Love Potion: Black Buttery vanillas, patchouli, amber, apricot, plus extra resins, caramel and brown sugar. Feel free to post your requests while I'm cooking away here folks! Both for scents and for phero/scent combos!
  2. Here's a picture.... I packaged 7 to a set, (rather than 6), I placed a US quarter on there so you can see the size of them. They are packaged in 8 oz plastic containers and wax tissue paper, the type you get at the deli/bakery. I can mix and match for you. It's AMAZING how saturated the scent is in these, the whole studio smells amazing right now. I'm using a soy wax mix, and it's very soft. (I can foresee a problem mailing these in summer.) About phero adds - I am starting with Alpha-Nol, True Confessions and Open Windows. Any other suggestions? Remember, these have to compliment the aura of a room, rather than just a person, so the more broad social mixes are my feeling. Thoughts?
  3. Winter Woody This is one of my favorites, a rich, cozy around the fireplace type of scent. It's crafted of deep patchouli, frankincense and myrrh, cedar. tobacco and sandalwood, with buttery vanilla, cranberry and cinnamon on top.
  4. I am busy making some incredible smelling Wax Melts today. Wax melts are like candles without the wick, and because they do not need to support a wick, we can make them super-saturated with perfume oil. This makes them soft and quick to melt and diffuse the scent throughout the room. They are around the size of an ice cube, but in pretty shapes, and you place one in your electric or candle powered oil/potpourri warmer, (we offer several styles in our Gift Shoppe area). When the scent is gone, tip out the remaining wax and wipe out the bowl of your warmer. Another added benefit to using wax melts, is that UNLIKE candles, we CAN add pheromones to them. I recently found out that a lot of people are unaware of the fact that pheromones will produce a toxic gas upon touching flame. Pheromone candles are absolutely unsafe. However, there is no such risk with wax melts, as they never touch flame, the wax is simply warmed and melted, and thus diffused, and that is completely safe. An alpha-androstenol laced "Party Melt" is a great mood enhancer for a party! These are going for the following prices: Wax Melts = package of 7 for $5.00 Pheromone Enhanced Party Melts = package of 7 for $8.00 Going to list my scents as I make them today, in posts to follow..... Oh, and by the way, all of these scents are available in the form of Simmer Oils too. They are crafted of concentrated candle oils. (Specifically made for candles, these oils are not skin safe.)
  5. What about simple layer scents that won't clash with your perfumes, such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Brown Sugar, etc? The proto used the LP scent by the way, but it smelled a bit different because of the cocoa butter and coffee butter in the recipe.
  6. That's why I sent around the free samples. Did you get one? I will likely have some left from future batches that I will send around too, but making smaller sizes for sale isn't cost effective, sorry.
  7. We actually do have quite a few men's scents that do not have pheros in them. Have you tried them? Just to set the record straight, Voracious has our Wanted Man blend in it, which is a strongly alpha-male vibe. It's not a night-time blend.
  8. The sizes will be 4 oz. I have 4 ounce metal tins that are great for the butters. (I did that last brief batch in the same tins but only filled it up 2.5 oz of the way). I still have to do the math, but I think they can sell for around $20.00 or so. I will do the batches pretty small...around a dozen tins at a time.
  9. Now I want to go play in the kitchen....squeeee.....first thing in the morning. Of course, Thursday is cleaning service day, and I always seem to want to launch big messy projects as soon as they leave. John always asks why I can't do them BEFORE they get here. :sigh:
  10. Thank you for the feedback, loved ones! The butters come from the seeds, rather than the fruit, so they do not really smell fruity, however, they do smell FOODY. So, florals and perfume-ies might be a little tricky, because they will have to meld with the scent of cocoa butter, etc. Things like cake batter and chocolate, that's a natural. Not sure about which fruits will go and which may not. Will have to experiment. Does anyone see this as a year-round kind of item, or more just for the wintery months? I'm planning on making the next batch a little softer so it can more easily be used for massage....THERE's a warmer weather use!
  11. I got my butters today, wheeeeeeee!!! I would like suggestions for which scents and flavors I should make them in. I'll have to make it in batches, rather than individually, so I can only do a couple of varieties. Suggestions, please? Thank yew! :onigiri_fruit:
  12. Glad you like it! I tried to put them into all the Valentine's orders, so you can give your loved ones tasty kisses.
  13. And note....those are Bianca's own sexxxxay legs on her label!!!
  14. We always add things to the cart conservatively, because there are options for ordering that aren't countable by the inventory mechanism. Anything with a drop down menu or a write-in area can't be counted by the cart, so we always add the items a little bit at a time as we sell them, to try to make sure that we don't over sell them, (which still happens sometimes anyway, if carts aren't cleared as Luna suggested). We also have several wholesale buyers and an Amazon store, so we short the cart to account for what might be ordered via those avenues too. So anyway, do not panic if a new release looks low. In a week or so the numbers may be replenished after an inventory is accomplished.
  15. More about "Upstairs, Downstairs".... I have limited means to describe a scent via keywords in the Perfumerie section. Sometimes the descriptors just don't cover the feeling of what a scent means to me, so I wanted to add this here... Picture an opulent bedroom, with tall, tall windows, open to let in the sunshine and the breeze, which gently blows the sheer white linen drapes. The upstairs maid is dressing the bed with fresh, minty-cool white cotton sheets, shaking them out, and they catch the breeze from the windows for a moment and sail......you walk past the door, and are mesmerized by the sight and the fragrance carried to you in the air: the scent of clean, fresh linen, mixed with sunshine, and the scent of this beautiful girl. That's what this perfume evokes to me. This is a beautifully fresh scent of girl...plus, may be the perfect, most opulent scent for a linen spray you have ever experienced. Lavender walks that line...especially expensive Lavender. And this is. Seven of them. Even if you are not a floral fan, this scent quite stands on its own...doesn't feel like a floral, but feels like fresh, clean, happy, newness.
  16. Luna is my GODDESS! I want to be her when I grow up! (C'mon, don't you think she should give classes? I will be the first in line to sign up.)
  17. Yeah, I had to go to Dictionary.com on that word too! LOL! And I said to John just yesterday, "it's such a pleasure that I never have to proof Luna's work, tho she sometimes sends me racing for a dictionary!" So, I think I jinxed her perfect record by saying that, ref: Tezza's catch above.
  18. Good catch, Tezza, thanks for pointing that out. Actually, the word we were going for was "genteel", as in well-bred, refined, polite. Corrected, thanks!!!
  19. The ten for women. But if you wanted to swap out one of those for one of the men's blends, that's fine too. Both of the men's blends are really more on the androgynous side of masculine, and I think many females will enjoy wearing them. The one's labeled for men are The Hunter & The Woodland Nymph, and The Masked Man. The Sinner and the Saint is good for both sexes, and the rest are feminine.
  20. ahhh...I finally got them all up! Bartender????!!!!
  21. HELLO! The front page and perfumerie pages are up. GO LOOK AT LUNA'S AWESOME WRITINGS!!! (The Detective and the Dame is my FAVE!) I am working on the cart now..... BYE!
  22. Hi Rosegirl, Sorry for the wait. We had a "bottle crisis" this month. We had to send back a defective shipment and wait for a replacement shipment to arrive from Italy. Thus, some late orders. I'm really sorry. We just got the bottles in 2 days ago and I have been filling the orders as fast as I can, and I'm nearly through the backlog. If your package has not already been shipped, it will go out either today or tomorrow. (I just checked. Your package is in the mail room and ready to go out today.) Thanks for your patience and understanding.
