  1. I haven't worn this in a while, but the other evening those sexy eyes caught my attention and I slathered some on for playtime.

<sigh> This is so very sexy edible. Sexible. And yet it manages to stay dainty.

  2. Hehehe - Damiana would grow, in say, the Southwest US....just in case you need to know that....

Yes, it was a popular wedding night type of thing. Relaxing and stimulating to nervous little Weerhins.

You can mix the leaves with tobacco or weed or I guess just plain. Or supposedly mixed with a passion flower blossom shrooma-zoom-zoom, so to speak. This was from my listless, monied CA friends who had pretty much tried anything in their misspent youth. I was past the experimental stage by then...really.

Edited to stay on topic - OK really I am getting a sampler and a few other samples this month. I feel like kicking back with a different scent on each body part for a few weeks. But I am sorely tempted by Dangerous...and Heart of Fire scares me a little.

  3. Am awaiting DH's decision on his next perfume choice...but it'll be amped with Animism!

The new Boy/Boy deserves it's own moniker for sure!

Why not Teddy Man? Or is that too cuddly?

    Chivalry? Chevalier? Chill?

I seem to be stuck in the "CH" range.

  4. IH has a 30:70 ratio of alpha:beta but I don't know if TC is the same.

Maybe the ladies can help you :jumpforjoy:

Oops I thought IH was 40:60 A:B...I really like IH for an additional "smoothness" over whatever else I might be wearing.

Maybe OW would be a better choice - blabbermouth is not my goal...I have OW in a floral perfume already, but I am not into wearing bright florals in snowy winter, so I haven't really tried it yet.

  5. You laugh, oh evil lovely one, but I am sitting here braiding liquorice whips right this minute...hehehe...the plain thin ones won't hold up very long. You have to braid them together and leave the ends for a popper.

Unfortunately, it doesn't make a nice satisfying <crack> sound, but I work around that.

  6. :666:

I'm following starlitegirl around today, nodding my head. (She must be really dom! - hahaha).

Those were my thoughts exactly - he fell in love with a cheeky, strong woman and for whatever reason now he comes home and lashes out at the person he finds waiting for him. Um...I did that in my second marriage, but I was the one who was the douchebag....hey I'm not proud of it, but it's true.

  7. Starlite has a point - my DH, though he is not a douchebag, doesn't care for est, but he LOVES the dominant stuff...so maybe what Douchebag needs really is "Swift Kick in the Nut".

Of course, no pheromone is going to repair a busted, broke, run down relationship. Could be a rough patch and they need to reconnect, or it could be these are the death-throws of a marriage.

  8. Where ya been, girl? Your posts always crack me up. Definitely DO NOT sacrifice Rocket Fuel to the altar of this friend's marriage....sorry, but some things you gotta be selfish with.

Then again, my DH loves me dearly but always looks right thru me when I wear est....and I can't stand the scent of Cuddle Bunny (sorry folks, it's Tide city on me. Or maybe Gain). SO I wouldn't be too hard on the douchebag...

Got any beta androstenol laying around? Or Instant Honesty? Any BAM? That's probably the direction I would head, if he's an Est-hater....Um...Sexology has b-nol too. Might even go so far as True Confessions if he is feeling the Winter Blues.

  9. if I smelled this on a woman I'd follow her to the ends of the earth.

Ah, Snoops has found his Cupid's Arrow of fragrance....

Anise will do that to a man, sometimes.

**rushes off to add a sample to her cart, in the hopes that DH will be overcome with lust (moreso than usual, anyway). Or that DH will steal it from her stash and wear it himself, since violets make Pony's knees weak**

  10. I have public and private scents as well.

LAM has grown on me. I have Original and Pink. Sometimes I just roll a little on and somehow it makes me feel good, sort of content and womanly. For public wear I usually layer with a congruent perfume.

I made the mistake of holding the opened bottle to DH's nose once and he recoiled in horror with a look of "You WEAR that?!?" After drydown though is a different matter...

  11. Rabid reminds me of Spike every time I wear it. Of his cozy little crypt. Loverly loverly Spike. I get a lot of the dark earth and cement scent, and then it lightens to an earthy floral. I have a bottle that I use to lighten/floral up other scents.

Funny you think of it as custardy, TG! To me it is very dry. One of my favorite combos is Rabid/Sugared Honeycomb. The dryness lightens up the ooey gooey honeycomb.

  12. cinnamonmel -

Dealing with all of that it's no wonder you are feeling a stretched thin and needy! It's perfectly understandable!

Lots of deep breaths and relaxing for a few minutes at a time might help.

I'd have to say I have been a nervous nasty wreck the last couple of weeks. Boy/Boy helps, if you have any.

:666: I'll give you a virtual cuddle. No strings. No guilt. You don't have to call me the next day...

  13. The Ripper one, my Mum says I smell very posh now.

    Awwww...posh indeed.

DH is wearing this today for another trial. This is a rich, very masculine scent. Violets, to me, are a very manly floral. In fact, this hits my nose as rather classically male. At first, a blast of high coolness, then it warms a bit with dusky sandalwood & violet. Calls to mind a more distinctively masculine Dark Seductions, which DH wore quite a bit.

A good daytime scent with a strong signature.

  14. So glad you love your PE, Snoops! It sounds so cozy and warm....

Hoping there may be sniffies floating around, since DH doesn't like to get bottles without trying a bit first.

Interesting about the men not liking the scent. I think many men lack a developed nose, since the commercial fragrance industry is rather unfair to men. Men's products have such a narrow breadth of notes - anything outside of that is totally unfamiliar and they aren't prepared for it. DH ran into that with his PE too - men don't know what to make of it.

Tonka, tobaccy & vanilla? What woman wouldn't want to bury her nose in that warm soft skin at the base of your neck and breathe that in? That is the point...
