a Petit-Four is a tiny little luxurious cake, with overwhelming flavor. I made this scent to smell exactly like the best of them are supposed to taste. YUMMM!!!!!!!!! I've been taught that it is pronounced like "peddy", like, Penny for your thoughts...if you had a cold.

Adding a couple of sprays of EST to TH should be totally fine. It will feminize the mixture a little more than usual....maybe change the dynamic in a few possible ways, but it should not ruin the blend. Let us know how it differs for you than TH alone as you experiment.

The ale note actually comes from the honey in this case, not the apple. I used a fermented honey that IMO is verrry subtle and not overtly boozy at all. It's just a seasonally appropriate nudge...a hint of fermentation to evoke the Autumnal experience.

Yay, thank you, Hearts! So happy you are enjoying it! The Mulberry is in there, but just enough to give it a pink sugared vibe in the batter, as Hearts said in her original request. It's not meant to overpower, just to "tint".

I went through the posts in order from the beginning. Beccah actually expressed interest in it twice before LadyV made her official reservation. I put question marks next to each that were tentative reservations, but kept them in order of request. I bolded the ones that were confirmed reserved later, but the earlier ones were still put into the queue. I thought this was the most fair way to do it...am I mistaken? I am open to suggestions! Thanks!
