I wore this yesterday, just slathered with abandon and oh my goodness it is so wonderful! I can't believe I waited so long to try it! I get a good bit of pineapple & coconut with the bamboo & vanilla & musk rounding it out to perfection. It is so sexy & sultry! Perfect for summer. FB yes!

Dang, y'all! I was so confident with my decision to not order this one! Drat!

I really like this one. It's very gourmand on me, yummy! It has a warmth, creaminess and sweetness that is truly delish! It reminds me of a pumpkin scent (probably the ginger) without the pumpkin!

I get more of the sugar, grapefruit and champagne and it is such a pick-me-up! It is a cheerful scent that has good lasting power. I love wearing it on rainy days....AND sunny days. I wore it a lot in the spring as it has that kind of feel to it.

I tried this one again and didn't experience any of the pokiness I had the first time I tried it. It was so lovely, soft and feminine. Still doesn't feel like me, but I will definitely enjoy my sample

I love this when it's wet. I get some Dill, and Eucalyptus, it's really well balanced. I tend to really like unisex scents! When this dries down though, it's a bit too soapy for me..... although it IS extremely fresh, and I feel cleaner when I wear it.

This is most def my favorite LP so far! On me I don't get too much resin action, it's more dark vanilla, creamy sweatness and a touch of patchouli.... it is so so so so so amazingly yummy and I get complimented CONSTANTLY on how good I smell by total strangers even. It has awesome lasting power....I love how it lingers on my honey's sheets after an evening together!

I absolutely love this. It reminds me of a creamy linden blossom concotion (linden being one of my very favorite EO's of ALL time). So it's a straight up winner for me and I want to buy all the bottles! I don't get the peppercorns or anything sharp. It's just smooth linden-y gorgeousness with perfect creaminess underneath.

Although I have been very busy for the last week or so, I did find time to put in a small order .... ahem ... due to the OCCO Ambrosia panic, of course ....

Yurp, the Ambrosia craze got me too. I have 2 bottles of it and 1 or LP Black on the way. My next order will be huge methinks. I'm skeered!!!

Damn this is the good stuff, fo realz!!! Sniffing from the vial I wasn't excited, but omgoodness it is sooooooooo good!!! I can only smell the raspberry and lavender if I really really try because it all blends so beautifully together. I get the perfect amount of pumkin and spice and vanilla with the background of yum just chillin'. I LOVE it!

Okay this one morphs a lot on me. Smells different in the vial than on my arms. When it's wet and for the first few minutes I am absolutely in love with it. The pink fruits are awesome and it's almost sheer like a skin scent, BUT then something really stabby comes out. It stays piercing on me for a couple hours. When it finally calms down, it's a little too florally for me. I have to say I am relieved. One less full bottle to consider in this amazing month. I do think this one will work for most people. It's really pretty. Just too pokey for me.

I'm having a similar experience with this one. The pokey sharpness is really too much until about 45 minutes after application. Then it's a very soft, barey there, LOVELY sparkly pink fruity musk. I will have to try it again in a week when my skin chemistry is back to normalish. I can't help but think of what trouble I'm in though because it's almost the top of the month already! I still have a few Bohemian Cats samples that I haven't opened and several from this month as well. Luckily, only 1 from this lot has been a must have so far..... now if I could just have my paycheck wired directly to Mara......

If you wear pheros during daily activities, you may encounter children, and I don't think that a person should run and hide if they're wearing some. But personally, I would not wear tons in a small enclosed space with the same kids on a regular basis. I think, if say you are a teacher, and you have a few feet of space between you and your charges...you're not right up their noses with the stuff but it wafts through the area...I personally think that's ok.

 

Mother's Little Helper...the intent was to effect kids, yes, but also the wearer, the husband, the household in general. The intent of course was NOT to spray it in the face of a child to try to get them to behave. And I certainly hope that the phero users who wear it understand that, and to use it as a special occasion kind of thing and not every single day.

 

 

Oxytocin is another issue. Dr Stone told me that no responsible phero manufacturer would ever use it (for exactly the reasons that BlueBear brings up) - he doesn't, and I do not recall Chris ever using it in any of his own blends either. We have never offered it in any fashion. I have been told that MOST of the articles and 'research' on the web touting it as a safe pheromone product were planted by the manufacturer of it, trying to make it look like a bunch of different sources and studies had been done which is not the case.

It's like anything when it comes to our kids, religion, politics, or anything that we tend to be passionate about. In order to be mature, evolved women we must consider and value all points of view. This is my opinion anyway. Hehe. We must also allow ourselves to change our minds abount anything that suits our fancies....when it feels right. I'm hoping others will chime in and give us a grand buffet of experience to consider!

These sprays are concentrated in order to ellicit a strong reliable response, so the potential for neurotransmitter burnout is very real.

Im not going to debate the point, only to say this is my stance on it.

 

I have kids, they were 4 and 10 at the time ,not knowing in the beginning that there could even be burnout, let alone that pheros even worked, was a problem that I had to experience to be able to speak about it confidently.

It's interesting that you say this, Lor, because I leaned that way as well until I came here and saw blends made that seemed to be ok for kids to be exposed to. I'm glad to have this input, so thank you very much for sharing your experience and perspective.

I had read years ago about None being a nightmare for kids and made sure I never exposed my daughter to my potions that contained it. My daughter has been around when my cops are drying and she'll say "Mom I can smell your perfume and it stinks!" LOLOL!!!
