I will love this one. I just know it . It's described as another summertime blend so that's the first piece of fabulous-ness. The fact that there's lemon in it is another plus. I'm puckering at the thought...you know, like you'd pucker after taking a swig of tart-n-sweet lemonade

When I first read the name, LP Ceremony, my mind immediately thought -bride, bridal, wedding. After reading the first line of the potion description, I realized "ceremony" was pertaining to a tea ceremony . I went to China once and was treated to a tea ceremony. I never realized how intricate drinking tea could be -an art form really. LP Ceremony is a winner, right on time with summer approaching. The ingredients sound light. I don't know enough about the notes to know how sheer it's going to be. I hope it's a lasting scent on me. I think this one is a strong contender for top 3.

I envision myself sitting on the rim of LP Latte's coffee cup eagerly awaiting her ok to jump in . When I first joined LPMP, I was puzzled by the posts devoted to swooning over foody scents. "Who would want so smell like food?" I wondered. "Why would someone want to smell like food?" Well divas I've joined you on the other side . I'm glad it didn't take that long. I'm so open to anything non-floral nowadays. I'd love to even out my inventory by building it up with foody scents. LP Latte, take my hand please...

Fruity it is. Thanks for that Luna. Tropique sounds delectable. I reread the description and ingredients again and see the honeydew and cantaloupe melons which stand for water magic and fertility. The label is enchantingly apropos.

My heart quickened at the sight of this label! Well done. The name, Exotica. The ingredients -in perfect concert. Gotcha -'nuff said. Admittedly I've shied away from anything described as incense-like. There was a thread I read early on...wish I could remember where I saw it to link. Anyhow, one of the dolls had a co-worker say a mean thing to her because she was wearing something of that nature, incense-like. Prior to reading that I would not have thought twice about this type of blend. Sure did turn chicken after reading her post tho. I realize there are lots of variables to consider but what can I say, I'm impressionable. Doesn't matter anymore because it's looking like Exotica has broken my 'scurred' streak. "Love Potion goes au naturale in this "Nature Girl" variant..." Hmmmm when I read that in the narrative it didn't grab me. I'm not sure about the ingredients either...be that as it may, LP Terra Mater has Treasured Hearts. Those LP blends always meld particularly well so I'm ready with outstretched hands!

 

I really liked this in the potion description and will be wearing Terra Mater on beautiful summer days

10 drops of EoW per bottle divas . This is bound to be a best seller! I know I'm sold on a bottle for the hope chest, lol. Question - being that LP Tropique only has one floral ingredient and it's primarily fruity, does that mean it's a fruity fragrance? Or would it need to be categorized as fruity-floral because it's not 100% fruity? I don't know if there's a tipping point which would lean things in one direction over the other. I love the name of this variant. "Tropique." Looking forward to meeting this naughty cop-filled vixen. Meeeeeow.

White Amber, White Patchouli, White Musk, and White Ginger. Lots of whites! LP Flutterby piques my interest for sure. I forecast a great sniff fest with this one. It has Heart & Soul which is causing me to do mental cartwheels. I don't have anything with Heart & Soul as yet. Flutterby will be a great blend for me to test this much anticipated phero -yummers!

With LP Rouge having LFM, I'm already sold. It has two types of apricot and five types of honey. LP Rouge is described as floral and fruity which I hope my newbie nose is able to detect. I haven't named a top fav yet from this month's set. I don't know that this one will be it but as stated, I'm sold. Any Love Potion variant can stand on its own in my fragrance repertoire. Add a phero atop of that -a no brainer for me

The unisex fragranced version smells divine! I have a trial vial that I got with the purchase of the women's sampler pack. Haven't taken it for a test run tho. I'm rather afraid it may be used against me

That's the only combination I've been wearing: adding some Occo to give a phero mix a sexy edge. And of course Topper because that's what it's made for. I will wear a phero scent with some cops, and in the afternoon add a spritz of Topper if I feel I want a boost. Makes for grand days.

When I first got Topper I wore loads of it in the morning already, and it was a successful experiment cause people reacted like crazy. Now I go easier on the application. Dont wanna wear everyone out all the time, myself included ;-)

 

And that's exactly what happens! Initially we go a lil' crazy in the experimentation stage but soon enough we level off. I know I go crazy for sure . It's not good to wear ourselves and others out . My dear, you are one of the Topper queens, you love the phero! I have to look up the review thread to see your comments on it. I had it on my last order order list but it got bumped. I bought Levitation instead. I have to move Topper back up the list.

In a case like this, I would wear Cougar (which is more of a sassy social for me, rather than a "sexytime" phero) and take some OCCO to discreetly add later, when you see your crush.

 

Can I tell ya' I have yet to take anything with me outside the house Molls . I apply blends in the morning and don't reapply in the afternoons so haven't carried any stash with me. Your idea is perfect! I'll have to start carrying some stuff with me to suit the day's activities. There was a post I saw where you mentioned Altoids cases were good to hold the oils. That-Is-Awesome! I have that in mind and next time I'm in a supermarket will surely get some Altoids. It's great because the bottles will be protected and the Altoids case makes a perfect 'cover'

There's really not much you can layer on top of a blend. Cops or a-nol or DHEAS may help do a little steering of an effect, but as Dolly points out, you're really wasting your money by not just taking advantage of each particular blend for its own merits.

 

I've formed a love for DHEAS so I'm happy to have a fair amount of familiarity with that molecule in my newbie state . A-nol I will need to look up because I don't know what that does in terms of steering Luna. Thank you for mentioning that as I'll definitely add it to my GUS list. Cops? I'm mildly distressed at not being able to use them as much as I'd like to right now. My best testing ground is work; with me not being in an exclusive relationship, I'm not too comfortable sporting cops on the job. Once I'm "paired up" it'll be another matter perhaps

You can always layer with OCCOs, PheroGirl, or straight EoW (that one can be a little tricky if you're new though). Of course, Topper is made for layering. If you add even a single molecule over whichever blend you are wearing, you run the risk of skewing the results.

 

I would say do a lot of experimenting to see how the individual blends work on you before you start even thinking about layering. Otherwise, you will be wasting money AND producing a result that most likely could not be duplicated.

 

Thank you, great information Dolly. And yes, this is where I am now, the experimentation stage. Made mistakes and will probably make some more before I'm on firm ground. I do have some OCCOs and EoW -still have to get PheroGirl and Topper. PheroGirl wasn't on my radar but you've just made it quite appealing knowing it has that versatility. When you say EoW can be tricky...in what way?

HAHAHA! I am already down almost half a bottle of the 2 I have - so I will probably blow through these. I slather quite heavily...or re-apply....I almost never re-apply things...I love TG! OH - and hubby quite likes it on me so, yea....I plan to go through quite a bit. I keep forgetting it has cops, it just smells so yummilicious! Roll in like cat nip worthy for sure!!!!

You're killing me my next order is already bursting at the seams. Now here you are with this TG business . Just curious, do you use a lot of sprays? This one I wouldn't necessarily get a spray because it has cops. I'm speaking in general terms...I have this fearsome love relationship with sprays. I love them but worry about waste. With the oils, I know everything goes on the skin.

Yes I've read them. I've even posted on the side of not mixing pheros. I completely understand why they should not be. I'm still in the learning phase two months into use. Oh, and also the honeymoon stage so I have two issues to contend with . In learning, it will take me a while to figure out which blends are complex. -And which can be used as accompaniments

I get a lot of lime from Pizzazz. I love the summer-tropical feel / smell of this blend! The notes work amazingly well together. Total mojito...great cover for Cougar! The fact that it ages well is thrilling altho I can't see mine lasting more than a year. So it won't have a chance to age too long.
