So my scent memory is from a vacation a couple years ago to Clearwater beach, I had put on some vanilla perfume early in the morning, slathered up with sunscreen and spent the happiest most magical day of my life at the beach! I feel like I met my soul that day for the first time in my life😂 At the end of the day, I still smelled a bit of the vanilla (might have been occo white) that sunscreen scent (unscented but just had that sunscreen scent that I can’t describe but I love it) and the salt on my hot skin. 
So I’m thinking maybe

-a non foody/powdery vanilla

-something gulf coast water salty

-nude musk and skin musk…those might be the same thing but I don’t like white musk on me usually or the Egyptian musks. I would love a double musk somehow though. Not dirty but something like my warm skin. 

-non coconutty sunscreen somehow
I would call it Nude Beach or something like that! 
Obviously I have a lot of “somehow” and “something like” in there so if anyone could help me narrow down what notes I’m asking for I would greatly appreciate!✌

eta: maybe a really light undertone of tahitian tiare or gardenia instead of the sunscreen note since that is different and hard to describe.🏼

I don’t normally enjoy citrus scents, but this is maybe a deep floraly citrus?🤷🏼‍♀️ With oud. Idk, that’s the best I can do😂 Try it, I hope you love it!

I am terrible at describing scents😂 I want to say it’s very very slightly citrusy, but not a bright or fresh citrus, it’s deeper. That’s the feeling I get anyway, it’s probably not citrus at all. It keeps the oud from being overwhelming and it’s just a deep, smooth, really intriguing scent. I know that probably didn’t help at all😂

I’ve never smelled majmua before so I had no idea what to expect from this one. Oh my gosh it’s so good!! Oud is usually overpowering on me, I love it but it’s a lot, but the oud in this seems to play around off in the distance but still close enough so you know you’re not alone. I don’t even know how to begin to explain the majmua except to say it is amazing! Deep but not heavy, just so sexy. It’s intoxicating and mysterious but makes you want more. LFN is perfect for this one. 
 

eta: also try layering this with the solid vanilla Occo, just trust me 🤤

Wore my original LP Pink yesterday, the one I fell so deeply in love with (I say *my* original not *the* original because mine is from 2009 and I’m sure it was a rebrew at that time as well) and am wearing Pink Lace today and they are basically identical! This has the creaminess of my 2009 original that I somehow didn’t get from the other versions. I love every single version of pink that I have but my 2009 bottle has always held a top place in my heart and I have been maniacally protecting what I have left.😂 I’m thinking a stock up on pink lace is so necessary.🥰

I don’t love this scent when first applied, but after about an hour it is amazing. I’ve worn it to two family get togethers recently and I’ve been in a great mood, which is unusual when I’m around my family. I’m normally pretty quiet and do more observing than joining. I’m awkward around my family, never really understood why. But these last 2 times I’ve been laughing and joining conversations and playing games, just having a good time! My cat also seems to really love this, it seems like he’s licking it right off my arm and he’s even more snuggly than he usually is, and he’s pretty damn snuggly. This is my first time trying open windows and I think I really like it!!

ETA: actually the first family get together I was wearing 1969, which also has open windows. Yesterday I wore ghost dust. The phero is, apparently, a hit with me!

I have not! It makes perfect sense though since the tops don’t rub on things as much at all. I will try this, thank you!

This does last foreverrrr! I got this in spray so it’s a lot stronger than I was ready for. I tend to prefer sprays over roll ons but I understand now, with cops, sprays can get into crazy territory. I spray it in the air around torso level and walk through it to try not to over apply. It’s one of my favorite fun time mixes!

eta: oh sorry, I see my bottle is actually from 2012, so not the pherotine 2022. 

This is a little sweeter than I expected but it is amazing! I don’t get much coconut, it’s mostly sandalwood and vanilla, and something else I can’t quite identify but it’s not reading as coconut. Balm bomb I’m not sure of, I might have to turn some of this into a small spray and see if it effects me, but my cat loved it!

This reminds me most of LP original, I wouldn’t know it was “pink” if I just blind grabbed the bottle. That’s not a bad thing though at all! I love LP pink and have several, even one from the original brew that is actually my favorite. I’ve only had trials of original and while I love it, it doesn’t last long on my skin so I’ve never bought a fb. This, however, reminds me of original *and* it lasts forever on me! I love the idea of Lace but unfortunately don’t get any selfies from it, I’m considering buying this in a spray since the spray pheros seem to give me the reactions I’m hoping for, selfie wise, and I’d love to feel bubbly and girly! This is totally a winner though (not surprising at all) Each brew of pink is a little different and I love them all!

I love Rocket Fuel but I do so wish it lasted longer on my skin!! I was thinking of layering it on top of the solid occo today but didn’t want to add the extra cops. Maybe next time…could be interesting😏

I know there’s no brown sugar in this but that’s the vibe I get anyway. I normally amp maple, maybe it’s a soft maple scent that’s reading as brown sugar to my nose? Anyway, I love it!

Second report on UN Open Windows. This time I got a FB spray 60% alcohol/40% oil. I thought it would be easier to judge the dosage and easier to apply than drops. Whenever I wore Baby Blue enhanced with Open Windows and Pherotine drops before I ran out, I got only great results. I did swipe and tip the trial vial over a fair bit, plus on occasion added 3-4 UN drops to various points, so it’s not like I used a tiny amount before. Could it be that I sprayed far too much and the Epi-androsterone had a negative effect? 

If I need to spray less, how would I spread the pheros around? I mean, 1 spray between both wrists is ok, and I could walk through a spray cloud to coat my hair, but doesn’t seem like it would be enough🤷🏻‍♀️

I know this is an old post but I’m curious about OW so I’m reading them all. I don’t get selfies from pheros, any of them really, and I wish I did. However, I got a spray of un Teddy and I finally got a reaction! I do have a pherotine in oil that didn’t do anything for me, but I need the calming effect it has on others quite a bit so I tried a spray, and it does hit differently for me. Maybe the spray diffuses it quicker or the alcohol makes it a little bit stronger? Idk, but I do think the sprays are different. It makes me want to get a second job so I could try *all* of them in sprays and see if I could finally get some of these selfies I jealously read about with you all!

eta: Topper I also a favorite for selfies for me!! That’s a spray as well, go figure😂

I was afraid the oud in this would be too much for me (it's one of my least favorite notes), but it's a light touch that enhances the sandalwood instead of drowning it out. I also got Rocket Fuel, Allumette, Vienen, Ghost Dust, and Luxurious. The only one I'm iffy about after smelling the bottle is Rocket Fuel. I was hoping for more cinnamon but I can always pair it with Shafiqa if it ends up being too sweet for me. 

 

This collection had a lot of tempting choices for me with my love of vetiver, incense, cinnamon, and tuberose. I also like to mix fragrances and rarely wear just one perfume at a time, and I'm already thinking of other perfumes I have that would go great with Shafiqa.

I am loving Shafiqa too! I love oud, but it is such a strong note. I have sugared oud and I seriously only dab the ball, I don’t even roll it, and I smell it into the next afternoon! The oud in Shafiqa is…subdued I guess? It’s there but not at all overpowering.

Vienen, so far is soapy. It’s a really fancy soap, but soap all the same. I wasn’t sure how prevalent the egyptian musk would be and I know my skin doesn’t normally agree with that note. I’ve had it on for about an hour and hoped the ume would come forward. Travel shock, I know, I will definitely let this rest and try it again in a few days maybe.

I got a full size of this too, mostly because of the “can’t ever be reproduced” fomo I would never forgive myself for having to live with!😂 It also just sounds delicious.

I don’t have anything with open windows so I’m excited to try ghost dust and giving it a try! Also I LOVE topper so I’m excited for drive by fruiting too! There’s a few that caught my attention but I’ll wait for the notes and pare down my list. It’s my birthday month so I may just go all out anyway!😂🥳

I got a bottle of oatmeal fairy cake on a whim, because the fairy was so dang cute, not really imagining I would love smelling like buttery oatmeal cookies. Turns out, I really really do! Creme Cake is so delicious! It’s definitely on my new obsessions list.

Great question! I would love to know as well please. I have a very sensitive neckline and don’t wear anything dangling on it.
