Yes please MOAR!! Pink Musk is definitely one of the best smelling fragrances LP has, IMHO. It's everything Pink Sugar wishes it was! lol

The cocoa in this is "elegant"... Similar to the cocoa from Coconut Breeze. Violet is soft and sweet, but very present. Very Nice!

I'm not really feeling this one. I imagined it would smell like night blooming jasmine and musk, or soft gardenia and musk, but I don't really get that. I don't get musk from it really, it's an odd scent for me to describe. I have to give this another try sometime.

Warm, soft, sensual, very nice. It also reminds me of a better smelling lighter Tabu. It's not as safe for non musk lovers as French or Pink musk, but it's still not over the top strong musk. It can be added to other perfumes to give them a warm sensuality.

I can't believe how much Exotic Musk smells like my mothers natural scent! My mama can make any perfume smell good, she's even been accused of lying about what perfume she wears. Because when they go run and buy the same perfume, it doesn't smell as nice as it did on her.

To be honest Vintage was my least favorite out of the musk's. It went soapy, it smells like perfumed soap with my chemistry. I also get perfumed talc.

I'm trying to get the new releases out in the next few days, my goal is to have everything posted and orderable by Friday at the latest. Then I will start programming the sale which I know many of you are waiting for before you order. I KNOW I can have the sale up by Friday the 10th, but I'm hoping that if I can get the NRs up by Friday the 3rd, I may be able to get the sale up by Monday. It's a LOT of work in both cases, and on top of it, I HAVE TO get through the rest of my paperwork that Dolly is helping me with this month. So while you guys are going sale happy, I will be back at my paperwork, so I won't be around that much to answer questions, and I'm hoping that you guys can help each other with many of the Qs that come up and of course John will be here too.

I swear Occo Pink smells more like Pink Sugar to me than LP Pink. Which is weird as I am sure there is no cops in the commercial Pink Sugar!!

Wha? Musk!? I can't believe I had not checked this thread out yet! Thanks Halo!! It sounds amazing, but the "green" bamboo and fruit scare me a bit. Sometimes fruit takes perfume into Victoria's Secret body spray territory on me. Other than their Vanilla Lace I really dislike those, they smell cheap and highschool on me. But based on the reviews I think I'm going to have to sample this one.

Pink Musk developed beautifully throughout the day!! For the most part it smelled like a better, less chemical-y, version of Pink Sugar from Aquolina. Sometimes Pink Sugar can smell a bit "fake" .... Pink Musk smells more natural, like sweet warm incredibly beautiful smelling skin! Towards the end of the day it ended up smelling like a mix of Pink Sugar and French Musk. Gorgeous!

To me this one smells like Orchid, vanilla, sugar, light musk. In that order. I don't like flowery scents, so this one is not for me. But I think it's a very nice scent for Orchid lovers.

I'm already out of my 5ml and just ordered a 10ml and a spray, I really like this one! I get many compliments on it.

To me this smells like LP Pink with a musky-vanilla undertone. The musk is very mild on it tho. Still very nice, men seem to like it.

Lexy, how's the throw since you and I have the same result with my PE?

 

And the "sugary" - is it similar to Pure Sugar, somewhat a powdery sugar scent ?

When I first take a sniff the first thing that I smell is sugar and vanilla, not really musk. As it starts to dry and settle the sugar and vanilla tone down and the musk starts to come thru, but not overpowering, still mild. It's a great musk for musk beginners imho. I've never smelled Pure Sugar, but to my nose it is a white powdered sugar smell. It does seem to have more throw than your PE, I will wear it today to be sure.

It's on the sugary side. It's a very nice likable musk, I think it will be hard for someone NOT to like this, because it's vanilla heavy. The dry down is where the musk comes to life in such a nice gentle way. For some reason, and maybe because I just came from the beach, French Musk makes me crave....makes me wish.... it had the tiniest hint of coconut. I might mix a bit of Coconut Breeze with it.

I've never really smelled a musk like this, it's beautiful, sweet, soft and feminine.
