luna65 Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 Although this isn't the same recipe as the original Sugar-fried Bananas, the drydown reminds me of it somewhat. At first it's a combination of creamy and candied, like the accord in Jungle Colada or the one in Me, Jane!. I get a bit of spice in the end, but not too much.
