to grab something with Treasured hearts.... OR a spell potion. @_@ Argh, I can't decide.

I KNOW. Seriously scared because I don't have a budget this month for perfumes! LOL. I'm trying very hard to not grab more from the $10 sale till I see the August NR's and the rest of the sale.
