But that's a result of what's in it, so it's not a complaint, just a very strongly-stated observation.

Well for me...IMO, Dominance beyond stinky...tis STANKY!...and I do have to let this one dry down well...

I don't wear as much as it is not exactly congruent with me, yes, I am more of a TAH gal...don't get me wrong, being the duel natured tried and true Gemini, I can adapt to that side when I need to, I just hate to break out this side as you do not want to mess with Djac on Dominance or Tal...but on the rare ocassion that I do use it, I definitely let it dry well. Because UH HUH, yes it does stank. No complaints, and it does do what you need it to do.

I have only tested the Woozy and the Open Windows (both 2X) in spray form. Open Windows, in my hair, after drydown, still has a scent that I can detect. But, it isn't offensive.....smells kind of like I applied a little too much hairspray or something.....keep in mind this is the 2X, though....the "regular" stength probably wouldn't have much scent after drydown. I think that if I get Cougar, I am gonna ask the ladies to add a light scent that will blend well with other LPs......maybe like Constant Craving or something......

 

From what I understand, all of the normal unscented pheros will be offered in spray.....AND I think Mara said the OCCO line also. She said LAM/BAM would most likely NOT be, because the scents are so light to begin with, they may not hold up well to the dilution.

 

I prefer the Open Windows to Woozy......Woozy is fun, and happy.......but OW is MORE (if that makes sense). It is a truly uplifting and feel-good vibe.

The OCCO's for me are fine as they are in oil based. Of course I may get an OCCO Gold in the spray.

Well, I gave this one another "run", but in a totally different setting.

 

I have this one client, who always acts "down", no matter whether I am talking to her on the phone or in person. She says it is just that taxes leave her confused and angry, and she doesn't want to pay the back taxes that have accrued against her. I have been dealing with her issues for several months, and I don't think I have ever seen her smile.....until yesterday, that is.

 

She was coming over to sign some of her paperwork, and before she got here, I had sprayed two good blasts of Open Windows 2X.....one in my hair, and one to my chest. I was wearing no other pehros, as my scent was one of my un-boosted ones (Sugared Darkness).

 

So, she came in and was acting like she normally does, was signing her paperwork, and then she started chatting.....A LOT. Totally out of character for her. Then, as she is relaying a story about her son, she starts giggling. She looks at me and says....."I don't know what is up with me. It is raining and nasty outside, and I am doing my taxes, but I am in a really good mood for some reason!"

 

This stuff works.....I like it better than Shine (which USED to be one of my faves)......

Oh Dolly...wow!!!...totally living vicariously through you right now... I can't wait to get the Open Windows x2...sounds right up my alley as I find I wear Open Windows daily at work (I love it, and I need to get more but I am hoping the sprays will be out soon)

...I too was a lover of instant shine, but this sounds like it will be much better...

tell me...is it very strong scentwise, like say, if I did not want to cover with an LP scent, would this smell loudly after proper drydown?

and also, what pheros will actually be offered in sprays?...which ones have you tested, and which ones do you like?

(off work...I have some sort of virus, but I swear it must be laryngitis or early stages of the flu, as my glands are swollen, throat terribly sore and lost my voice)

I received a sniffer of Raven Moon 2008 the other day and since I decided to play in the lp goodies today (my fav thing to do), I decided to try this one...

I like it a lot...so much so that I am hoping to score some in a trade/purchase from SB (whenever she sees her thread)

I don't know what the 2009 smells like, but I have a feeling this would be the better of the two for me...It is very pretty... I do get some of the violet, but I get a creaminess as well...it goes on my skin a lil strong at first but dry down morphs into something totally different, once it settles it is sweetness, not gooey sweet, floral just lightly, slightly creamy, soft and sensuous to me... I can tell this one has some staying power and throw as well...like so many of the scents, I don't think it will take much of this one.

I could easily see this layered over OCCO Purple, or for those who like it OCCO Black...or even some LAM Honey Vanilla

but yeah, this is nice and it will be nice to have a bottle.

I love this one too DJAC! It has become one of my goto's for a pick me up of mood or energy. It is light enough not to cloy when I'm not feeling well, but has enough kick to perk me up!

Yeah...exactly. It is light but does have a non cloying kick to it. I may get another bottle or two just to always have because this is one I could still see myself loving after a year or two.

also, I am noticing we like a whole bunch of the same scents/lp's...guess that officially makes us sisters...hehe, love ya sweets

Well well well...I knew I was right to order three bottles right off the bat, unsniffed...

I am loving Pandamaniac. Smells even better on my skin than it does in the bottle...it is refreshing like a light breeze, yes, with a dusting of powder, not exactly baby powder but definitely has a powder feel to it...it is soft and uplifting to me, very soothing, this is a great work scent, bedtime scent, just hanging, out running errands scent....I love it. this is a fabulous scent alone or layered, (I have yet to do that)

Initially in the beginning I would just throw everything on top of each other, literally....

after much reading and learning, I found the best way (for me) to get the most effect and the most out of each phero is to apply some pheros in various different spots...

certain pheros like say, maybe Est on my neck and spritzed in the hair, Cougar or SS4W behind the ears and around the neck, (if I am wearing a skirt I do put some behind my knees), TAH to the chest, True confessions or anything TAL like to the back of the neck...my LAMS or OCCO's go on my arms and my chest.

My socials, I put them on my arms/wrists and the backs of my hands, sometimes I will spritz my hair with a lil alpha-NOL

Then I apply my scent...usually I put some on both wrist and smush it around my torso area and up around my neck and ears...I find the scents here are strong enough to stretch and I really do not need to use as much as I initially began using. If I am layering anothr scent, I just place a dab behind the ears and on the wrist.

But I also like to purchase my LP's boosted...like Dolly, grab and go.

Now...thanks to my new love for BI (though I cannot deal with it unscented), I love love LOVE, getting stuff bossted with BI...also Treasured Hearts or UNCougar.

so it really is a matter of personal choice, no way is right or better...and it may sound pricey...but it is a great steal as you are getting both the phero and the LP at a lil lesser cost.

I do like this one. It has staying power and the beautiful scent lingers in the air. I'm calling it an "aftersmell" ?? All of a sudden I'll get a whiff of it in the air and can't believe that awesome loveliness is coming from me. Oh and it does make you stay on the minds of those around you. My hubby has started saying and I quote. "When you leave I can't bare to be away from you. I just cant get enough of you." Nice.... He's started buying me little surprises again its great. Also I'm getting even more attention at work and have had some say how comfortable it is to be around me. I need to get more bottles of Eternal Chain immediatly before Djac snags them all.

I'm want to attempt to recreate Dolly's famous Mx216 for myself but am not sure if I should do it in spray or oil form...

 

I have all phero's in spray form except for my cops which are the LP EoW oil. What I was wondering though is that if I use the EoW in oil form, and the rest of the phero's in the normal spray form, will the final product be liquidy enough to be put in a 5ml togo bottle and sprayed?

 

On the other hand...if I go with the oil form of Mx216... Could I use True Confessions as the nol's component? I don't know what the approximate ratio of alpha:beta is in TC but I'm thinking it's heavier in the beta than the alpha? I don't have TAL in oil form so I can't get away from using a bit of liquid...

 

Any suggestions?

Hey RB... I don't have any answers for ya, I am sure Dolly would be the best help here...just wanted to say, I can definitely understand you wanting to recreate that one... I still have some that Dolly gave me and it will take the man of my dreams (literally, the one in my dreams that ain't even real...hehehe) for me to break into that, but I have used it and it is all that and then some...seriously.

Oh WOW!!! This one is absolutely amazing!!!

I was expecting this to be one of those "yes it's nice but I'm not in love with it" type scents but boy was I wrong! This is soooo beautiful!

I'm curious about the September releases but I'm thinking this might be the month when I can finally afford to order a couple of PE's... I know September releases is all about Halloween but I'm just not a Pumpkin scent gal (runs for cover)

 

Maybe some of the darker scents will be more up Rosebuds alley...

Hey RB... I am right there with ya sadly... I generally skip right over the halloween scents...not real big on pumkins and spices and whatnot...unless we get some pheros added to the release, I will undoubtedly get some more unscented pheros...can always use those, will be keeping an eye on the PE's as well.

I was hoping to love purple, but it didn't love me. My guy said something about pork sausage that went a little off. Not good. I love the scent in the bottle but my darn chemistry bit me in the butt again which is why I'm trading it back. I'm getting decants of Red, Gold, Green, and White. I know I love Blue and am hoping to find another for layering purposes.

Funny I haven't tried the blue, contemplating it though, but scared it smells too much like CB 09 which is okay...just not my scent exactly...but I was contemplating getting the green because I do like how it smells...just that florals don't always play nicey nice with me. when they are strong they give me raging headaches.

Ooooh I have a wee bit coming from a trade boosted with BI...but I also ordered a bottle today boosted with BI and Open Windows....I kinda thought BI would be great in this one as well...course I have yet to sniff it...

Next up, I am ordering the OCCO Purple - all the rave reviews have me convinced!

Believe me that OCCO purple is the bomb... I love it love it love it...I think as much as my precious OCCO Gold.

This one here is Fantastic...oooh it is soooo yummy, mine is spiked with BI....gosh this scent is just yum yum yum...best smelling patchouli...I was sooo lucky to score this bottle in the initial big sale....truthfully, If there were more bottles of this, I would puchase two more at least.
