Almond can be iffy on me too, though, there's only a very few almond fragrances I can think of which I can actually wear.

I usually love almond, but I'm finding that alot of lp's with almond come off as sort of cherry on me, and cherry unfortunately is a scent that just does not work with my body chemistry. That's the only thing that scares me away from this one a bit. Well, that and the woody notes, but that's just because I'm not sure what they would actually smell like. Still, I'd very much like to try it eventually.

I really want to try SWS but this one seemed too masculine for me just by the description. I'm pretty wary of "unisex" scents as they usually come off masculine on me. Being not entirely a girly-girl anyway, I like to at least smell like a girl! Still, some of these reviews are tempting me - cranberry and Dr. Pepper sound very nice!

Just from the descriptions, this is one of my top picks for the month. Reviews have me feeling a little iffy - although they're overall positive, it doesn't necessarily sound like a scent I'm going to love. I'm just so impatient to try it out that I'll have to live vicariously through reviews for a little while longer!

Sounds so nice BV! I'm not a fan of rose scents, but the caramel and the cute label almost tempted me to buy it anyway! I'm sure for those who enjoy rose perfumes though this one will be amazing:)

Lol does that mean three bottles, or are you just being really emphatic? Somebody really likes the panda! I'm waiting to see reviews and figure out which ones will be flying off the shelves - it seems like there are usually one or two that get gone fast.

This one wasn't on my radar, and now I've suddenly "noticed" it and I'm kicking myself for not ordering a trial vial, especially as I've been reaching for my Mayberry (with MLH) alot lately. Keeping a close eye on these reviews to see if I need to order this one...

Olderbutwiser if you're looking for carnation, I'm pretty sure it's also in Charlene's Sanctuary, which was a PE from March. If I'm remembering correctly, I think there might have been one more bottle left. Pinky Sweet will be my second carnation scent - can't wait to get it so I can compare! All the other notes are very different though.

Yep, just found a bottle of Moon Sugar Candy that I thought I had missed out on. I love the trade boards!!!

OMG I feel so LUCKY that I ordered a FB of Crayons: Blush when I did... WHEW! That kinda makes up for the TBE loss... I would've been S I C K if I'd missed out on a FB of that blend (and to think I didn't care for it the first time I sniffed it!)

Tyvey you tempt me...I love the idea of honey, but it usually goes super-unwashed-dirty on me:( Except for Honeyed LP, for some reason, which is one of my all-time favorites. It's your comparison to that which makes me really curious about this one!

I had my eye on that too, and I'm sad to hear that they're gone. But LoveStruck it's true, there's always something new coming that you'll love just as much or more. Also, one thing I'm figuring out around here, is that people tend to snatch up multiple bottles, then later when they're cleaning out their collection some of the "extras" come up on the trade board, so if you keep an eye on it then chances are you'll have another opportunity at some point. I watch that trade board like a hawk, personally!

So sorry to hear about your situation! I haven't had the chance to try out SWS yet, but I always find that Mother's Little Helper does seem to calm people around me and give me a more "in control" vibe. I'm sure after you've tried them out, you will find what works best for you. As far as perfume goes, I think you'll be VERY pleasantly surprised. I've never been a fan of commercial scents, but I LOVE lp's, and I'm finding that I can even sometimes branch out into some scents that never worked for me before, like some florals and darker scents.

So, after alot of internal debate and balancing of the budget, I finally put in my order for May tonight. This will probably be my last order of "new scents" for a while, as I really want to catch up on my wish-list and MAYBE finally do a PE. I ordered Egg 2014 by itself a while ago, but thankfully it hasn't shipped yet, so they can combine it with my current order. So to add to it I got the two PE's I reserved, Pinky Sweet and Fluffy Bunny, plus a last-minute "I NEED THIS" bottle of Love Eternal. I also got a sample of Totem: Chick, and a couple more samples of the NR's as my forum freebies. Now the real waiting begins - stalking my email for the shipping notice!

I'm usually anti-floral, but I have to say that Mara is slowly making me a convert. Lately I've been encountering some of her "sweet/foody florals" that I really, really like. This is one - it's sweet and floral all at the same time! When it's wet I love it - it reminds me of something from my childhood, I think maybe it's scratch 'n sniff stickers I had, but I'm not sure. When it first dries it does go through an awkward phase, and at first I thought that I wasn't going to like it when it dried. It had a bit of an "off" smell, maybe kind of plastic-y? But after an hour or so it settled right down into this beautiful, sweet, fruity violet floral. I LOVE this one - it's so nice for spring, and it makes me happy to finally be able to be all girly and wear florals!

I also ordered 3 bottles of New. Anyone else go New crazy?

I just got one from the trade board right before Mara announced the re-brew! I'm still not sure if I'm loving it enough to keep it though - something in it goes a little weird on me.

I can't wait for this! I LOVE my bottle of Egg 2011. I haven't smelled any other version of Egg, so I've really got my fingers crossed that I'll like this one as well.

At least 1 bottle...easy....even though I have hoarded the 2011s. Doesn't matter. Must have. Resistance is futile.

And I am jealous of your hoard! I rarely buy more than one bottle of anything - the scents I REALLY like I've bought a backup bottle when possible. Egg 2011 is one that I like well enough to buy a backup bottle, if I ever find one.

Well I know different people have different levels of tolerance, so that could have something to do with it maybe? I personally have found that I OD on a-nol very easily.

Yikes, just when I'm telling myself I've got to cut back on my LP spending...I love The Big Easy:( Just can't justify a second bottle right now!

I have dry mouth alot of the time anyway due to some medications I'm on, but I've personally never noticed it being any worse with any pheros. I've only worn BI and LFN a few times - I don't even own full bottles of any perfumes with these added in, only samples. But I would be very interested to see what everyone thinks about this!
