I am now so tempted to try OCCO instead of BAM. It seems some scents fade on me after an hour but the strong ones are REALLY strong on me.. so hard to decide Do those of you who wear EOW find any dif in responses with OCCO vs. BAM with the added B-nol? Just wondering if the straight EOW in the OCCO would be a more effective gague to determine husband's reaction to EOW in general.... I do have Phero Girl (sample) which is EOW alone, so maybe the BAM to see what the added B-nol would do? (assuming Phero girl and occo have the same amt. of EOW) What would you do?

So maybe what I am after is a smutty/dirty scent. Don't want earthy as the predominant smell. This helps, thanks. Also, I am finding my fave is Sparkle Fuschia so far. It isn't so vanilla-y and stays on my sking through the day. Would it make a good "cover scent" I know it's already got Stone Cougar in it, so maybe that would cancel other pheros out? but it seems to be the scent that stays the most true on me. Besides EOW do any of the other pheros have a distinct odor on their own?

Sorry, What I mean by spicy, are scents like patchouli, cardamom, cedar, sandalwood, etc. maybe a couple of sweet notes (sugars?) too. Good description of Tonka. BTW, what is a "dirty" scent? is it earthy? Also "smutty" .

Amen to that! I'm wearing Cougar today which I thought I wouldn't like (fruity in the tester) but it's kind of nice! I am around people all day and I just want to be respectful of any sensitivities they may have, not to any particular scent but to too much of it. The sugary ones are quite strong on me, but I still love them! My son loves them and says I smell like a cookie.

Yes, I DO read those. I am trying my best to read before I post. But sometimes I re-frame my question because I may feel it was unclear in the OP. There is nothing wrong with smelling syrupy. I meant that on me it becomes cloying even for me. I was aiming at spicy foody yes, but maybe there was something more spicy earthy to balance out the foodiness. So, loud and clear you all like to wear scent for you. Got it. My point in asking that was that I just didn't want to overdo and be offensive to anyone within close range.

I have been reading many old threads on the topics I am curious about, but sometimes I don't read every single page. I'm trying not to be lazy and just post questions as they enter my head. But sometimes I can't find what I am looking for or I am looking in the wrong sub forum. Is there a search funtion here for threads?

I ordered about a dozen samples and am in the middle of the trial phase. I will try each of them about 3 times since I read they can change on your skin. The problem I am having is this: The blends I like a lot (LP black, Mara's Rocket fuel, Garland and Lace) others say smell to dark brown sugar syrupy on me. But I haven't given up on spicy scents, I am just not sure which element is coming out so strong, (cinnamon, Amber, dk sugar) I don't know what amber smells like so I can't identify. I tried Detective and Dame, Irrisistable Forces, and Sexology 2 and they all smelled perfume-y (Like Estee Lauder Linen) on me and very strong. Sexology 2 smelled like that old timey Jovan Musk (Cuddle Bunny was close to perfumy but I liked it was more subtle and melded with my skin better) But others said they smelled ok and seemed to prefer those over the spicy. So Dilemmas: The common ingredient in some of the perfumy ones is Tonka and Amber resins. What is Tonka?Could that be it? What do you all recommend for a more spicy scent. I am thinking less sugar spice and a bit more cedar, woodsy? Yet still with a bit of sweetness (I love patchouli) But I don't want to smell like an evergreen tree. Finally, Do you wear scent because YOU like it or because it smells good to OTHERS? Is it possible to find a scent you like then have your phero choice lightly blended with that scent? OR do you need a good amount of scent to cover the phero smell? I think I can wear LP black if it was a bit lighter. PS I don't slather these on either. Just touch the sample applicator to my skin. No way! That happened to me last night! I was with a group of women and I was wearing RF and quite liking it myself. When I polled the group woman told me I smelled like a cigar too. (I'm on period right now) the rest told me i smelled very brown sugary and that it was strong. I'd applied it late morn. :-?

So far I think Sparkle F. is the keeper. LP red, black, and Mara's RF, though I love them, others say they smell foody and heavy vanilla-ish. One person told me she smelled cigar! (was wearing rocket fuel) Trouble is- i LIKE the spicy scents, so do you trust others or wear the scent for yourself? It's no fun if you are the only one who thinks you smell good.

Tried this one a couple days ago. KEEPER! I loved it and I polled 4 or 5 other women friends of mine and they said it was nice. However none of us detected spice or pumpkin. More just a sweet, light scent that wasn't too foody. A bright scent on me.

Me too! Every other scent I've tried so far, even the ones I wasn't too wild about faded to a comfortable level after awhile. S2 smelled like Jovan Musk from the drug store after a few hours. Musk never melds with my skin. It just sits on top and smells sort of cheap perfume-y. DD has musk, but I don't detect it on me this way. I am so bummed!! But l will take advice and give it another try in a couple weeks. You nevr know.

Just got my sample today. Still trying all the stuff from my first round of samples but gave it a sniff in vial and thought "wow! very peachy/pommegranate" Not what I would choose, but you never know. I love the spicy scents but others are saying they smell too foody on me. :-( So maybe this one will be a winner. I bought it to try the Heart and Soul in in it.

Thank you Potion Master. BAM it is!! Tried Rocket Fuel on one inner elbow and Comp. Positons in the other. Just one touch of the sample applicator. Both are fab! Maybe Rocket fuel smells a bit better on me. Incidentally, What does Amber smell like? I am trying to identify one of the elements I am smelling in the LP's and in Garland and Lace (everyone said G and L smelled too foody on me :-( they liked the sparkle Fuschia though. Could it be the alcohol component and how it diffuses the scent?

Okay being a pest but I asked this above and I am still wondering so I know what to order: Of the BAM and LAM, BAM has EOW as first ingredient. Does it have a higher concentration of EOW?

Okay I've got what Alpha-nol, Beta-nol, Androsterone, Androstenone, And Copulins are, But what is Estratetraenol and what does it do? Also, what exactly is in the Stone Cougar blend? I looked at the definition and couldn't find any of the $50 words in its ingredients. Am I missing any?

Oh no way! I was just rambling my thoughts... since it seems that I can only wear a bit of each scent, I was thinking that the copulins wouldn't come through strong enough BTW: So far. tried LP red, Detective and Dame, and Sparkle Fuschia DD is too linen like, sort of sophisticated, or more of a "perfume" scent...if that makes sense. Not really for me. Smells nice though. LP Red is niiice. My nose is so one dimensional, but I smell vanilla for sure and maybe a dark sugar (or could be the Amber or resins, don't know what they smell like) Sparkle Fuschia is also very nice. Not as syrupy smelling, more of a brighter sweet smell. Like this one too. Phero girl is still #1, with Cuddle Bunny #2. So far, all the scents are very high quality. Even the ones I don't care for still smell good. I am having a ball playing around!

Good to know. At this early stage I am thinking EOW is the way to go (especially after that phero girl experience!) So, typical me, more more more! haha. Really though I am just trying to hone in a bit closer so I don't oder a bunch of stuff that ends up being too strong, but still want strong copulins. Which reminds me Dolly, Do you apply your scents heavily to get the max benefits of the cops or do they come through just as strong if you just wear a bit of scent? BTW: What's DPG? It's listed in the ingredients.( I may have asked that on another thread... can't remember)

I just placed an order for some more samples and among them was Mara's Rocket Fuel. The current descripton says it contains BI for the pheromone add in. When you click on "more info" the description given is one containing SS4W. This description also says that it's sold out :-( Does anyone know the skinny. I'd been wanting to try BI (with a pre mixed scent)

My guy has a very good nose. Even after awhile the sexology 2 became cloying to me. I don't do well with musk. If it's in a scent that's all I can smell after awhile. Must check samples to make sure others don't have it. I think Detective and Dame does . Otherwise, the Phero girl was/is just yummy I tried cuddle bunny today (enhanced) and I really like this scent as well. I only just touched the applicator to wrists and inner arms. That was 5 hrs ago and I can still smell it-but in a good, subtle way. Which brings me to my next thought: If I can only use a hint of scent (husband can smell scents a mile away and generally doesn't like strong perfumes) does that mean I only have a hint of the cops too? When it comes time to add the pheros to my own scent (once I decide on a fave, and find out which ones work) is it possible to maybe not add as strong of a cover scent to the mix? That way you can have the full strenghth phero with a lighter scent? But maybe that would defeat the purpose of a cover scent. I hope I am asking this the right way. I'd prefer to leave the mixing to the pros, but the scents are quite strong to me.
